according to german kicker, Ko Itakura's move to borussia mönchengladbach is now official. the flexible defensive player joins 'die fohlen' from manchester city, although the japanese player spent last season with schalke 04 in the 2nd bundesliga, where he was considered one of the best players. Ko Itakura has a contract until summer 2026 with borussia, who will transfer €5 million to the skyblues

Manchester city is making some good profits by selling a few players.  they have sold two players in two days. And they are making some good profit after they have made some important decisions to bring in some costly players to the team.

If I am not wrong, the coach of his new team was very keen to get him on the team. Considering that, Ko Itakura has never made an appearance for Manchester City in the first team, I think Manchester City got a good amount of money by selling this player.

Dortmund can still be considered successful in the Bundesliga in fact. Because for example they finished the last season at the second position in the standings. They didn't struggle to even reach this position at least. While there is a team like Bayern Munich it is still good to be able to finish a season right behind them. Of course Dortmund can fight better for the championship too but I don't see such future for them anytime soon. I think next season isn't going to be much different from the last one.
Dormund can only be successful in the Bundesliga if they stop selling out their best players, and consider building a strong squad which will be capable of resisting their rival Bayern. Otherwise, they will continue to end the League at the second play. Bayern Munich had won the Bundesliga for 10 consecutive seasons, and I think it high time Dormund should be able to compete with them. However, with the current state of Bayern squad strength. Is certain that they are the favourite in winning the Bundesliga title next season.

If Dortmund can win the Bundesliga trophy and end Bayern's dominance in the Bundesliga, it can be said to have achieved success.
So I agree with you, Dortmund should stop selling their star players and try to keep them. Because it will not be able to build a strong team
if Dortmund always loses its star players. Like this year Bayern lost Haaland, so I doubt that Karim Adeyemi, who was bought to replace
Haaland's role, can immediately adapt to the Dortmund game. So as usual Dortmund will likely return to playing inconsistently next season,
and will find it difficult to compete with Bayern. Moreover, Bayern have brought in several new players to strengthen their squad, and Bayern
still haven't lost Lewandowski. This means that the possibility of Bayern winning the Bundesliga trophy again next season is very high.
That's what I think the Bundesliga is a little boring, because the winner is very easy to predict.

According to some media reports, CR7 wants to leave his club Manchester United. And of course, there is also talk about Bayern Munich. If Lewandowski leaves they would certainly have enough money for the transfer. But I would not be so sure about his salary. But what interests me much more is, can you imagine CR7 at Bayern Munich?
It's possible, it's football as anything can happen.
Still not advisable to trust the some of the news online.
Bayern Munich really have shown any interest in Ronaldo right now.
that will never happen, bayern has confirmed as long as lewandowski is still playing and is at bayern then cristiano ronaldo will not be interested in bayern. Ronaldo is still performing very extraordinary and productive but Lewandowski as Bayern's goal machine is the top scorer in the German league in recent years, so bayern sticking with lewandowski is much better than having to buy cristiano ronaldo again.

They did have a successful seasy Yeah, But they could have been the champions, If they still have Leowandoski in their club and looking at the performance of the team with the presence of Leowandoski past seasons , However I do think in my opinion that the biggest mistake which Dortmund did was to sell Leowandoski to their main rivalry Bayern Munich. If you examine properly you could see the player has really helped Bayern Munich in winning trophies and played a major role for them to becoming Bundesliga Champions, It could have been much better if they didn't sell him at all or better have him sold to another club than him sold to rival club Bayern Munich .

Eintracht Frankfurt wanted left back of Beşiktaş Rıdvan Yılmaz but this transfer is delayed due to unknown payment plan. We were excited to see him play in foreign league at young age but I wouldn't mind if he stays as well. I guarantee you that Eintracht Frankfurt can't buy him for same price next season so they should act fast in this transfer window. They won Europa League so they shouldn't have any financial problem.

