Hoffenheim are in bad shape and have lost their last five matches but their last three matches against Augsburg, Dortmund and Mainz has seen them raise their performances. Their biggest problem at the moment is finding the back of the net. Kramaric as been their source of goals in recent seasons but he is having a difficult season this time around and it is affecting the team even Dolberg his strike pattern is having a hard time scoring. I think once they get their scoring spirit back then they could begin the fight for survival. Freiburg need to be very wary of them this weekend

I think before they see this game, first they have to focus on the game against Chelsea for the Champions League Leg 2. Even though they are still superior in terms of aggregate and are still benefiting from Chelsea's current performance, this is still a big game so Schalke can still wait and their focus must remain on Chelsea.

As much as I admire Dortmund for what they have achieved so far this season I'm still having doubt that they can actually win the Bundesliga title. At this point in the league they need a lot of consistency and concentration. They will also be in a lot of pressure to gather the most points they can from every league match they play. Bayern Munich on the other hand are used to this type of pressure. They can be inconsistent all season but when it gets to the point that really matters, they deliver, I cant say the same for Dortmund.
I'm not saying its impossible for Dortmund to win the league, I'm only saying they need to be better than Bayern if they want to win the league. They cant afford to slip up at all because a single mistake and we will see Bayern running away with league as they usually. It would really please me to see Dortmund win the league after such a long time.

Union Berlin have really try their best for this season, this is a team in previous season their performance was not up to what they have this season. If Union Berlin is not able to maintain the first position, I still respect the numbers of point they have achieved this session and their performance.

Union Berlin was back in good touch but now suddenly again they are out of the touch with losing seven points from last three matches is surely big setback for them and now next week they are going to visit Wolfsburg if they lost once more than surely they are going to lose their spot with most chances they could be dropped from third to fifth, and then we can expect more drop because confidence level could be also disturbed, and they can face dilemma as after having amazing start of this season now drop in spot could be disaster for them right now few teams are surely improving their quality and performance as they are feeling now we are heading for the end and this is right time for improving performance and having better spot will help until end of this season on positive.

Dortmund started the second half of the season on an impressive note. where the last 8 matches ended with a win that was able to lift Dortmund's ranking to 2nd place in the standings and equal the points with Bayern Munich. in these 8 matches dortmund was able to score 22 goals overall in those 8 matches. now, with the improved performance of dortmund becoming a serious threat to bayern munich who is the leader of the standings because these two teams scored the same points, one game they failed to win would make the point difference to 3 points.

Bayern and Dortmund are strong candidates in the title race this season as they are more efficient in keeping their hopes up unlike other teams. but behind that is union berlin who could upset these two teams if they lose their best form in the rest of the season.

Yes, Freiburg has experienced a decline in performance so it is difficult for them to be in the ranking that will put them in the Champions League. I don't rule out their chances of getting to that place, but they have to continue to be able to make themselves better and not lose a lot of points every week. They need to fix what is the problem in their squad, so they can improve their performance to be in a better place.

There is no doubt about Freiburg but here I have to add few more things about this it's not alone Freiburg if you are able to check all teams which are currently at the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th spots losing their momentum and have decline in performance as well which is surely going to hurt them with few teams which are trying their best for having better spot until end of this season can spoil them which is currently not easy but still possible Mainz and Leverkusen both are doing good job which is good sign in league table but still we have good matches which can change the table, and we can surely expect something which is unusual because soccer is game of surprises and shocks and any result is possible in any league and match.

Hoffenheim is in very bad form right now. They cannot win any match for a long time. Consistently we see Hoffenheim's poor performances. Hoffenheim's striker performance has been very poor, scoring only 29 goals in 23 matches. And they lost all 14 matches. Hoffenheim is unlikely to win against Freiburg in such conditions. Freiburg is a strong team. And they want to qualify for the Champions League. If Freiburg can get full points against Hoffenheim today, they will move up to third place in the points table. I will bet Freiburg to win today.

It would be sad to see them get relegated into the 2. Bundesliga as they have always been fun to watch and the games they played have often been a guarantee for many chances and many goals. Even though they had the advantage of being backed by an investor, I still think they did an amazing job training new and young talents and turning them into highly-coveted players. They also haven't spent double digit salaries on single players. They had some reasonable policies in place and still played great.

I don't think it is over yet but they need a serious reset and get going as fast as they can. They can win games, but right now it seems as if they forgot how they should do it. Still some time left to fix the issues. It is all about results now.

The match between Freiburg vs Hoffenheim next week is predictable who will win and I think Freiburg must secure 3 additional points if they want to get into the top 4 of the standings again. We know that so far Freiburg have appeared quite consistent at home and that is what has made them so strong until now. In 10 home matches this season in all competitions Freiburg has never lost, in my opinion that has proven its capacity as a competent host for its opponents this season.

We saw a lot of goals in both games yesterday. I would like to start with the leverkusen-hertha berlin match. Leverkusen already had the advantage because they were the hosts. I feel that this assessment of Union Berlin is too fast and too exaggerated to assume it is a bad team. That is, when Union Berlin gets a defeat and/or draw, then many people judge Union Berlin to have a bad performance and/or something like that. In fact, with Union Berlin being able to survive and compete in the top four throughout the season is also basically a good result.
So, we shouldn't be able to expect anything big with Union Berlin because even so, Union Berlin is not a team that has the ability to keep on winning in every match.

They had this great momentum to break bayern munich record for winning the bundesliga consecutively since 2013 , everyone sick of it already and dortmund failed multiple times since then to steal the title , bayern simply too strong and consistent but this time there is some vulnerabilities in bayern munich.

Dortmund should take that advantage by breaking bayern mentality in the next meet in april 1st and not to losing points until then. Though job but now or never.
