Bayern Munich are now losing 1-0 against City in their friendly match. It could be, it's a friendly match after all, but they almost didn't have positions throughout the match. City played very dominant and they are leading 1-0 with a goal from former Bundesliga striker Haaland. Bayern Munich's squad this year looks very good. I think they are competing for the UCL title but it is very difficult if they play like that. They don't have Lewangoalski anymore, they need to make the attacks more organized.
Friendly matches are not very important, they allow us to see the situation the team is in. But I think Bayern will really struggle this year. They played like a pretty weak team against City, they had almost no scoring chances and they could not attack effectively.
The team needs to solve the problem of scoring goals as soon as possible, I think we will see this situation improve in a few weeks Smiley
I think we can't understand if they will be bad or not from just one game. I mean City is a big big club so losing to them means nothing, but it was also one of the earliest games they had with this same roster, probably not even any other so far, could be very first. Hence, I believe that we should probably consider this as nothing, so all in all we are talking about something that is rarely ever a good or bad thing here just because it was one game.

They built a team that is much much better than their opponents in the league for sure, they were already better, and they became even better and took that gap to a higher level. So I guess we will have to wait and see.

Haller is currently being treated for testicular cancer so it isn't sure when he will get back to the training and play games with Dortmund. This is a bad news for the new signed player and for Dortmund for sure. It will be hard without him.
it looks like the disease he is experiencing will take a long time to recover and I see some recent news Dortmund will be looking for a replacement sticker option after Haller was diagnosed with a testicular tumor and the player who was linked was Luis Suarez. although currently Dortmund still have stock of stickers such as Karim Adeyemi, Donyell Malen, and Youssoufa Moukoko, Dortmund management still can't expect much from them because coach Edin Terzic is not sure that these three will be able to make a big contribution next season. that's why Dortmund are currently trying hard to get Luis Suarez because Luis Suarez has not found his new club after his contract expired at Atletico Madrid last season.

Boateng still has a contract with Lyon until next summer. They would have to sell him in winter at the latest  to get money for a transfer. Now Boateng has introduced himself into the discussion in an interview. There he said that he would like to come back to the Bundesliga. Maybe we will see him again soon.

Of course, friendly matches will never tell the whole truth about what awaits us in the regular season. However, I think it will not be easy for Bayern to fill the gap that arose after the leaving of Robert Lewandowski. In today's game against Manchester City you could see the difference. Hopefully Sane will soon begin to get understand better with the other players in the club and the team play will look better, but if they don't raise the level then Dortmund may finally have a chance to fight for the Bundesliga title.
I agree with you because most of the time these friendlies are having not serious impact on teams and players performance as these are just for preparation for them in season, and they have to do some strategies and working on different systems for their teams.

With this all most chances they will improve and having better results in next matches because now they are going to live without star player and having big challenge here they have some better news as their most competitive challenger Borussia Dortmund is also lost their main striker due to injury, and he is coming back after two or three months which can give them some good edge, and they can do much better than fans feelings about them in coming season.

There is no doubt that Bayern Munich will continue their dominance in the Bundesliga. But we don't know if they will be able to perform well in the Champions League. Bayern Munich has made several changes to their squad. Especially their main striker Lewandoski is not in the squad now. And so personally I think Bayern Munich needs some time to stabilize. They lost a friendly match against Manchester City. Bayern Munich should learn from this defeat. And should find their mistakes and solve them.
Lewandowski's leaving made the whole team have to change the way of the game. It will definitely take time for the coach to find a way to get everything in order. I think you are right and Bayern will keep their dominance in the Bundesliga, but if the team fails to find a common way to play, Borussia will have a chance to make a surprise.
It's never been easy for any team to replace their best player in very quick way even right now FC Bayern Munich having few very good players and they all capable of having good quality for doing better but still it's a long way to go for them to do things like they have done in Robert Lewandowski era which was one of the best time for their current adventure.

Today they play first friendly after leaving their golden man and fail to give any impression which is surely hurting their fans but most chances they will bounce back very good and positive in near future because they have potential and ability to do things in their favor without any big trouble.

The next champion of the Bundesliga has to be  Bayern Munich. Because I don't see any team worthy of dethroning them as of now. And I also think that it is going to be like that throughout the whole season. We got Dortmund who seems to be the only competition and they are also not doing well. And we have Bayern Munich winning the league title for ten years back to back. And I think it's going to be 11 after next season. Dortmu8nd did get Haller but that's not gonna be enough for sure.

Bayern Munich obviously wants this player badly but there is no way that de Ligt is worth 80 million. I know that a lot of potential players are worth close to hundred million nowadays, and the amount of money that a club can get, a hundred million is not too much in this Era but I think it is quite a lot of money for a Defender. If the deal is finalized in 80 million total, I will not have any problems, to be honest. But I don't think that really is going to be finalized in 80 million. Bayern Munich will have to spend more than 80 million to get this player.
I agree with you the price is unreasonable Bayern Munich should be able to get another player for a lower price but with the same ability
But there's no need to rush Bayern Munich must wait for the right moment
The question is whether Bayern Munich will be willing to pay more than that? I myself believe they can afford it if they have to pay more than 80 million, but I also agree it's a fantastic figure for a defender like you said. But it's back to Bayern Munich if they believe in that value de Ligt can give a game worth what they spend, I don't think that's a problem either.
From one of the news portals that I got, Bayern Munich has made their latest offer for De Ligt. The amount is around 90 million with a combination of cash plus bonuses, I think instead of long and unfinished negotiations and the offer is very close to 100 million, then it seems it would be better for Bayern Munich to immediately follow the wishes of Juventus with 100 million. Unless Bayern Munich have no money and only bid in the range of 50-70 million, then naturally the negotiations will be very long. But even what happens that their offer is very close to the nominal price, then completing the transaction sooner would be better because after all, De Ligt himself really wanted to leave and had agreed to join Bayern Munich.

