He is 28 years old and not too young for the SPL. If they make a high offer that will convince him, why shouldn't he go? I think it is too late for Real Madrid. They now have too many alternatives in the offensive zone and there is no room for new players in the team. Unless there are exceptions like Mbappé, the transfer to the team will be mainly in the defensive area. That's why Leroy Sané has to continue his career at Bayern Munich.
The SPL is an elite one, the earlier we acknowledge that, the better. Saudi Pro league doesn't seem to be easy as appeared, it's more competitive although the best outshines other. Taking preference from the Cristiano Ronaldo scenario, there are perfect strategies for the Portugal international and he broken tight records and stands out to be the best. As for the German, Leroy Sané is an important frontline for Bayern Munich, he's given the necessary sectors to fly brilliant momentum with ease. The German have more positive contributions for the club

I don't think Leroy Sané will extend his contract with Bayern Munich because it was stated before the end of last season that the club wanted to extend his contract, but it seems like he is not happy at the club. Sané performance was not that bad last season, it is only that he lacks consistency. Bayern Munich has signed another left winger to strengthen their game, they did not get the results they expected last season, and Sané playing time will be reduced next season.

Perhaps Sane is not as good at Bayern as he was at City, but Bayern were going through difficult times and perhaps this is the reason. He plays well and I can’t say that Bayern doesn’t suit him, it’s a good team and I don’t see any reason why he would want to leave. He also had an injury that made some adjustments, but now he is fine and can play at full strength. And he is young enough to think about continuing his career in Saudi Arabia, and I don’t see where else he can aspire, except perhaps to Real Madrid, but I’m not sure that there will be a place for him there now.

Tuchel is a good coach. And Tuchel succeeded in bringing Munich to become champions in his first season. Munich has many star players and in fact they can become champions almost every year. Unfortunately Leverkusen's performance was truly extraordinary and beyond expectations. I think whoever was Munich coach at that time would have found it difficult to beat Leverkusen and win the league. I wonder why the club management decided to fire Munich and replace him with Kompany. I'm not saying Kompany is a bad coach but if Leverkusen plays like last season then Kompany will also have the most difficult challenge to bring Munich to the Bundesliga championship.
The only thing that caused Bayern Munich to fail to maintain its dominance and resulted in Tuchel dismissal was due to Leverkusen performance which was very difficult to match. Last season Leverkusen level of play was very high, no club in the Bundesliga was able to beat them. Whoever coaches Bayern Munich will not be able to match the quality of Leverkusen game, I think Tuchel cannot be completely blamed for Bayern Munich's failure to maintain its dominance in the Bundesliga.

The reason may be because Tuchel was deemed incompetent to handle Munich, so management decided to fire him. In my opinion, Kompany is no better than Tuchel, he will have difficulty handling a club full of achievements. If Leverkusen is able to maintain its performance, then Bayern Munich will have to reap their failure to win the Bundesliga trophy for the second time in a row.

Now Guirassy will be a goal scoring machine for Dortmund this summer, he should be able to adapt quickly because he is already familiar with the Bundesliga. now, Dortmund is a more interesting team.

And if Guraissy performs well at Dortmund next season and competes as top scorer, Dortmund will sell the player to another club to make a big profit Grin at least that's Dortmund's way of prioritizing its business of selling talented players at high prices even though he bought Guraissy at an affordable price from Stuttgart, so Dortmund will promote this player next season by highlighting his performance to attract the attention of other clubs.
It cannot be denied, but that is what Dortmund always does, we can all see that there are many young players who are currently appearing impressive and are capable of becoming star players for the team they defend, and are also players who have been developed by Dortmund in the past.
No one cares about how much Dortmund used to spend money to bring in these players because the most important thing is that they can play very well and are able to have above average playing skills that can make big contribution to the team that has bought them.
Moreover, developing players to become greater and better is not easy, this is why Dortmund always puts high price on every player that other team want.

But speaking of Guraissy, who is new player for Dortmund, if he succeeds in becoming reliable goal machine in the first season, Dortmund should keep him for at least one more season until they actually get replacement.
They have lost their opportunity and also their popularity as the team that is at the top in the race for the title, Dortmund must regain it first before selling the players and making profit.

Vincent Kompany must really show his abilities so as not to make management regret having hired him. Kompany has no shortage of star players because Bayern Munich has everything to win the Bundesliga title again.

