They have not yet refused the deal, but demand guarantees that Barcelona will pay in one payment without any installments. In my opinion, this is a completely natural demand, since everyone knows that Barcelona is in a difficult financial situation - no one wants to be a creditor of a (potential) bankrupt. Barcelona cannot even sell De Jong due to debts to him, but in doing so they are trying to make a big deal for the purchase  Grin

As far as I've heard about Barcelona, if they don't sell De Jong now, they won't be able to sign Lewandowski. They don’t have enough money. They continue to try to raise funds. Barcelona is a renowned club. My guess is that if Bayern Munich want to sell Lewandowski, Barcelona will raise funds anyway. Xavi is now very interested in bringing Lewandowski to the team.

According to the news, Barcelona are really desperate to get Lewandowski and are ready to make a fourth offer to Bayern that will satisfy all of Bayern's demands (50 million in one payment). In addition, PSG is allegedly interested in Lewandowski (which allows Bayern to have a strong position in trade with Barcelona). I think the puzzle will go like this: Lewandowski goes to Barcelona, De Jong to United and Bayern sign Ronaldo.

Bayern Munich get stronger and stronger season after season.
As far as I can tell Dortmund has never been a good and big competitor's for Bayern Munich.
I don't think Bayern Munich is getting stronger but it is their competitors like Borussia Dortmund who are not improving themselves to be able to compete with Bayern Munich. If you look from season to season, actually the squad that Bayern Munich has does not have many significant changes, but they are able to maintain their game. But I don't see that in other Bundesliga teams.

Dortmund are looking for talent, not star players. that's the difference between Dortmund movement with other teams in the transfer market this summer. So it's no wonder Dortmund have been very active in the transfer market this summer as Dortmund just lost their star Erling Haaland this summer. In the Bundesliga, Dortmund is indeed a tight competition for bayern in the race for the title, but at the end of the competition it is always Bayern who won the German league trophy.

It is what Dortmund have been doing for a long time, yeah. They must have enough money to bring the biggest star players in the world for sure but their vision is not that I'm afraid. Erling Haaland was the biggest example for this. They signed him for not a significant amount of money and they did this when not many number of people knew about him. But after that they helped him shine in the Bundesliga and everyone knows about him now. They would continue to keep this vision for a long time.

Dortmund managed to secure the deal with ajax striker haller it is a good deal especially after haaland departure, haller is an excelent player he was the eredivisie top scorer last season and he was one of the top in the champions league so i think he will be successfull in the bundesliga, especially because he has a similar play style with haaland.
I honestly can't compare and say that Haller will be able to replace Haaland now. I still want to see how far Haller will contribute to Borussia Dortmund. I hope he can do better or at least match what Haaland did to bring Borussia Dortmund into competition with Bayern Munich. Because after all I want the Bundesliga to be more competitive.

Because in terms of struggle and consistency, Bayern Munich players are always better than Dortmund, although the Dortmund team's overall game is not so bad because Dortmund can also compete for the German league trophy.

I haven't seen any competition over the last few seasons but I agree with what you said about Dortmund being good at looking for talent here.
Indeed, their eyes are quite observant in bringing in young players and making their potential shine even more because indeed not a few great young players started there.
It's a shame that their talented talents are not used for competitive purposes, even though it's quite worth it from a business perspective.

Every seasons Bundesliga teams will always be attempts to strengthen their squad by buying new players and the latest teams who very agressive in transfer window is Dortmund that so far they get 8 players and i think this is prove that Dortmund serious want to compete with Bayern Munich for race title but indeed the most problem is while Bayern able to get star players but other teams only able to buy mediocre players this because financial strength for Bayern is very strong so that's why they can get the players they want and if these gap of financial strength cannot be reduced then it is difficult to other teams compete with Bayern

There are other teams in the Bundesliga that would have enough money to make bigger transfers, but then they would have to save money... on stadium expansion, which can mean fewer fans in the stadion over the years. Or in the youthacademy, which means that the young talent is not so strong. The TV funds are high, for example Dortmund 80 million euros, or Leverkusen 75 million euros, RB Leibzig with 73 million euros or Eintracht Frankfurt 67 million euros. You can buy star players with that money, but it would be missing over the years in other projects.

Bundesliga will definitely be more interesting if other teams strengthen their players, and probably compete with Bayern Munich for the title. Premier League remain one of the best League in football because their is high level of competition within the teams. Which made it quite difficult to predict who will win the League. But, Bayern Munich have won the Bundesliga title for 10 consecutive seasons, and will also win next season if no team is well prepared to compete seriously with them.

Sebastien Haller finally wore the Borussia Dortmund jersey. A four-year contract was signed. It's not known to what extent he can fill Erling Haaland's place, but an important transfer fee of 31 million Euro was paid to Ajax so Dortmund expect something big from him.
He was the top scorer in the league with 21 goals last season for Ajax and scored 11 goals in the Champions League. He's a total striker. He will play in a higher level league, on a higher level team.
I think Dortmund filled Haaland very well. Haller has given a great performance this year. He played very well in both UCL and the Eredevisie. He knows the league as he has played in the Bundesliga before. I believe he will be very successful with Borussia Dortmund. While it's tough to replace Haaland, Haller can do it.

I don't know how accurate it is to compare Haller with Haaland. Haaland is one of the most valuable football players in the world right now, at a very young age and very talented. Haller is also a good player, but the time he can play is much more limited, his performance will start to decline in a few years.
Maybe he will play well enough this year, but he can't be a long term investment Cheesy

The combined attacking force of Karim Adeyemi and Sebastien Haller would make the difference for Borussia Dortmund next season. Karim Adeyemi is young, fast and strong. Just 20years, yet Karim is composed and confident in front of goal. While Sebastien Haller is bringing experience to the attacking force of the team. The Ivorian striker is a goal scoring machine banging  47 goals in 66 games for AFC Ajax. These two strikers would produce the required performance and I am sure Burussia Dortmund would compete favorably for the Bundesliga with Bayern Munich and other teams.

