Union Berlin had a good opportunity to lead the Germany league sometime ago this season but unfortunately they failed to continue to maintain the position.  If Bayern Munich was still struggling with their performance Union Berlin won't be still be able to lead the league because already clubs like Freiburg and Leipzig are ahead of Union Berlin.  Bayern Munich is ahead of Freiburg with four points, if after the world cup Bayern Munich performance have sign of weakness it can be opportunity for other teams to take the first position.

His contract will ended on June 2023 and if contract extension went to deadlock i think there is no other option for Leipzig besides selling him this winter and actually Leipzig still want to hold this player because they feel Laimer is important element for the team and for Laimer he has spend 5 years with Leipzig so it's time to him to find new challenge with considering the offers from other clubs but Bayern are not alone who want him because he also into Liverpool and Chelsea watchlist so lets see which team will get his signs but if he want the trophy i think he might to choose Bayern

Their performance last season was quite good and the start of this season is also very good but still Union Berlin is a dark horse club and they are currently starting to get busy with a tight schedule so it must be difficult to make a real breakthrough.
Actually seeing Union Berlin this time I was like De Javu seeing Atalanta's condition last season.
Now they are struggling enough in every game they play that makes them quite chaotic in both the Bundesliga and Europa League.

Bayern Munich was interested in Konrad Laimer from Leipzig in the summer. But a transfer did not happen. According to some media Laimer has now agreed to a transfer. Leipzig, however, would like to keep him. His contract expires in the summer.

The transfer window in the Bundesliga does start at 01 January 2023. Due to the very early break because of the World Cup, I think they should have to start it earlier.

Many people were thrilled to see Union Berlin sitting in first place, but all that joy had to wear off quickly. There has never been such a hope for Union Berlin. If I remember correctly, the bookmakers at that time assessed the chances of Union Berlin to enter the top 4 as real, but their chances of winning the championship were worse than those of Borussia and even worse than those of Bavaria. Everyone understood perfectly well that this was a temporary fluctuation and sooner or later everything would return to normal. At the moment, I don't think that the chances of Union Berlin to get into the top 4 are higher than 50%.

It's normal for supporters of a team to say they will be champions again, especially now that they have the upper hand after returning to the top of the standings after several weeks of not occupying it. Even though it can still be said to be just the beginning, if in the Bundeliga the trust is still very large for Bayern Munich. It's different if we are in the Premier League, for example, because there the potential to beat each other between big teams is still very possible. It's just a different level of competition in a league in my opinion.

At least since Union Berlin topped the standings, the way the league feels more competitive. As for Bayern Munich, I really don't doubt their dominance this season. even though they had experienced a decline in trends, in the end they managed to return to the top of the standings and will still win the championship this season for the 11th time.

Dortmund never had a dream to become a champion in the bundesliga. It was always focusing with its business. Why compete with a team that was absolutely dominating everything in the bundesliga? that doesn't make sense to see that. I personally if i were dortmund owner and i will prefer to make money rather than try to focus with the trophy that has a only a small chance for my team to get it. Jude bellingham may become the next player that will be leaving from the dortmund. It's clearly stated so many times if bayern never interested with ronaldo.

Well, it should be by many people watching the Bundesliga, and right now I really think that it is still early it is only on Matchday 16 and right now I just want to see Bayern Munich VS, Leipzig match first if Bayern Munich will have a dominant win over Leipzig or Freiburg, then pretty much a high chance that Bayern Munich will have the high probability winning the Bundesliga again, but yeah it is a pretty much long break even the UEFA Champions League will have a long break aswell and will continue on February 15,


Union Berlin was pretty much comfortable in the 1st position until they were rebuked by Leverkusen and hit them hard with a 5 - 0 Leverkusen wins practically now that Xabi Alonso has taken the role of Coach and Leverkusen has improved so much, well, for me Union Berlin will be out of the League qualifier if they keep on going back down,

I don't know you don't like Leipzig that much to wish them to be defeated by Bayern Munich but for me whoever wins this match regarding what happens I'll gladly accept it, if Bayern Munich won, then will be glad that they will still win the Bundesliga cup without Robert Lewandowski, and if Leipzig win, then I think this could be a new era, and I will accept a new champion for the Bundesliga, but that is just the matchday 16, for me, I am just hoping a more competitive Bundesliga that was all,

I was excited when Union Berlin dominated the table for weeks. The hope was that finally a club has risen to challenge Bayern to deprive them of winning the title the 10th time in a row after having a peaceful 9th win last season but unfortunately Berlin is chilling at the 5th position.

