I would put Freiburg ahead of RB Leipzig for a team that can compete with Bayern Munich. Maybe not exactly competing but chasing points from Bayern Munich now. Because when it comes to competition for me Borussia Dortmund is the only team that can do that, but unfortunately they are in a bad situation at the moment so they can't put any real pressure on Bayern Munich. Even though they are able to provide competition, I doubt they can win the title from Bayern Munich.

For a while, matches in any league must be stopped for a while because there is a world cup competition. And when the game resumes at the beginning of next year, Leipzig will meet Bayern Munich at the Red Bull Arena Leipzig. I think it will be a very tough match for Leipzig because Bayern Munich also have greater consistency in the Bundesliga and will still dominate the Bundesliga until the end of this season.

Looking at last season, they have always been like that, at the start of the season they always performed poorly and slowly started to become a concern by continuing to perform well. This season is also almost the same after their inconsistency at the start of the current season they have continued to rise and even in the last 4 matches they have always swept away wins.
With this it seems that replacing Tedesco who looks like a rush seems indeed the right choice for Leipzig.

RB Leipzig is in excellent form, having gone unbeaten since October. After a poor start to the season, they recovered in October with a 4-0 win over Bochum, and they have been unbeaten in all competitions since. They are, in my opinion, the only team capable of competing with Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga this season is RB Leipzig, because Dortmund is not a strong opponent this season and Union Berlin is also not a strong opponent as their performance has begun to deform.

definitely they don't have any chance of finishing in the 4th position, I say this for the following reason:

1 - Borussia still have a chance to finish in 4th position and they can be much better than the berlin union

2 - Eintracht still has chances to finish in the 4th position, and they are even better than the union berlin in my opinion

union berlin is a good team that was lucky to be at the top, but the old strong teams are already occupying the top as usual


 

ajax is still better than union berlin in my opinion, even with this bad phase that ajax is going through they can still beat berlin union, if we look at the schedule of ajax against berlin union we are talking about game which will only happen in 3 months, until then jax will sign more players because they need to be able to compete in the local league, that's why I'm of the opinion that ajax will win union berlin


it will be difficult for them to focus on the europe league for the europe league there are teams much stronger than them and they know that, their chances of winning the europe league are very small so it's not worth them taking that risk, what can they do and if strive to finish in a better position that at least guarantees them a place in European competitions, that's what they can do this season or if they have a lot of money they also have the option of buying good players and fighting for the title, but in the bundesliga bayern and the king, they have no chance against bayern

Union Berlin which has been at the top of the Bundesliga for almost two months, has now fallen to fifth place with 27 points after its performance has declined in the last few games. @emrecemsan right now Bayern are sitting comfortably at the top, and I doubt that other team’s can now dislodge them from the top. Furthermore currently they have a 4 points lead, and I believed that Leipzig would challenge them but even they’re lagging behind hence unless Bayern lose lots of game’s this season too looks they’ll win it comfortably once again that too without Lewandowski.

The Bundesliga has started to be going great for Bayern Munich again. They are back on track with the great results they have got for some weeks. Their current performance level is not much different than last season now. That's what I've been afraid of since the beginning of the season. Because like most people I've also got bored to see Bayern Munich's dominating the Bundesliga for many many years. They have already been winning the title for 10+ years and it looks like they will add another one to their collection by the end of this season.

I know that there are still teams close to him in the league standings. But they have never been as consistent as Bayern Munich so far. We have all been familiar with this scenario for years. Bayern Munich will just pull away from that at a point and become the champions comfortably. At least the first times of the season has been enjoyable so far as we have seen a different team leading for some weeks.

