In fact, Borussia Dortmund's vision is very good, they are successful in creating quality players. But how good their ability to create quality players is coupled with achievements, it will be something very extraordinary. It's just that until now I haven't seen that they will do that (achievement). It's a shame when their abilities are not put to good use.
Dortmund is one of Bayern Munich rival teams in the domestic league in the race for the title but it is impossible for Dortmund to break the dominance of bayern munich. Even in the past few seasons dortmund have always been able to create star players in every season but they always release their stars when the transfer window opens. It's possible that if they keep their star players, Dortmund can achieve their target of winning the German league. I think their business is just polishing players and selling them when other clubs want to get their players.

We wont see a destruction in Bayern Munich . From my side i think they will win the title again and by a difference of 8+ points for sure. Bayern Munich gets star players every season and has a superb team every year while Dortmund sells their superstars and honestly they will fight for top 4 positions this year and not the title
From the last few seasons, they seem to be running on their own and there are no significant obstacles from other clubs to become champions in the Bundesliga.
Their dominance is too extraordinary which makes them difficult to match and I quite agree with what you say about the difference because surely the difference in points will be much different.
Bayern are already champions it seems even though the Bundesliga hasn't restarted yet.

Yes, I don’t understand this strategy either - it would seem that they can not only earn money, but also fight for titles and more earnings from Eurocups, that is, keep good players and earn money (Bavaria model). But they are satisfied with just making money and with a stunted performance in Europe and the inability to fight Bayern for the title.

I would say Dortmund should fight for the title. Almost every season we see them making star players. But they can't win the title. I would say Dortmund management should form a strong team and fight for the title. And the destruction of Bayern Munich's reign in the Bundesliga. I'm tired of watching Bayern Munich win titles every season.

It is the decision of Dortmund management to make money by selling the star players it has, so it seems difficult to change this tradition.
Therefore, it is not surprising that in the end Dortmund struggled to win trophies, because almost every season they sell their star players.
This has been one of the most reason they usually finds it difficult to achieve trophy, and probably end seasons without trophy. The last time they probably won the Bundesliga title was in the year 2011, and . Therefore, the management have to understand that selling out majority of their star players is really affecting the club performance.
They have to change their tradition, if only they want to start winning trophies.
The tradition shows that Dortmund has no target to win trophies and also, this Dortmund team is like an academy where star players grow up to make profit for the club not for achievement. Because if Dortmund is serious about winning the title then every star player they have will certainly not be sold, because a team that is serious about winning trophies then they will keep these players and provide many benefits and one of them is about increasing salaries, but unfortunately Dortmund don't apply that.

I think we all know what Dortmund does and we also know very well that they do it well enough and that’s why even though they are just here to make a profit they are still doing quite well. It is obviously not understandable to a lot of people. Even I don’t understand why they do it because without trophies what’s the point?

But as they are doing quite well and they don’t have any complaints about not winning any trophies I don’t think we should have too many complaints either. I think they could do better but they don’t want to.

Dortmund did a very good job in the way the team helped to build and grow one of the best strikers in the world now Erling Haaland. The team has shown the world that when it comes to building quality players and making them world-class they do it better. But I expected them to keep Haaland so that they can bring more young and talented players to play along with him so that they can outshine Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga next season, I guess the team is going to continue to bring in good and talented players to replace the position of Erling Haaland.
They are already in this business for many decades bringing young players and after having some good seasons in team sell them to big clubs Erling Haaland transfer going to have no impact on them as they already have good amount from this transfer and now have few more youths which are going to have good profit for them in coming years because they mostly bring youths and then give them good opportunity for coming stars this is good setup by them.

Currently, Jude Bellingham is going to be next sensation as Real Madrid and Liverpool already have interest in this wonder kid, but they are not in hurry to sell him because now in this season they are going to have some good performance from him and then business will start for them.

