It's true, luck and miracle seem to have combined with Leverkusen this season, but on the other hand, the draw still felt very dramatic because everyone thought their unbeaten record would be broken at the hands of Dortmund. One minute changes everything, that can only be done by Leverkusen this season, because they have the magic to make endless luck. With the remaining 4 matches, it is very likely that Xabi Alonso will be able to bring his squad to a clean sweep of all matches and secure full points, or at least they will continue to maintain their unbeaten record until the season ends.

For Dortmund, the draw has made things difficult for them to break into the top four of the standings, because Leipzig indirectly benefited greatly from the draw. The competition for tickets to the Champions League will now be the only interesting thing in the Bundesliga, and next week Leipzig will face Dortmund directly. Meanwhile, we can see how influential Leverkusen is this season, they not only broke Bayern Munich dominance, but made the Bundesliga more competitive, including making Dortmund suffer.

All this miracles happening in favor of Leverkusen have proven that this is their season so i am not surprised seeing them equalize at extra time because they have done it times without number this season. Miracle seem to happen whenever they play and that is how you know it’s their time to shine because when a team wants to win the league that is how they behave they never want to lose matches and they keep performing magics especially during stoppage times.

I felt they won’t be able to pull any stunt against Dortmund but they proved me wrong and show that they can perform better in the Europa League as well. It won’t be easy though but i really support them to win the Europa League title.

Dortmund were really unlucky in this match, even though the match was held at Signal Iduna Park. Apart from that, Terzic has made efforts for his team to win this match with the system he implemented when hosting the match against Leverkusen. I think, in the end Leverkusen suffered defeat after Niclas Fullkrug scored a goal in the 83rd minute with an assist from Sabitzer. However, Xabi Alonso's team was again very lucky to be able to get a goal back and equalize in the final minutes of this match. Josip Stanisic scored a goal in the 90+7 minute, which made this match end in a draw. The joy radiating from Xabi Alonso was clearly visible, because his team maintained their unbeaten record until the 30th week.

In this match, Leverkusen was more dominant in controlling ball possession, but tactically the two teams were almost equal. Unfortunately for Dortmund, they should have been able to maintain their lead. Leverkusen really have a strong mentality to fight for their ambition to end the season with unbeaten record. In their last Champions League game, they were even able to win the match and qualify for semi-final after losing on aggregate to Atletico Madrid.

It feels like Dortmund is just good at attacking, they don't know how to defend the lead properly. Leverkusen know how to capitalize the late minutes situation to score the equalizer. Xavi Alonso and his players deserve the credit for their fighting spirit to achieve what will happen to be a big history in Bundesliga and football.

And in the end it seems that Leipzig will really succeed in breaking through to the Champion league next season, Dortmund's match against Leverkusen resulted in an draw match, and made the difference between Dortmund and Leipzig become quite tenuous around 2 points at the moment, and it is a good move for Leipzig, unless he makes a mistake that makes them catch up again, considering that there are still 3 remaining matches that should not be idle, just one get tired and Dortmund one time wins in the match can be sure that Dortmund will return to the Champion league next season.

Lol… you can say that again. The Europa League match will be a very different and challenging one for them but i agree with you on the fact that they have luck on their side always despite being so good this season. They seem to be good at equalizing goals at stoppage time, they have done it again today and it seems they will keep doing it till the end of the season. I would love to see them complete their unbeaten run till the end of season but winning Roma will not be easy task.

I feel they are going to channel their focus more on the Europa League since they have already won the Bundesliga.

Betting on Leverkusen when they play a strong side like Dortmund should be with caution because a draw is likely to happen since Leverkusen are still unbeaten but a win would be difficult especially when they go away.

Coming back from that was nothing short of a football miracle. They didn't even have to win or even draw, as they are already secured as the new Bundesliga champions, but denying Dortmund the win, just reinforced Leverkusen's invincibility aura.

Unfortunately for Dortmund, they are now 2 points behind Leipzig for the 4th place. Both teams will be facing each other next week, so Dortmund will have to win that away game if they're hoping to finish in the top 4.

We wanted to see that because until now Xabi's record has not been broken by anyone and this big match like Dortmund was a hope especially when seeing Dortmund take the lead in the last 10 minutes of the match then there was a great hope that Xabi unbeaten record was stopped but in the end it still could not happen.

Stanisic didn't want it to end and 90+7 may have been a little late but it was enough to keep it going as it should.
With this result it doesn't change anything for Leverkusen but for Dortmund it's a bit of a shame because they still have to keep competing until the end for a spot in the top 4 and now that they only have 1 point it makes things a bit tougher for Dortmund.

I have mentioned it earlier that the only hope Bayern Munich can have for the bundesliga again will have to be with next season and probably the champions league for this season away from that they actually don't have hope for trophy again this season so i didn't even have to think that they were even getting an opportunity again this season and even the champions league I'm just banking on their experience to be able to get something off it.

Second position is the best Bayern Munich can get even if they happen win every of their remaining game in the bundesliga with even far more goal difference it will still not be enough to helping them get to win the bundlesliga again this season as Leverkusen has been declared as the winners already, i have see that Leverkusen actually is deserving of the trophy this season and so it's actually a well deserving win for them this season and been able to still stay unbeaten too has to be another great mile stone in the achievement the have gotten this season, Bayern Munich literally tried too especially if they eventually get to finish at the second position on the table.

The struggle for Bayern Munich this season hasn't been an easy one so finishing second for me is a good result because we has at some point Stuttgart trying to raise their beds and even wanting to be at the top of the table but then Munich was still able to displace them from the second position to taking over the second position on the table by the end of the season but then i think by next season Stuttgart may grow to become a threat.