Last season Bayern Munich could not win the bundesliga despite the fact that they had one of the best coaches actively still coaching and they had the best striker in the world Harry Kane. Winning the league isn't about having the  best players as if the manager is average, there's nothing he can use the players to win. It's better to have an high class manager and average players as he can transform the players into superstars but when the head which is the manager is average, the players will not respect him and he will loss hold of the locker room. Some big players will feel too big to listen to the manager and he wouldn't have the experience in big games as the champions league.
However, having mediocre players and a great coach does not necessarily mean that the coach can hone the player's abilities, depending on the player's hidden potential and talent. If there is a great coach who can hone the players' abilities until they become extraordinary players, then every top club that has a great coach will definitely not have mediocre players, all of them will become extraordinary players. In fact, the combination of talented players and great coaches is very important for the progress of a club, not just one or the other.

I stand with Palestine.
In my opinion, Bayern Munich's recruitment of Kompany was carefully thought out so that the decision to appoint Kompany as Bayern Munich's new coach to replace Tuchel was the right one. Kompany's philosophy is very suitable for Bayern Munich at the moment, especially since he has a quality squad, which is very different from when he coached Burnley, which did not have good players. So I'm sure Kompany can bring big changes at Bayern Munich, I'm sure not all clubs recruit coaches to be fired, of course clubs recruit coaches to make the team stronger. So don't talk about dismissal too early, because the league hasn't started yet.

I believe in the mentality he brings, his charisma. If the players follow in his footsteps, next season Bayern Munich can compete in the Bundesliga and UCL League.
It is true that Kompany's quality has not been tested, but that is no longer the benchmark, now it does not rule out the possibility that he will be successful at Bayern. Because this has been proven, like coach Alonso, he has proven that coaches who are younger and don't have much experience can be more successful than experienced coaches.
Bayern Munich made smart decision by choosing Vincent Kompany as their new coach. His ideas fit team needs and he has talented squad to work with unlike at Burnley. Kompany leadership and personality will inspire the players and they will likely follow his example. While he does not have a lot of coaching experience it is unfair to judge him only on that. Other young coachea like you mentioned Alonso have done well despite their limited experience. I believe Kompany will bring new ideas and energy to Bayern Munich and they will be strong team in both the Bundesliga and UCL. Let's not assume he will be fired too quickly instead let's give him chance to show what he can do.

Several defenders are now being brought in by Kompany because after Ito now Jonathan Tah is still one of the targets for Kompany in strengthening their defense. Actually in some other rumors it is said that Tah is ready to join Bayern only there is still no further development about it.
And I read some mixed rumors, that not only Bayern Munich are very interested in Jonathan Tah. Even this time, Man United is also in line to compete for one of Leverkusen's stars. This is quite a competitive competition for Bayern Munich, Manchester United, and also Leverkusen itself. However, if you look at the player's desires, Tah really wants to go to Bayern Munich this season.

Bayern Munich doesn't just stop at strengthening the team, especially since they have money. For now, even the big Bundesliga clubs are interested and targeting one of Spain's star players at last Euro, Dani Olmo. At least, Bayern Munich is contacting Dani Olmo's agent for negotiation purposes. This is the most important possibility as plan B if their desire to sign Xavi Simons fails. Yes, Dani Olmo is a Spanish Attacking Midfield who is currently strengthening the Leipzig club.

Even with the resources he has now especially in financial matters I think he can still do some reshuffling to make the future plans at Bayern more convincing for Kompany.

The problem is that with the joining of the players in their current defense there will definitely be some great players who will leave. We have seen that it is likely that Kimmich will leave Bayern and it is possible that some expensive players such as Min Jae or De Ligt will also be sacrificed because of the fullness of players in Bayern's defense at this time.

If Bayern Munich brings in Kompany as interim coach, they should give him a short-term contract. Firing a coach is not a difficult thing for a club to do, but there is compensation that must be paid as a result of terminating one party's contract. Bayern Munich seems to be solving a puzzle of its own making, and the consequence is that they will have to spend a lot of money for free if they fire Kompany midway.

Many doubt Kompany ability to handle Bayern Munich, he is not a reliable coach and his quality has not been tested. Bayern Munich will have difficulty winning the Bundesliga and is expected to fail in the UCL because of Kompany's limitations in managing a big team like Bayern Munich.

Guirassy will sign his contract as a Borussia Dortmund player on Thursday, his medical was completed today.  Now, it's time for Dortmund to activate the release clause of €17 million. Well, now Dortmund has got a striker who was quite productive last season when he was still in Stuttgard uniform.

Now Guirassy will be a goal scoring machine for Dortmund this summer, he should be able to adapt quickly because he is already familiar with the Bundesliga. now, Dortmund is a more interesting team.

