Of the last 10 meetings between the two teams, this is the first draw achieved by Wolfsburg, previously they had beaten Borussia Dortmund with a score of Wolfsburg 2 - 0 Borussia Dortmund, but the other 9 were defeats for Wolfsburg. This is a good result for Wolfsburg because at least they were able to reduce the strength of Borussia Dortmund and get 1 point, but for Borussia Dortmund this is a bad result, because with this result they are also further away from the Bundesliga title race which currently wants to be obtained by Bayern Munich and Bayer Leverkusen.

Bayern Munich know very well that every defeat or even a simple draw could cost them the title since Bayer Leverkusen are advancing in a steady manner while they are missing points from here and there.
Bayer Leverkusen won with two goals and received only one at the end of the match which is normal in my opinion. Bayern should try to reduce the actual gap if they want to stay competitive.
In another match, Borussia Dortmund missed two points due to a draw against Wolfsburg and will give Leipzig an opportunity to reduce the gap..

A simple and pragmatic win for Leverkussen makes them 8 points ahead Bayern Munchen,of course with a game more but it shows that this year it won't be easy at all for Munchen to recover and win the title like they usually have done when they were fighting against Dortmund and Leipzig which are well known for screwing up and being very consistent teams.

I think now since Munchen knows this,some surprise results may also happen to them because they will bearing a huge psychological pressure as they see Leverkussen quite ahead now so I would refrain from betting and choosing them in my tickets.

Bochum will not be too difficult for Munich. The previous meeting was Munich getting a big win from Bochum. and maybe in the future, it could happen again.
Munich is not in good form, but facing Bochum should not be something to worry about for Munich.
I think Munich will learn a lot from the last 2 matches which were quite bad for them. including the UCL match when they met Lazio. they have to make a score if they don't want to go down later.

As you said, Leverkusen will definitely easily get the full three points, even though in the 86th minute Heidenheim reduced their defeat but that doesn't mean they can score another goal and make the score even, Leverkusen only won narrowly but that maintains their unbeaten record in the season This is why Leverkusen is obliged to win in order to maintain the difference in points with Munich, where currently Munich is not in a good condition since being defeated by Leverkusen.

Munich should be able to overcome Bochum, but if they fail to win with three points, of course Munich is not really in good shape. Tuchel is risking his reputation against Bochum after suffering two defeats in the domestic league against Leverkusen last week with a landslide score of 3 - 0 and UCL a few days ago against Lazio lost 1 - 0. Disappointed result from Dortmund again against Wolfsburg today , damn.
And we got a new record this matchday today , 4 Red Cards on one day and there is still one game coming.

Not the easiest victory for Bayer, but still the statistics show their advantage and the logic of victory:

Shots on target - 3:4
Corners - 4:5

Plus, they were leading 2-0, and although Heidenheim was able to reduce the gap at the very end of the game, they weren’t able to do more and Bayer gets another 3 points.

Good analysis, I'd love to see them lead with nothing more than or less than ten good points above whoever's behind them. It's another three points sealed at the end of the day. I do hope they keep pushing and working hard towards the big dream.

Looks like there is strange game going on between Hoffenheim against Union Berlin.

The five-point advantage that Bayer Leverkusen currently has over Bayern Munich is not something that is safe for Bayer Leverkusen because Bayern Munich can still catch up, so Leverkusen still has to be able to win more of the remaining matches so that the point gap doesn't get smaller. And currently Leverkusen has also returned to a one goal lead in the ongoing match at home to Heidenheim which will continue to put pressure on Bayern Munich who still really want to catch Leverkusen at the top of the standings.

Borussia Dortmund are currently in action in the German Bundesliga and are currently leading their league game at Wolfsburg after Niclas Füllkrug found the back of the net in the 8th minute of the game. The home team is still trying to come back to the game but Dortmund isn't giving them the chance they need to equalize but are rather trying to extend their lead.

Borussia Dortmund actually started the campaign in the German Bundesliga on a very good before they started to become inconsistent which resulted to their inability to compete for the league title this season. They're currently 15 points behind league leaders and that I think makes it almost impossible for them to win the league at the end of the season

While Dortmund was recently not in the good form and they lost many points, there is other bad news for this team. Dortmund was always a team racing with other teams like Bayern Munich at the top of the Bundesliga table but recently they couldn't have a good performance like the last season and now they lost their star, Sébastien Haller. He plays for the Ivory Coast national team and is a superstar player for his team and recently returned to Dortmund he is injured because of the game they had before against Mainz and it seems this player is going to be out for some weeks.