In every season in the Bundesliga, we only see the dominance of Bayern Munich. We are upset to see Bayern Munich dominate and win the title. We want to see a new team as champions. But Dortmund, the Bundesliga's best-known and one of the strongest team, have no interest in winning the title. Leipzig, on the other hand, try to win the title but they do not succeed due to the lack of enough talented players in the team. If Leipzig or Dortmund had spent enough money to build their own team, it would not have been so easy for Bayern Munich to win the title every season.
That's why the English Premier league is so prestigious and their matches are streamed more, the league is very competitive and you can't have one team dominating for years. Bayern Munich are doing everything possible to remain dominant so they deserve to win, the other clubs seem to be playing just to remain in the league and maybe compete in Europe. If you want to win the league you have to bring in talented and hard working players in.

They've got Mane and I think it's enough if Lewandowski isn't with them anymore. Mane is a quality player even though at Liverpool he was a bit obscured by the big name Mohammad Salah, but under Mohammed Salah's shadow he can still show his quality. At Bayern Munich if Lewandowski leaves, it means he has a great opportunity to show his full potential.
Mane is a great football player.  Actually, I think they played very well with Salah in Liverpool as well, and he certainly wasn't overshadowed by Salah.  If Lewandowski had stayed at Bayern, Mane would not have been overshadowed either.  He is a great player and always manages to be indispensable for quality teams.

I didn't forget Mane but he needs to prove himself in Germany again. It's not yet clear how much of his performance at Liverpool he'll give here. After all, it's a different league and has different dynamics. His adaptation would be fast because he's a good professional. I just don't see him as a direct striker, he's a left wing first and his score contribution wouldn't be as much as Lewandowski's.

I think they may not have as big a contribution as Lewandowski for now.  Because Lewandowski has been playing in the German league for years and he knows very well the playing styles in the league.  Coming from a league with a high level of difficulty such as the Premier League, Mane adapts easily.  Still, he needs to be careful and be patient.  Bayern made a very good transfer.

It looks like Bayern will be the winner of the Bundesliga trophy for the 2022/2023 season, because Bayern managed to bring in several new players
to strengthen their squad. There is even a possibility that Bayern could also keep Lewandowski at Bayern until his contract expires. So if Bayern is
still strengthened by Lewandowski and at Bayern there is also Sadio Mane, we can imagine how strong Bayern's front lines are. It is possible that
they will not only get the Bundesliga trophy, there is even a possibility that Bayern will also win the Champions League trophy.
Too soon to say it. I know Bayern dominates Bundesliga but it is too soon to say that. At least Bayern does not lose Lewandowski but remember the transfer season is still going. In in flow, they have Mane that is a very good support for their attack. The biggest opponent of Bayern is Dortmund lost Haaland to Manchester City so the difference between them in theory becomes bigger.

Quote
Regarding Dortmund I agree they rely too much on Haaland, so losing Haaland of course has a lot to do with Dortmund's strength. Indeed, Dortmund
have brought in Karim Adeyemi and Sebastien Haller, but these two players are still far below Haaland's level. Even the two strikers may need time to
adapt to the Dortmund game in his first season with Dortmund.
Dortmund has a very good scout team and is very good to replace their star players. The ability makes them good enough to maintain their position from second to third in Bundesliga but can not help them compete with Bayern for Bundesliga title.

Quote
So there is a possibility that Leipzig will replace Dortmund in second place.
Moreover, Christopher Nkunku's performance is increasing, then Leipzig is lucky to have a prolific striker like Nkunku. I believe Nkunku can help Leipzig
to reach second place in the Bundesliga.
Leipzig can take over the second position of Dortmund if they perform better in a new season and Dortmund can not maintain theirs.

It should be realized that the finances at Dortmund can be stable because of the sale of some great players, so it is indeed quite difficult for them to contribute and compete competitively there because they always sell and sell their players.
But on the other hand this is a pretty good move for their finances due to the fact they don't have to be champions to stabilize their finances and it seems even the higher-ups don't really mind that.
That's where the problem lies, they build a team just for profit and not achievement. Whereas in every sporting tournament they always compete for the title and not compete for a profit, but Dortmund became their club just a business. Because if we realize when the team has stable finances, at least Dortmund will be easy to keep their star players even if only for one or two more seasons. Because basically Dortmund are very capable of building a team for the purpose of winning titles but unfortunately, they really don't have a strong ambition to break the dominance of Bayern Munich because even the star players they have will be easily sold to Bayern Munich.
They know that if they use this strategy, there are 2 possibilities, namely winning and stopping Bayern's hegemony or staying the same in 2nd position even though it is like that.
On the other hand, they also know that for something like this it clearly requires a lot of money with unclear results, therefore they are selling players for a definite profit.
Even though things like this are not very good for competition, they are good enough for business even though supporters and football lovers don't really like this.

the german league is not such a strong league compared to the english league so the mane will easily get used to the bundesliga, but he won't be the best player to replace Lewandowski if he decides to leave bayern when his contract expires, that's why I think that It's time for Bayern to think of a replacement for Lewandowski, because one thing is for sure: Lewandowski doesn't want to stay in Bayern, so it's inevitable that he leaves, even if it takes time he will leave, the best thing Bayern should do is let him out now