Dortmund aren't worried at all about losing their best players currently. Of course it would be a big hit to them if they lose nearly all of their skilled players. However this is already a thing they have been doing for a long time. When they sold Erling Haaland they even stated that they weren't worried about this agreement too much. Because they were already used to playing without Haaland before and they believed they could do the same again after this deal happened. This will go on for Dortmund like this.

In fact, the success of good teams does not depend on the performance of just a few players. So it's good that Dortmund isn't too worried either. But if they want to achieve success both in the league and in other cups, they need to strengthen their squad.
It will be difficult for them to be as successful as before after their best players leave the team
Borussia Dortmund are used to letting go of their star players, this is not the first time they have done the same. They have experience in this so I'm pretty sure they don't worry when they lose a star player. What I look forward to is the star players who are born from this team as they have always been.
Seems Dortmund don't even care about winning Bundesliga league,  they are okay in grooming players to give out to other clubs. Maybe this time Dortmund will change their mindset to win the league.

From the last few seasons, they seem to be running on their own and there are no significant obstacles from other clubs to become champions in the Bundesliga.
Their dominance is too extraordinary which makes them difficult to match and I quite agree with what you say about the difference because surely the difference in points will be much different.
Bayern are already champions it seems even though the Bundesliga hasn't restarted yet.
In last few years no German club able to challenge them for title with this now we all know nothing special going to happen in next season as well because quality difference is having big impact. Even in Champions League, mostly bookmakers give them favorite tag, or mostly they keep them in top four because of their quality.

If I am no wrong they never lost in early rounds mostly they knocked out in quarterfinal or knock out stage which mean they are top quality club in Europe as well they have the best resources and best financial system in soccer world which is helping them for staying here at top level.

Now as we are watching Robert Lewandowski is trying to leave, they already have their backup for this position which is going to improve their quality.
This is what makes me not so interested in making a bet about who will be the champion there because this has been read from the beginning.
As for Lewandowski's departure at this time, it is still uncertain but even so, the chances of him leaving are quite wide open but this does not make Bayern weak because they have found a pretty good replacement there.

You can interpret success for German teams in different ways. I don't know where the success lies for Dortmund. They will undoubtedly also have ambition, but will also be very realistic and know that the championship cannot be achieved as long as Bayern Munich also participates in this composition. Surely we can conclude that Dortmund's season in the league has been a success if they become 2nd and they secure the Champions League? Also depending of course on the results in Europe and the cup.

i see dortmund is a team that saw that success by buying cheap players and then developing them and then selling the players at a high price (not with league trophies) LOL

After getting a big profit from the sale of Haaland, Dortmund also set Bellingham prices at a high price too (120 million euros). this further confirms that dortmund don't have big intentions for the trophy, they just want money Cheesy
You and I have very different understanding of "success". If we were to talk about finances I am sure that Dortmund made a good chunk of money in the last two years and I am expecting them to make some more in the near future as well. However, we are forgetting the fact that Dortmund is not spending that money, which is weird I know but did they get any superstars to their team with how much money they made? Of course not.

This is their problem, they are not getting any better. They get young players, improve them, sell them, make a bunch of profit and repeat this again and again. This is why I doubt that they would ever become a team that could win a championship with this method.

Bayern Munich have become the winners of the Bundesliga title for ten seasons in a row. Dortmund are obviously seeming like they have accepted the current situation of the league already. The only way they can win the league title from now on could be seeing Bayern Munich having a worse season. Even then I will still doubt Dortmund but at least we would watch a real competition for the title. The Bundesliga isn't attracting to me when it comes to a title fight as there hasn't been any for a long time.

We might be able to see some competition if Lewandowski moves but as long as he is there Bayern are gonna win matches and show their dominance. With Haaland's departure, Dortmund might find trouble scoring so that's also gonna put things towards Bayern's favour. Lewandowski's contract is about to end next year so maybe next season we can find Bayern hobbling another team chiming in strong for the title race but as for now feels like it will be same Bayern story again.

