Apart from Dormund having a young coach, of course Dormund will also have new energy, new strength because Nuri Sahin is a club legend, he is also a figure respected by the players. IMO, I feel that these two managers are in the same problem if they are unable to bring the team they manage to achieve their targets. whether it's for Vincent Kompany or Nuri Sahin. If Kompany is unable to bring Bayern Munich to its best performance, there is no need to wait a season, it seems like Munich officials will kick him out. On the other hand, the same thing will happen if Nuri Sahin is unable to bring Dortmund to a top four finish in the Bundesliga, then his career at Signal Iduna Park will not last long. more precisely, if these two young managers fail to realize their club's mission and ambitions. Matthias de Ligt is not just a young defender but a player with so much potentials which is why Bayern Munich is demanding for a high fee before they can release him from the club. It's obvious that he is not really well experienced, he hasn't managed any good clubs, and this would be his first test, and if he gets like a few bad results after like 10-15 games, there is a potential that he could be fired very quickly. Normally Bayern doesn't like firing managers during the season itself, they wait until the end, but it's different for Kompany, he is a nobody in the managerial world and that means he might turn out to be a very wrong decision.

This is why I believe that it's possible for him to be fired easier than anyone else. Not that they have any other coach in mind, but I am guessing that someone at the top of the free agency list would have been better easily. They spent so much to break him away from his contract too, makes no sense to pick him, definitely not a smart idea at all. Should be something questionable, we will see when the season starts.

I agree on that , the biggest pressure of all teams in the german league is on Vincent Kompany.

Dortmund wanted that from Terzic also and even more that they can maybe get the title.
But nobody was calculating with Leverkusen in that race and they stoped all others here.

This is football and anything can happen. With the quality of players they have in their squad now, I don’t think Kompany will be that poor in managing the team. How, I believe some people have become the same as Bayern Munich's management, who always want to win the league title every season. We don't have to assume that Kompany will fail on his debut, instead, we should wait for the season to begin to see if he is the perfect match for bringing Bayern Munich to their previous position of winning the trophy.

I'm still gutted that an injury has ruined Matip's moment in the end of his contract in liverpool. Finding a good replacement for him is hard. It's hard because you won't find a free agent who can play as well as him for 7 - 8 years. The chance is still there, but it's rare.
Surely Matip is one of the best frees ever. What a player. I can't believe it's been 8 years since he joined Liverpool. Finally, he leaves the Reds after many great moments. The only problem is Matip is too injury-prone, and im doubting his career even in the new club.
It's the most difficult task for Liverpool to find someone who mastered the offside trap like him.

I think Leverkusen may be thinking twice about signing him. He is leaving for free from Liverpool. But, Leverkusen must worry about Matip's injury-prone past.
It will be sad if we are gonna see him miss so many matches like the last season in Liverpool. But a move to Leverkusen is good for Matip because of that, he can still play at the pro-scene in bundesliga.
