I'm intrigued by what you're saying, that money follows the champion. Yes I agree with that, and if you look at the potential that Borussia Dortmund have I can say they can achieve both if they really focus on it. But again they are not serious about this and only prioritize money, and they are enough with one place below Bayern Munich.
