I agree with you because even though there are a lot of teams that will participate but until now only Bayern still has a chance to advance in next season while the other 4 teams are very good but indeed some of them will only be in the group stage and get knocked out. to the Europa League would be good enough for some of the clubs there.

Their chances are still there but it's quite small in my opinion

this is a very tough final I think it's not because Leipzig played well that they can become champions but the fault lies with the Freiburg team where they can't maximize their advantage in number of players and even they have a 1 goal lead. even though they were 0-1 down and then got a red card, i don't think it looked like they were a player less on the pitch. sc freiburg couldn't take advantage of this shortage of leipzig...

You are right there was a second red card but Leipzig played til to the penalty with 10 Players on the field.
Because the player Kevin Kampl was already changed out earlier from the field and he got the red card on the substitute bench.
And this has not affected the players on the field .

Leipzig won the DFB Cup trophy was very dramatic, even though Leipzig fell behind in the first half. Then entering the second half Leipzig got
a red card in the 57th minute, but because the fighting spirit was very high, Leipzig finally scored a goal in the 76th minute and made the match end
in a draw. After that continued extra time, here Leipzig get their second red card. But surprisingly with only 9 players, Leipzig could force the match
to be decided on penalties. And here Leipzig can beat Freiburg on penalties, actually several times Leipzig got lucky which made them finally win
the DFB Cup trophy. It seems that Leipzig supporters are quite satisfied with Leipzig's performance this season, because Leipzig can be in the top 4

So Leipzig made it in the end. Congratulations to them. Even though "my" club was not part of the final today i still was not completely neutral today because i was hoping that Freiburg would be able to win the trophy today but sadly that did not happen. Leipzig was the big favorite before the game today which is no surprise because Leizpig is probably the third or even second strongest team of the whole Bundesliga. Still Freiburg was completely on the same level today and because of the circumstances they even were way closer to win the game in the normal or in the overtime than Leipzig. So in the end it was pretty lucky for Leizpig.

It was absolutely crazy they came down to 10 men but still managed to equalize and one more player out luckily it was the end of extra time.
Now Penalties are ongoing and it will be interesting to see which player's mentality is the strongest now considering this apart from strength and composure, mentality is also of course very much tested in this penalty shootout

There are two days to go to determine the last team promoting to the Bundesliga. The biggest candidate for this seems to be Hamburg for now. Because they already defeated Hertha Berlin in an away game by 1-0. This is a huge advantage for them I believe. Leipzig is a strong team, but no one has been able to compete with Bayern Munich this season. It was never really exciting who would become champion. I expected more from Dortmund to be honest. But that should be revealed next season. Normally, RB Leipzig and Dortmund are the numbers 2 and 3 in Germany. The match is going on right now and has 53 minutes ongoing. Freiburg is leading at halftime by one goal. So far what happened in this match I think Leipzig are playing well enough but they obviously need to play better if they want to win this match. Now 53 minutes are ongoing so a few minutes are left and something really needs to change otherwise I don't think Leipzig will be able to win this match but it is only a one-goal deficit so I think they might be able to overcome it.

Also, Leipzig's Klostermann just got a red card for a foul as the last man. Leipzig is completely out of the game with 20 minutes left. At the moment, everything looks like a victory for Freiburg.