The reason Juventus didn't want to sell de Ligt was because they didn't have a capable defense at the time. However, if they sold this player they would have to buy at least two really good defenders with the money that they received. And I think that is what they wanted to do.

Bayern Munich did not have any trouble signing the player. They have enough money in the bank and they can obviously use it. I think they were worried about the same thing, and that was, is the player worth that much money? All their worries were put to rest when they purchased the player.

I don't think it matters at all for the championship. Bayern Munich will easily become champions without him. Moreover, the main competitor, Borussia Dortmund, has lost their star player Haaland. If you put that on the scale, Dortmund suffers much more. Bayern also has plenty of time to look for a replacement. The name Ronaldo is mentioned several times, but I don't think it will be him. They still have very good attackers, but one more would be nice.

This is a special transfer: Mathys Tel!
He is 17 years old and is going to FC Bayern. There is an agreement between FC Bayern and Mathys Tel. But Stade Rennes wants almost 30 million euros for him, which is extreme for such a young player. His market value of 2 million euros is not realistic according to the rumours. He is also a national player for France.

I heard it too and he's said to be a very talented young player. Actually, I'm very skeptical about such high transfer fees, especially for a 17-year-old, but FC Bayern wouldn't pay this amount if they didn't know something. In addition, the player is said to pay part of the transfer fee by himself.

The price is too high and in football there are very good players on the market for 30 million euros. But at 17, FC Bayern also had Jamal Musiala and now he is 19 years young and has a market value of 65 million euros. So they can develop yuong player at Bayern and they will probably earn money with it. There is also Paul Wanner and he is 16 years old.

A formation that is rare for them but if you look at it now it's clear that their experimentation in this match is a bit less good in my opinion.
We can see they are quite good in midfield but still even with 5 defenders there they still lose and are quite difficult to accept Villarreal's quick counter-attack.
To be honest they now seem to have to start looking for a striker again.
The news that is currently developing is not far from Suarez being used as an emergency replacement option for Haller, but until now there is still no clarity about this even though this news was blowing hard a few days ago.
But if you look at their friendly matches it's clear they need a striker at the moment especially their condition is really difficult now if there are still no pure strikers there.
Yep, the latest news about suarez started sticking out but now it seems like this news seems to be lost and not heard from anymore.
Even so, Dortmund currently need a pure striker for them to navigate next season.
Haller became one of the ideal replacements, but it's a shame when he now has to rest long enough to make Dortmund inflamed and inevitably have to look for another striker because Haller's condition doesn't allow.

There isn't much time to go for the beginning of a new season in the Bundesliga. Dortmund and Bayern Munich are both dealing with striker problems. To be more accurate, Dortmund just want to replace Haller until his medical condition comes back to normal. On the other hand, Bayern Munich need a striker in their starting eleven directly as they have sold Lewandowski. I have seen their match against Manchester City which they played really poorly against the English team. Maybe it was a friendly but we can see that the striker problem is obvious.
I don't mind what they're going through now for the Bundesliga. Because the situation will not be much different from last season, where Bayern Munich will continue to dominate the league. But I worry more about them in the Champions League, Bayern Munich in particular. So far they are still under a more ready club, Manchester City among them. How they play of course we will judge, even though it is not an official match.

Man City definitely deserved to win. They had significantly more chances and dominated the game. Unfortunately, Bayern Munich didn't take advantage of the few good chances to score. One thing I noticed during the game was that  Sane does not run, he does not gravitate, he has no aptitude especially in friendly or seasonal matches. And funny enough, this is how he has been for 2 seasons, he does not fight when he loses the ball.

They are both in different leagues. Yes, obviously there are some basic differences, but for the Bundesliga I think Bayern Munich will still be dominated because Bayern Munich has been very serious about recruiting new players. Likewise with Manchester City which will still dominate the Premier League next season even though several big teams in England have started to improve in a better direction now.
Even if they are in a different league and Bayern will definitely dominate but there we can't rule out the Champions League either.
Bayern are strong in the Bundesliga but overall when they say the Champions League it is something that will slap them because of course their strength is still not stable.
But in this case I really wanted to see Mane and Haaland up front but my hopes were dashed because Mane wasn't there.

Even though this is a friendly match, the difference between the two teams is very clear. Manchester City still looks better than Bayern Munich.
It's true, they need to fix this team as soon as possible, because their real problem is when they face big teams from Europe. For a Bundesliga class I still really believe in them.

The defeat to Man City yesterday made coach Julian Nagelsmann rethink the shortcomings in their squad, Man City defenders are quite tough and Munich looks a little difficult to control the ball in the Man City defense. I think Julian Nagelsmann needs to improve in midfield, to build attack they need more active midfielders. The trial of Man City's new players managed to trouble Bayern Munich's defense.

I think friendly matches are quite important and that’s why it’s being played in the first place. Friendly matches are played to warm up the players and have a go at other clubs and teams to observe their strength, tactics and their preparedness for the new season.
I also don’t think Bayern Munich would struggle in any way this season. Sure, they played badly and lost in the friendly with Manchester city. They probably have an ace up their sleeve ahead for this season. I hope so at least. Manchester city on the other hand played really brilliant as always.
haaland plays very relaxed, he looks like someone who takes revenge lol. This pre-season match really answered Oliver Khan's worries, because he said firmly, losing Lewandowski really had a big impact on Bayern's attacking line, and it was proven, mane still haven't been able to blend in with Bayern's current pattern of play, maybe it will take a few more matches to finish.  can unite with other bayern squad.