Of course, if we succeed, he will share the same fate as Tuchel, but I think Bayern does not have the strength to not be champions in the league for another year. The management may face a huge reaction. Naturally, there were people who criticized Kompany when he joined the team. He doesn't have a bright past as a coach, so the fans wanted to see one of the more successful coaches. The management took a big risk. Kompany must do wonders at Bayern, otherwise this may lead to reasons that will change not only him but also the management.
Vincent Kompany is the newly appointed coach, expects more from him than the previous coach. There are quite different marks to handled and coupled with contributing factors. Thomas Tuchel was incompetent, one of the major reasons the board relieved him from his managerial duties. Bayern Munich is generally referred to as Bundesliga giant because they've placed their priorities on accomplishing major titles and they've consistently put in the work.

Leroy Sane is certainly a very talented footballer. But he doesn't have the consistency to showcase his talents. If he wants to play for a team at the level of Bayern Munich permanently, he has to show consistent performances. If he doesn't accept Bayern Munich's conditions, he will continue to have the same problems in teams at the level of Bayern Munich.

Leroy Sane is one of the player that always draws my attention in Bayern Munich because he is such a talented player, though he was not too consistent this season as he was in the previous seasons but I wouldn't totally blame him because we all know that at the middle of this season Bayern Munich was actually going through a lot of lapses and it affected the whole club performance even to the extent that most people was saying that Bayern Munich made a wrong decision in signing Harry Kane, so there is no way those lapses will not affect Leroy Sane, so actually just like you said I would always prefer him to stay with Bayern Munich because among all the club he has played Bayern Munich is the club he performed more than every other, so hopefully he will certainly improved from next season.

I don't think Leroy Sané will extend his contract with Bayern Munich because it was stated before the end of last season that the club wanted to extend his contract, but it seems like he is not happy at the club. Bayern Munich has signed another left winger to strengthen their game, they did not get the results they expected last season, and Sané playing time will be reduced next season.
There is no reason why he doesn't want to extend his contract at Bayern Munich because he will meet his former Manchester City teammate Vincent Kompany where he will be coach. I'm sure they still have good chemistry and will make the player more comfortable, but the club haven't proposed a new contract extension yet maybe if Bayern proposes the player will be happy to sign the contract he is also not too old. In my opinion he is a good player with the performances he gave last season he scored 8 goals and 11 assists in 27 appearances in the Bundesliga what what made Bayern Munich doubt him? I think he can still help Harry Kane up front.

Also, there seems to be no rumors about other elite teams having an interest in signing Leroy Sane, and with factors like that it seems like it would be the right moment for Bayern Munich to extend Leroy Sane's contract which only has one season left. Moreover, Leroy Sane is also still 28 years old and of course it is still very feasible for Bayern Munich to extend Leroy Sane's contract at this moment.

Because if Bayern Munich do not extend Leroy Sane's contract at this moment, then next season Leroy Sane can leave with a free transfer fee. So yes, I also agree about the past between Leroy Sane and Kompany at Manchester City, because then it will likely make it easier for Leroy Sane to accept a contract extension at Bayern Munich. But even so, I also don't consider it a certainty, because any decision can happen.

I don’t still think Tuchel has failed so badly as a coach in Bayern Munich, in his first season, he won the trophy for them and in the second season he finished as runner up. If not that Bayern Munich have made up their mind that that trophy is theirs every year until Bayern Leverkusen changed the narrative of it, the result Tuchel gave them is great and doesn’t warrant him to be sacked. The league might look easy to be won by any coach managing the team, but it is indeed clear that Bayern Leverkusen’s success last season will be unmatched for any coach managing Bayern Munich at that time and not just Tuchel only.

Sane's future at Bayern Munich is currently still a mystery because indeed his contract will expire in 2025, Sane is actually one of the players who has contributed greatly to the Munich attack since he was recruited from Manchester City in 2020, but the injuries that often occur make him no longer possible to be retained by Munich at this time, especially so far it is reported that Sane has not wanted to extend his contract with Munich and it is precisely this makes Munich now start looking for a team that is ready to recruit Sane, the sale of Sane will make at least Bayern Munich can get a lot of money considering that currently the market value owned by Sane is still quite high because of his performance and very young age, his young age seems to be a consideration for Sane to play in the Arab League because currently several big teams such as Liverpool are also interested in getting his services next season, the possibility of Sane being sold by Munich is increasingly clear because currently Munich has brought in Michael Olise who is also positioned as a right winger like Sane.

I do agree that if Kompany does badly, he will be fired easily, and it would be easier to fire him, because everyone thinks that hiring him was a mistake to begin with, so firing him would be something that everyone would agree with in the end anyway. I believe that the best thing to do in this case would be watch closely how things are going, and if they see it going badly for even just a month, they could fire him.

This needs to be done quickly though, because they have very few people in mind they can get. I still think it was a mistake firing Nagelsmann to be fair, he was doing fine and his transfers were great too, I believe that his player selection was better than Tuchel and will be better than Kompany as well.
