It will be more important and interesting how next season will go with the championship. I see no reason to believe that teams like Dortmund or RB Leipzig could get any closer to Bayern Munich. And in addition, Haaland is also going to leave Dortmund, and there is no good alternative. Bayern will probably become champions quite easily in the coming years. This season it is only important to see who can seize the 2nd place.
As long as the club's performance in the Bundesliga is still like it is now, Bayern will continue to be champions and this hegemony will continue.
But it's very difficult to face bayern btw, they are currently in a solid period apart from that they are also very stable both in terms of players, management and even financially so I think this is quite natural they can maintain their gear even almost a decade now

Monchengladbach performance this season have been really terrible. After they ended last season at the 8th place on the standings. I was expecting to see them preform more better this season, and be among the top 5 on the standings. But, it seems they won't even be able to end this season at the top 10. Is unfortunate that Monchengladbach are too weak to win matches.
They failed to beat their opponent today. Mainz isn't a strong team, Monchengladbach could have handle them. But they settled for a draw, and shared points.
Mönchengladbach and Wolfsburg both done terrible performance in this season with their performance now I am having feeling that any good team can go like crap in next season without any solid reason so now for next season most chances Bayern Munch is going to dominant again with no team have any solid player or performer for giving them challenge as Haaland is also going to leave in next season just Leverkusen and Leipzig both teams will be stayed at top for some resistance otherwise it is clearly Bayern dominance for next few years as now they are going to have tenth title in a row which is completely showing as many saying it's not Bundesliga it is Bayernliga.

Now in next week we have some weak teams going to face these two, so hopefully these teams will survive and have some chance of better performance.

in the last 2 seasons they have always experienced a decline, after 2019/2020 they finished in 4th position then last season in 8th position and now they are in 12th position, they always consistently go down 4 stairs lol.
it's really difficult for them to be able to compete against each other with a performance like this, so it's almost impossible for them to move from the middle board at this time.
This season they are still experiencing setbacks and this should be a reference for club management in overhauling at least back to the way they were a few seasons before

Should we blame Bayern for being good and dominating Bayernliga Tongue
They pick the best players, best coaches, build a solid team to compete everyone while Dortmund is making good players and sell them for profit, which makes the team quite unstable. For now they have Haaland, they will sell him most likely next season then? For Leipzig, same thing, they reformed the team although the good season they made last time and here we go. The other teams like Leverkusen aren't that consistent to compete Bayern.

To be honest i think that the squad of Leipzig is stronger than the one of Borussia Dortmund. Of course at the moment Dortmund still has an absolute superstar in their team with Haaland but he will be gone in a few weeks and then at latest for me Leipzig has the stronger team. As you already said, at the moment it looks like Dortmund can not really attract good and established player with a big and good reputation to join them. Their current operating mode is to get young and very talented players from the biggest club of europes, where those players don't get much opportunity to play. The problem is that, if those players are developing great they won't stay at Dortmund and if they stay at Dortmund.

I actually realized something. Almost all of us say that Bayern Munich is the strongest team and they don't have enough competition at their level in the Bundesliga. But what we forget to realize is that we say this with a tone of complaint and that shouldn't be the case because Bayern Munich is only doing what they are supposed to do. It is not their fault obviously for not having enough competition on their level in the league.

In the beginning of the season Dortmund was doing okay in their performance but all of a sudden they became weak. Dortmund will find it difficult to bounce back strong , the way things are going it seems it is too late for them meet up in this season , Dortmund defense is too poor to think about.

We can not say they are weak, Dortmund is an established team, especially with Erling Haaland on the team, and Marco Reus against Leipzig but the currency flaw for Dortmund is their defense, on the Defensive standpoint Dortmund will certainly lose to Leipzig because of Dortmund's wide defense, and Leipzig is in the advantage with the offense they have a lot of option in making a great play on the offense and Erling Haaland is not a great defender, he might be one of the best strikers there is but he is not good at defensive play,

Dortmund will, of course, complain again about Bayern being champions. As if Bayern had anything to do with Dortmund failing to beat Leipzig at home in front of 80,000 fans?

I really don't like to blame Bayern for being so much solid as a team, and Bayern Munich really have the financial capabilities of getting their best players, and right now getting a hold of Robert Lewandowski for another season on a contract, well right now it will be on Lewandowski's decision if he can stay but for Bayern Munich making or getting players that have a near caliber of Robert Lewandowski is a possibility.

-snip-

Haaland wants to leave and here Borussia has no priority in deciding whether this event will take place or not.
As for Bayern, they could be blamed if they dominated only in the domestic championship, but they always perform well in the Champions League. This means that the rest of the teams should raise their level and not Bayern lower own.

I surely agree Bayern Munich should not step down from being number 1 and lose a couple of march from the playing field but rather other teams should try to level themselves to the level of Bayern, if Bayern Munich has the capabilities in getting to be number 1, the other teams should strive hard with hard work, in getting to the top even without financial backing up.

Freiburg 1 - 4 Bayern Munich
Dortmund 1 - 4 Leipzig

The first one is not surprising at all but the second one was shocking to me. I don't how in the hell Dortmund got a result like this.  Grin  Haaland played in this game by the way but it still didn't change anything for Dortmund. They were just desperate against Leipzig from the start to the end. The statistics might mislead people as it seems like Dortmund had a similar performance according to it. However, Leipzig had one of their most efficient games in this season. And they did this against one of the best teams of the season.