There are many factors that make Union Berlin unable to maintain its consistency in the Bundesliga. in the end they slipped, and suffered four defeats from a total of 15 matches this season. especially in the last 3 matches, Union Berlin found it difficult to maintain their consistency with makeshift players. after losing to Leverkusen with a landslide score, drawing to Augsburg and again suffering a heavy defeat to Freiburg, which in fact Union Berlin has always dominated based on H2H in the history of their meetings. but alas, with a busy match schedule, several players were injured plus tired.
in the end, they were unable to maintain the leader of the standings until in the end Bayern Munich took over the leader of the standings again.they have worked very hard, but were unable to maintain consistency and had to settle for being in 5th place.

after the world cup break is over, Union berlin will play a playoff round where their opponent is Ajax.yes, it seems difficult to overthrow Ajax, which in fact is a team that is stronger than Union Berlin. however, that does not mean they will be simply conquered by Ajax. there is still time to recover their mentality and rebuild their form. After so long managing to be at the top of the bundesliga standings, finally Union Berlin returned to its habitat, namely the occupants club outside the top 4, Union previous performance seemed extraordinary but slowly lost its consistency, for now I see Union Berlin may not be strong enough to face Ajax, so I am quite doubtful if Union Berlin will be able to beat Ajax, Although  Ajax is no longer the same as last season Ajax when was strengthened by Anthony but still Ajax is a strong club and will usually play impressively in European competitions.

Urs fischer can make good rotations when they have busy schedules. they should learn from other teams who have done this every season. union berlin recently has been very inconsistent in the domestic league where 4 defeats have been received in a very short time. union berlin also had to be knocked out of the top 4 positions previously union berlin was comfortable in first place in the standings. union berlin have a chance to improve their performance in this season and i hope urs fischer can do well even in this winter window they have to look for some more players to strengthen their squad to make their hopes come true this season.

I think it will be an even game between Union Berlin and also Ajax, so it's not easy to predict who will win the game. Both teams have their weaknesses, when talking about Union Berlin it is very clear that they are not able to maintain their consistency so that in the Bundesliga they have to be thrown from the position they have occupied for weeks. Both teams have hope to beat each other.

In my opinion, even on paper, Ajax is not much stronger than Union Berlin (compared to last season, this is no longer the same team). Therefore, I think that although Ajax will be the favorite, Union Berlin has a good chance to win, they have time to figure out what happened to them in the last games and correct the mistakes. But it seems to me that Union Berlin will first of all get into the top 4 of the Bundesliga, and Ajax will be more focused on winning the Europa League. After last year's disappointment, they will try to take the title that they can afford.

I think it's a little difficult, they will now prepare to face Ajax even though this is not too scary because Ajax this season is not too scary but still they are also not an easy opponent to face.
It would be very good if they qualify first in the play off because they will definitely get an additional bonus first but if they are not too capable I think being in the Champions Zone should still be targeted by Union in the Bundesliga because indeed this can still be apart from for adding to their club's income from a financial perspective can also be a lesson to make them even stronger.

When the season started newly, the energy that Union Berlin put in made me believe that they are candidates of the Champions League, which means they would have to remain at the top four of the Bundesliga. But when they remained at the top of the table for sometime I was happy with them but the way they crashed down from 1st to 5th within small amount of duration made me understand that Union rep Berlin are not yet candidate of the Champions League. They should atleast try to go to the Europa League

I agree with you, that this is the first time that Union Berlin is in fifth place in the German league standings, of course Union Berlin must experience the European League because it will lift the players' mentality if they finish in fourth place in the German league class, Union Berlin outperforms Borussia Dortmund who only 2 points adrift, of course Union Berlin must stay focused on defending their points, because what we know Borussia Dortmund is a Champions League subscription club, it's impossible for a club of Borussia Dortmund's class not to get a Champions League ticket, of course all the top clubs will play tighter when the international break ends, because we know that some clubs don't want to force their players to play hard in the last few matches, because we know that players want to strengthen their country in the World Cup, so many clubs have had bad dreams in yesterday's match, so no wonder, if we see the appearance of the top clubs playing inconsistent as it should be.

Union berlin gets a strong attacks on its mental after won so many matches without even losing once since early season but the performance has been going down since it was loosing against bochum. It seems like bochum was giving very bad impact to the berlin.


It seems like that no chance for union to be a winner again in the bundesliga. Bayern has come back again and dominating everything in the bundesliga. I think that union berlin will be finished at the top 4. it's more than enough for union caused by it would able to go to the champion league

Union Berlin's performance in the last few matches has been very poor. But I can't accept that their performance has deteriorated as they have focused on the Europa League. They are playing well in the Europa League. But Union Berlin did not dominate any match and won. Their gameplay was average. They lost trucks, and the performance of their defenders worsened. In a few matches Union Berlin lost points only because of poor performances from defenders.