We all know Borussia Dortmund management never been in favor of winning trophies because they feel this all few years back buying low price youths and giving them some chance in Bundesliga then selling on high price is real big deal, so they are enjoying this all for many years just because of them Bayern Munich is able to win many trophies, and they never look into this.

We already have very long list of players those were established here and then shine in many other European clubs with most recent we have Haaland and now coming star is Bellingham which is in contract with them for five years with transfer clause having big amount and now Real Madrid and Liverpool both are already interested in this wonder kid.

Everyone is tired, but as I already wrote, the problem is not in Bavaria. If Dortmund performed well in European competition (on a par with Bayern), then one could be upset about Bayern's hegemony in the domestic championship, but Dortmund is bad there and there. It is obvious that Dortmund must progress in this situation and not Bayern degrade in order for us to see a quality competitive league.
They lost financially and they also lost on a player basis which makes this seem like a big difference.
It's true that Dortmund have had quite good players every season but still they will lose because Bayern are much better and more prepared.
Bayern's hegemony no matter what will remain and they will still be champions forever if Dortmund don't make improvements there because right now only Dortmund is the closest compared to other clubs.

This year slightly different for champion league because Bundesliga send 5 contestants to playing at that competition but i think it is difficult to bundesliga teams can reach to semifinal matches for champion league unless Bayern Munich but for other teams such as Dortmund, Leverkusen, Frankfurt or Leipzig i think they still consider as underdog teams and so far strong contender for champion league title from bundesliga is only Bayern Munich but for other teams i think they will hard struggle and maybe some of them will ended at group stage only
Even Bundesliga having five teams in Champions League but still it's not going to have any big impact because we all know just two teams are capable of having some quality players, and they can go through until quarterfinal or semifinal spot for Bayern Munich all others are going to be knocked out from first round because their quality is not enough for competition with teams from England, Italy and Spain because these teams are having not enough funds or these are not interested to invest for some quality players which can give them better results.

Just Bayern Munich is doing much better for giving them tough challenge, but they are also having some wired issues in last few years which need to settle if they want to win Champions League.

Dortmund's sale of Haaland is definitely going to affect them this season, and it might cost them their top four race next season.Haaland was the only person that defined their season with the number of goals he scored couple with the assists he got,and Dortmund decided to let him go to Manchester city. They will be in search for a player that can replace Haaland at the club, but I doubt if they will be able to see such a player in today's market.Haaland has moved to the premier league, but he doesn't know that England is the toughest league ever,He can be very good at Lalliga, but English premier league is so hard that scoring goals will be a problem the moment those defenders understand your pattern of play and how you score goals.Nevertheless, let's wait to see whether his move to premier league will be a success or a failure.

Erling Haaland absence in the team will be felt for time but won't take much time, when Dortmund will bounce back to their stand. Moreover, it's not their first time selling one of their best player, they have sold tight and good players in the past, and still yet. They stand strong, they are among of the team in the world that's very good with developing keyplayers in football and they always sell these players which they have built over the years. Haaland moving to England will be difficult for him at first, but with constant games, he will understand the English pattern of games.

We wont see a destruction in Bayern Munich . From my side i think they will win the title again and by a difference of 8+ points for sure. Bayern Munich gets star players every season and has a superb team every year while Dortmund sells their superstars and honestly they will fight for top 4 positions this year and not the title
From the last few seasons, they seem to be running on their own and there are no significant obstacles from other clubs to become champions in the Bundesliga.

Honestly, if anyone thinks that there is a competition for Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga they are absolutely wrong. There is no actual competition for Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga and Bayern Munich are abusing that very much and winning the League title almost every year for a long time right now.

They are also going to win that League title next season as well. And a lot of people are thinking if Robert Lewandowski leaves Bayern Munich it is going to make them weaker but they already have their substitute fielder ready for Robert Lewandowski if he actually ends up leaving the club.