The only thing that surprised in the first match was that Lewandowski did not score a single goal. As for Borussia, it seems that they are just finishing the season, assuming that nothing threatens their second place. Well done Leipzig - they clearly want to get into the Champions League next season and it looks like they are the obvious favorites in this fight.

Bayern Munich acted smart by not letting Lewandowski play more than around 60 minutes. Because they have a very important Champions League game in only a few days. And it is important for them to have him maintaining his full strength for that game. But this time period was also more than enough for Lewandowski to score. It looks like he isn't breaking a goal record in the Bundesliga this season. Besides yeah, Leipzig are competing awesome for top four now and they will most probably manage to finish the season there.

You can't keep a player always. They always tend to break before enticing offers and be the part of another team with with better fame. It's a process cycle that goes on and it's hard to find who wants to stay committed. Leipzig are gonna become a good team, they have some good players with potential but only if those player stay and help Leipzig develop and be at the level of Bayern.

I'm so glad you wrote this! All the time everyone is complaining that Bayern matches are becoming boring due to their dominance in the Bundesliga. Is it their fault? The Bundesliga should be glad to have a team to follow and to strive for a better level with the possibility of an almost constant possibility of confrontation.

To be honest, the way Dortmund is playing right now I don't think there will be able to win the league title if they keep playing like this. Actually, even if there start playing really well I highly doubt that they will be able to win the league title. Because Bayern Munich is way ahead of them and it will be really hard for them to catch up with Bayern Munich. And they did have a really bad result in the last match which is quite unexpected for almost everyone.
Because their focus is not that, They are in the top table, being in the Champions zone and scoring quality players to get a big profit on his sales is their main focus being in the Bundesliga.
As long as this is met then their target will continue to be like that, winning the title here is too difficult because there is Bayern and indeed consciously or unconsciously their focus is indirectly shifted to supporting their financial needs.

I just don't understand how Erling Haaland is getting injured like all the time. He was just back from an injury but he has an ankle injury this time. And it is said that he will be out until late April. He still can't play for Dortmund when they need him the most unfortunately. And this week, they are going to have a really difficult game against Leipzig home. Dortmund have many missing players now but still they are favoured for a victory by a little gap. I can't trust them in this game but I hope they win.
It is an anoying situation for Dortmund, they now have to show if they have other resources they can use in situations like this. That is the problem with teams that are built around one or two players in general, there is always a possibility - and soccer is the right sport for this to happen = that they will loose the stars right when they are most needed. I trust there is a plan B for the coach.
Unfortunately, Dortmund got a very disappointing and embarrassing loss against Leipzig in their home game. This was just unacceptable for me to see them losing by 4-1. Haaland couldn't score any goal and Dortmund played too bad when it comes to their defense. Leipzig had one of their most comfortable games surely. I'm pretty sure that even they weren't expecting to win this game this easy. Dortmund seem like they have given up their chance for the title this season already.

Dortmund did their best. Dortmund's squad is not strong enough, they do not deserve the title. The team is totally dependent on Haaland. Dortmund's performance at the start of the season was admirable. But in the middle of the season when Haaland went out of the squad due to injury, Dortmund's performance began to deteriorate. And now that Haaland is in the squad, he is out of form, and so Dortmund's performance is still poor. Their performance would have been better if they had not relied on Haaland.

If it wasn't for this injury, maybe the situation of the team would have been different. Without Haaland, Dortmund doesn't stand much of a chance, the team doesn't have many players with the quality to win the championship.
Bayern Munich is so good that there are not many teams that can stand against it and Dortmund couldn't do it without Haaland Smiley

We saw 2 critical matches that ended with the same score, I think we can say that the champion team is now clear.
Dortmund did their best, but we can say that they have played quite poorly in the last few weeks.
I honestly think it would have mattered less if these guys put up a better performance in the games of play because this league had Bayern Munich written all over it and it will remain like this for quite a good number of seasons unless Dortmund invests in more players .

Koln didn't deserve to win today at all. They didn't even deserve to claim one point here. And Union Berlin defeated them by 1-0 at the end. Koln just must be grateful for not losing by a bigger gap. I don't know what changed in the second half for them as their effort was terrible. There was none to be honest. Koln must pull themselves together after playing this bad otherwise they won't have a big chance for a European tournament spot seemingly. They must continue to win now.
They try to take the initiative by controlling possession but that's all there is to nothing good about them, even the passes they make rarely become opportunities because they are always missed.
Well this is a pretty real win even though Union Berlin lost in possession but in terms of chances they played better in this match.
At least their head to head record shows that Union Berlin can maintain its good trend when playing against Koln and also, this 1-0 win is enough for Union Berlin to take over the position previously placed by Koln. If it's like this little hope for Koln to be able to end the season to get a European ticket, this result also proves at least the final result for a prediction still doesn't guarantee them for the expected result.
Yep this makes it even more difficult for them to finish and be in the Europa League next season, but there is still a glimmer of hope for them if indeed they can maximize their remaining matches because considering there are arguably some that are easy enough for them to pass there while hoping that several clubs in over them slipped.

i think so too, at the start of the season Dortmund were doing well but at the end of the season their performance was sluggish, if this continues, it's not impossible for the leverkusen to shift their position.  In a few hours, the Monchengladbach vs Mainz match will start and Gladbach is the host, i am pessimistic that they will win, it seems that a draw will be the end of the score.