Dortmund are one of the teams that like to sign and grow young and talented players. They are like a steppingstone for that kind of player. Erling Haaland was one of them for example. He wasn't known much by people before but things changed a lot after joining Dortmund. It is going to continue to be the same for very talented players like him. Dortmund's main goal must be this because of that. If they aimed at the Bundesliga championship first then they would build a squad according to it.

I think they have shown some quality teams that can get into big clubs like for example now there is Erling Haaland who managed to set a record for the highest transfer fee for this season and managed to get into a top class team so this shows that the club has presented its quality as a scorer professional players who have the best quality.

Actually Dortmund very worried will lost this player especially in Bellingham contract there is no clause option which mean every clubs can buy him anytime and Bellingham said he want to stay longer in Dortmund and don't want to leave this team but because he is targeted for many clubs so not impossible if someday he will leave Dortmund and currently his price tag approximately 120 millions euro seems this is might be overpriced but why Dortmund provide him high price because they don't want him to leave but Liverpool confirmed for this year he isn't their primary target anymore but he still on watchlist Madrid
I mean if he is offered a huge amount of money, then Dortmund shouldn't be really worried about it at all, they would be making money. I still have zero clue what they do with that money, looking at the past 2 years they have made over 150 million euro profit from the sales, and I did not see them spend that money on buying new players.

If you are going to make that kind of money, and not spend it, then you are going to be pretty bad team, how could you get better. If you asked me, I would have said that they should spend more than what they earned, and make a debt, to be better for a few years at least and get a championship finally. In the end, even if they make another 100+ million from his sale, they won't spend it, and they will be worse again.

If Liverpool insist on signing Jude Bellingham then this will be the club's most expensive transfer or a record-breaking most expensive transfer, I personally consider it still possible to happen. Although indeed, Jude Bellingham himself is still under contract with Dortmund until June 2025, this may be one big obstacle. But if Liverpool really have the money to sign him then why not, because Liverpool at least still has the profits from the sales of Sadio Mane and Takumi Minamino.
@hahay irrespective of the odds and the rumours I believe that he won’t leave Dortmund in a World Cup year, because if he transfers now and gets limited playing time then he’ll drop out of the World Cup squad, hence I expect that he’ll stay put for this season. However next year I expect many teams to target him, and I wouldn’t be surprised if all top 6 teams in premier league ended up targeting him.
Regarding his position for a place in the world cup or in the national team I don't think it would matter if he moved, because Jude Bellingham is proving to be a talented young player. Even today it is not only Liverpool who have an interest in Jude Bellingham, there are still Real Madrid and Chelsea who are also interested in Jude Bellingham. The reason is, Dortmund itself still doesn't want to release Jude Bellingham because of course Dortmund still really need him. Liverpool and Real Madrid clearly want Jude Bellingham because their midfielders are old, therefore signing Jude Bellingham is their target to make him a player who will replace the old players in their squad.

Maybe this is their management strategy goal to create a star and sell it on market, but of course all measures there must be a good and a bad side, they will not be competitive on each session because all gone and on another side, they will get more cash. And still, in the football industry, the orientation is more about money, and no one can avoid them even fans or supporters.
Ofcourse,it is their tradition because this is not the first time they have sold their star, they are always selling their best player every season and this usually affect their season because before they find a replacement,it's always very hard. But it will really be disappointing for their fans to be in this kind of situation where  they will be having heart break because of the club's culture of selling their best player. They must have fans that are used to the culture, and live with the culture.

This is nothing new for Dortmund. They have done this before. They sell the most important player in their squad at a high price and make money. This is their business. Since Dortmund's goal is not to win the title. They have bought several players. While the start of next season may not be very stable for them, Dortmund's performance will be stable if new players adapt to the team. They will not face too many problems. And next season we will see Dortmund in the top four of the table.

I wonder why Borussia Dortmund puts money ahead of achievement, when it would be nice for them to take both. If they get achievements I think they will also earn money. But if they prioritize money then they will lose what is called achievement. If they want I'm sure they will be able to get it all.