A lot people were saying that Leverkusen would intentionally not play hard for dortmund or stuttgart. The dozens of last minute goals they scored this season in the league, Europa league and dfb can't be a coincidence. No matter what anyone says, this team will finish the bundesliga undefeated. 99% will win the dfb final, if they don't lose to roma, they will go down in world football history as the team that won all the tournaments they participated in a season undefeated, there is no team in history that has achieved this. I think they deserve the utmost respect.

It is not the decision of Tuchel, it is the decision of Bayern management to fire him. I believe Tuchel still wants to stay until the end of his contract but Bayern management feels disappointed with Tuchel. Tuchel can't get a minimum target that Bayern management sets for the current season. So, with this situation, it is clear that Bayern Munich will hire a new coach for the next season.

The match has been over, it is true that the result of the match is a draw. Each team only scored 1 goal until the end of the match. This is not a too bad result for Bayer Leverkusen, it means they continue their record of unbeaten team until now. Saddly my bet was on a win for Leverkusen but i am good with that draw for Dortmund.

Anyone who saw the match between Borussia Dortmund vs Leverkusen would definitely think that Leverkusen would experience their first defeat of the season, because entering extra time they were still 1 goal behind hosts Borussia Dortmund. But Leverkusen refused to lose in this match when they managed to score a late goal in added time. It came from a header from Josip Stanisic who took advantage of the opportunity from a corner kick.

I saw how Xabi welcomed the goal with enthusiasm, because thanks to that goal he could still extend their unbeaten record this season. This is a very extraordinary thing for Leverkusen, they did not give up looking for a goal until the final second of the match and their efforts produced sweet results for them in this match. Once again they avoided their first defeat of the season. The statistics are fantastic, even though they have locked in the title, the enthusiasm is still burning.

We can now laugh at those who are thinking that Bayern Leverkusen will lose their Europa League match to AS Roma. They have probably failed to see that Bayern Leverkusen are not only good this season but luck is also on their side. I will not call it coincidence that they magically come out with a draw each time they are about to lose. It has happened many times with that of tonight against Borussia Dortmund being the highest of it. I am highly satisfied with the performance of Bayern Leverkusen this season and it is my expectations that they will carry on with this new found strength so that we will have three strong teams from Germany and not only Bayern Munic and sometimes Borussia Dortmund. Their next match is against Stuttgart, a very good team but Bayern Leverkusen will likely win the match as they are playing at home.

For this season, Bayern Munich can aswell just focus on the champions league knowing they don't have a chance at the bundesliga trophy this season but next season is a good time to try again nbut not with tuchel as their coach if not they are bound to still repeating some of the mistakes they make this season so it's important they make sure they are able to get rid of him to enable them get a tactics next season for a chance bat the trophy.

Scoring much or too many goals at this point isn't what they need or isn't going to help them enough to get the results that will take them to the top of the table but then if they are able to find a way to improving their firm now they may probably get a chance at the champions league especially if they happen to make it to the finals of the Champions league which ofcourse is very possible for them if only they are able to win their next two Champions league games ahead of them. Allt hey can do now at the bundesliga is making sure they finish at the second position on the table for a chance to play the champions league again by next season.

Bayern Leverkusen have totally dominated the bundesliga such that no other team can at this point this season be able to get them displaced from the top even if they happen to win all of their remaining games till the end of the league this season but then they aren't going to even be able to do that but i believe Bayern Leverkusen is most definitely going to maintain the record of them staying at the top of the table unbeaten till the end of the season.

I really thought that maybe today is day that Leverkusen will be losing after i have seen that Dortmund was leading at the 88 Minute.
But i dont know how Leverkusen will be making it everytime that they score in the overtime or last Minutes of the game.
A big thing for Dortmund with that draw from that Match.
Also Stuttgart lost today unexpected , damn.

I do see opinion from some people who suggests that it's needless for Bayern Munich to continue putting out their best performances in their remaining fixtures of the Bundesliga campaign since they've already lost the league title to Bayer Leverkusen. I do not take such opinions serious because to me, I feel that whoever says such do not know much about football.
Bayern Munich for a fact have lost their title defense but a club of their status, you don't expect them to stop delivering their best performances especially when they have a crucial two-legged UEFA Champions League encounter against Spanish giants Real Madrid. They have to keep winning games to grow the confidence of the team before they play Madrid

Bayer Leverkusen has already been declared champions so yes Bayern Munich wins till the end of the season has no effect on Leverkusen but it does matter in their position in the league since they are struggling to match sure they end in the second place in the league and with Stuttgart having equal points with them and Bayern Munich being ahead of them with goal difference, it's still good if Bayern Munich keep lashing the teams they play till the end of the season so that at least they will be second in the table. The season is really a bad season for Bayern Munich in the league because they have been struggling since the beginning of the season till they finally lost the league title due to their poor performance so yes they can still prove to have learnt things the hard way by finishing as runners up and winning the champions League to celebrate the poor performance they have had on the league.

Even though Bayern Munich has certainly failed to defend the championship title they have held for many years, it is not appropriate for them to become sluggish and their mentality decrease. After all, they are a big team, they have to show a good mentality even if they don't become champions this season. For me there is no reason for them to lower their mentality, especially since they are very respected in the Bundesliga.
Their task doesn't end just because Leverkusen has locked in the title, they have to keep playing until the end, until the final week in the Bundelsiga. Moreover, the victory they got was also good for their capital to face Real Madrid in the Champions League semi-final match.
If they lose in the Bundesliga it will actually bring down their mentality in the Champions League, and that is not very good, especially as the opponent they will face is a very strong team and is the team that has won the most titles in the Champions League.