It is just a reminder that Bayern hardly lose to big clubs SC Freiburg was a 5-0 win so Leipzig should be a comfortable away win. I am pretty sure Bayern will continue the season even stronger after the world cup. Leipzig defeat will be a birthday gift to me.

I don’t think it’s about being a Bayern Munich fan. What is true is always going to be true. If I say Bayern Munich is not going to win it is not enough to change the fact that Bayern Munich is still the leading team in the Bundesliga. And most of the teams do not even come close to them in terms of quality. There is a reason why they have been champions for 10 consecutive seasons. Even if Bayern Munich lose one or two games, I do not think it matters too much because we all know how they started the season. We are also watching where they are now on the table.

This injury is a bad one for Bayern Munich,  it looks like an injury that will take time for one to recover,  it is not a minor injury. Already Sadio Mane has an injury before this time,  no one knows if he can recover after the world cup game to join Bayern Munich to participate in Bundesliga league.  Sadio Mane and lucas Hernandez's are important players in Bayern Munich, am beginning to see why many clubs might drop in their performance after the World cup game .

I wonder if Dortmund are thinking about making any signing for their defense line. Because there are still visible weaknesses in their defense. This is dragging them down in the league standings as well. But I won't be surprised if they don't go for such transfer in January. Because their main goal isn't to become the champions this season as it seems.

Maybe Bayern Munich might think of making a six-month deal with Ronaldo as they haven't signed a striker yet. If they join a race for him then they would be the closest team to sign him I assume.

I think this is always going to be great for the players. This way the players will not have any anxiety or pressure of performing well and they will also be able to stay in shape. They will also be able to perform at their best when the Bundesliga resumes again after the World Cup.

But I just took one thing which is the players should not get injured. They should take this as nothing but a friendly match. And in this way, the players which do not generally get a good amount of playtime will also be able to play for the team and have some experience gathered.

It is just a matter of the generation gap. There was a time when being fat was royalty.
But people have understood through time that it is better to have a fit body instead of having a fat one.

But now people are starting to think with their own brains. And I don’t think a lot of people are going to say that the hair straight of Gnabry is good.

That’s not really a bad idea, not because they can't win or it’s not easy, but more likely about keeping in shape. When you let players go and let them have their fun, it's going to be hard for them to come back and play normally, which means that we are talking about something causing bigger trouble than the fatigue world cup players would have.

This way, they will win easily but they will have a game at least and they will travel, all of which would keep them in shape, and that will give them a chance to come back better when the world cup is over. I personally believe that most teams should do this, only if they still think they can win something and Dortmund wants that second spot in the league.

Bad news for Bayern (and I feel sorry for the player too, it's incredibly frustrating to get injured in the first game and end the tournament). Bayern concede a lot of goals and the next changes in the defensive line will not improve things. Most likely they are counting on his speedy recovery and let's hope that this will happen.

Lucas Hernández got an injury during the World Cup match against Australia. He tore the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee. This means that his participation in the World Cup is over. But that are bad news for Bayern Munich either. It is not known when Hernández will be able to play again. But Bayern Munich has already said they will not buy any replacement for him.

if only Dortmund had strengthened their squad to keep their best players staying. I believe Dortmund can compete with Munich.
Dortmund made several names with transfers that made it big. and it is in demand by rivals and other clubs. this is like being a business for Dortmund. when a club buys talented players from other clubs who haven't shined yet. with just a few touches and more playing time, they can sell players for very expensive transfers.
