I know what you mean but I doubt that a team like Greuther Fürth can help them get their motivation back up. They are lucky to go home with a 1 - 1. I think a 0 - 1 would have been much tougher to start with. Things can spiral up negatively when Salzburg would have scored a lucky one in the second leg. I think Munich will make it in the end.

Well, playing for Bayern makes it MUCH easier to score. Even Mario Gomez was able to score 30 goals a season when he played for Bayern Munich... Comparing an offender from Dortmund with an offender from Bayern still is a bit unfair. But as you said, Haaland could probably even compete with Lewandowski when they had the same number of games. I provided the numbers though and Haaland's scorer point average per game is superior.

this is an opportunity for Bayern Munich to end some of the bad results they have had in the last few games including the 1-1 draw against RB Salzburg and also a 4-2 loss to Bochum in the Bundesliga match, while the opponent they will face is Furth this could become an outlet for Lewandowski and friends to score as many goals as possible after the poor results they have had in the last 2 matches in the domestic competition and the European Champions League, where they are currently only 6 points adrift of Borussia Dortmund in second place with 22 matches. what they have done in the Bundesliga this season

Should definitely be Bayer show as they have been excellent putting pressure on the defence and scoring goals. Link up and goal chances are good so unless Mainz don't have a strong defence plan, I don't think they will be able to contain Bayer's attack. They still might have a chance if they also keep on scoring goals and keep the score tied. I would say safe is to go for both teams to score on this one.

Maybe in this case Mainz want to take advantage of their midfield advantage and secure the midfield from being controlled by Leverkusen. But it's also a pretty bold strategy considering Leverkusen are pretty good at the moment and this could be their 5th straight win today.
In this case even though it is away for Leverkusen but I think they are quite favored now and I think they will win again in this away game

I think that it is time for Bayern Munich to get up again. They lost to Bochum by 4-2 in the league first and after that they drew with Salzburg by 1-1 in the Champions League. They would like to end this bad streak by defeating Furth by a solid performance. And I have no doubt that they will be able to do it. And then, Dortmund will have to win if they want to keep the current point gap with them. Their match is against Gladbach and Gladbach are having a really bad season now. Maybe Dortmund can benefit from this and win the match nicely.

Bayer is in good shape and has good playing tactics it's easier for them to compete for the championships league zone but for mainz they will simply settle for Europa trying hard not to miss out on it else they might have nothing to present at the end of the season

Leverkusen could win 4 out of the last 5, they are on a roll. Mainz had mixed results, justifying their current rank in the middle of the table. The game won't be easy for Leverkusen but I would bet on a win for them. The quotes are 3.2/3.6/2.15 with 1.65 over 2.5 goals. My tip would be 1-2 or 1-3

but in matches with teams in local competitions, I still see Dortmund and Munich being very strong. even their competitors Leverkusen are also still not good enough to be able to follow the points obtained by Munich and Dortmund.
