I would say that it's normal for a team like that to have something this big, it's normal that they would face some injury issues, after all we are talking about a situation where they are playing so many different games.

The schedule for a great club is always packed, and between those games and training, players do end up getting tired and eventually fatigue turns into injury and that is a problem all of them have. Look at Real, they had Vini Jr. missing and now they are missing Jude too, look at City they are missing their key player KDB right now, every big club have these type of issues. What differentiates between a great club and the club that ends up winning it all that year, is how they handle the injury situations.

Union Berlin last season had better standings than what they've got this season, to everyone's surprise, they're fast behind in the game's outcomes, they've not met up a good quota this season and the struggle is seeming extra hard for them to pull through, there are still a number of games left to end the season, the questions should be if they've got the capacity to stand strong and victorious, if they'll be able to right the wrongs.

Bayern Munich are playing great football this season. They have won 9 out of 11 Bundesliga matches and drew the other 2. In the Champions League they have won all their matches. They beat Manchester United, Copenhagen and Galatasaray. After Lewandowski left the team, they had problems in scoring goals. But this season Harry Kane seems to have solved all their problems. We can definitely say that they made a very good transfer. The only word to summarize Bayern Munich's performance this season is fantastic. On the other hand, Cologne are at the bottom of the league. Bayern Munich and Leverkusen are also the strongest candidates in the Bundesliga in the race for the title but it cannot be confirmed who will actually be able to maintain first place until the competition ends.
Now Bayern Munich is more dominant and has an easier time because there are no other competitors except Leverkusen, different from last season when several other teams also played in the competition on stable basis.

When you're doing well as a manager in whatever club, you'll be linked definitely to a big club like Real Madrid, Barcelona and most big sides around Europe.
Anyways, Xabi Alonso is doing a wonderful job for Bayern Leverkusen, since he was signed up as the manager he has achieved good number of fans and attention from other clubs. Real Madrid have shown no direct interest in the experienced coach though.
