Yes and I think the most difficult one they had left before the game against Dortmund, was the Dortmund game. Yes, I absolutely agree that this was a good decision from him to rotate the players. Because the main target right now is the Europa League championship and also the DFB Pokal. and of course, they are targeting to win both of them. But I have to appreciate the passion that they have for the game. Even though they have already secured the Bundesliga title, they were really passionate to keep the unbeaten run going.

Asides the Coach, the players too deserve an accolades for their performance this season as they have been able to really get to achieve much more than was actually expected of them this season because before now they were like an average team in the bundesliga and now they are even much more better than the best team in the bundesliga and achieving so much that even the bundsliga giant is giving way for them.

There are times when this boys have been able to pull up some spectacular surprises and so it's very much deserving of every form of recognition because i know insome games they will get to the point where they will be loosing in the first half only to get to the second half and they will get a come back and end up winning in some games while in the other they will be able to end the game in a draw but they always make sure to stay unbeaten bother in their home and away and this has actually given them the record they have gotten this season till this point.

The team spirit been exercised amongst these boys is another too that has helped them a long way to be able to achieve this much such that they make sure they are not totally dependent on any one but collectively making sure the team stays productive and their coach has been coming up with very dynamic and functional tactics which has been most productive for them all through the season.

Of course the players are actors on the field and they are the successors to implementing the strategy given by Xabi Alonso. Without them, Xabi couldn't do anything, and without Xabi, they wouldn't be able to do anything either. This is something that cannot be separated between players and coaches, they both fight for the success of the team they defend, namely Leverkusen.

Players who were initially considered mediocre in the cold hands of Xabi they can do their best and they now have an increased market value. This is Xabi's genius in seeing the potential of the players he has. Also, players can respond to the trust given to them by showing all the abilities they have.

In my opinion, there are several players who will be targeted by big clubs in Europe thanks to their good performances with Leverkusen. But I don't know whether Xabi will let the player go or not. Because he has created excellent chemistry between the players at Leverkusen.
