I do agree that if Kompany does badly, he will be fired easily, and it would be easier to fire him, because everyone thinks that hiring him was a mistake to begin with, so firing him would be something that everyone would agree with in the end anyway. I believe that the best thing to do in this case would be watch closely how things are going, and if they see it going badly for even just a month, they could fire him.This needs to be done quickly though, because they have very few people in mind they can get.
