There is a big difference between a player and a manager. A quality player he is but one of 11 but a manager he is one of the whole team. A manager can bench anyone and give anyone a chance but a player can't. The player has to practice and perform on the field that is the job of the player but a manager always has to plan how to get good performance out of the players. Apart from planning for good performance of own players, they have to plan separately for each match against the opponent. What can an opponent be like, what is the strength of an opponent, what is the weakness of an opponent, all these things but a manager does. In that case, if a player leaves, maybe another player will replace him, but if a manager leaves, he can do the same but another manager will not be able to manage the team.

I agree that blaming Kane for Bayern Munich's fail this season would be the stupidest thing ever.    He must be seen as the best player in the team right now without doubt.

Looks like Leverkussen is way to serious this season,now that they have netted the title in the Bundesliga they are doing also a great serious campaign also in the Europa League where they just eliminated one of the winners of the Europa Conference league during this late seasons,West Ham.Even more to their luck is that Liverpool is out of the tournament so most probably now they have only Roma or Atalanta from Italy as really strong teams to think of but nothing to worry that much based on such wonderful form they are having,I guess it is near 50 games without a lost one and that says a lot about them running in this season,if they also win the Europa League during this season it will be the best season in their history,it already is though even without winning the Europa League.

One of the hopes that Bayern Munich has to get a trophy is in the Champions League. If they fail in the semifinals, of course this season will be the worst season for them because they won't win any trophies. Real Madrid is not a weak opponent because they are kings in the Champions League so it is not surprising that this season they are very favorites to become champions. Of course the semifinal round is quite a tough challenge for Tuchel and the Bayern Munich squad because they have to face the king of the Champions League, namely Real Madrid, so to beat Real Madrid of course Bayern Munich have to play better than what they have shown.

For Tuchel, he can write new history if he succeeds in bringing Bayern Munich to become champions in the Champions League. Tuchel does have a lot of experience in the Champions League, so can Tuchel bring Harry Kane et al to become champions in the Champions League this season?

If it had in a way happened that Bayern would face Dortmund, it would have been easier for them kind of. Xabi was once a very competent and talented player. It really took time for Xabi to make the Leverkusen squad truly ready like this. He has coached Leverkusen since 2022, it takes about 2 seasons for him to make Leverksuen's progress become more and more impressive every season. So, it's not instant. And how Leverksuen has developed to date can really be seen. However, most of these players are the world's top players, but Xabi is able to enable them to unleash their abilities optimally and solidly in a strong team too.

And now, Leverkusen is struggling against West Ham again. Even though this time, Leverkusen was 1 - 0 behind West Ham, Leverkusen still had a higher aggregate. The very weird thing is that both Bayern and Dortmund are at semi finals of UCL, which you wouldn't be able to predict by looking at their bundesliga record right now, and for some reason they didn't do well at their own league but they did so well at UCL so far.

I think the possibility of them meeting at the finals is not zero too, Bayern is good enough that they could push for Real Madrid, and they may end up winning, it wouldn't be easy and it would be very tough to beat Real to be fair, and yet Dortmund has even harder job because PSG would be very tough team, Mbappe alone is hard to contain and Dortmund do not have that ability normally. But, we can't say that the possibility is 0%, we could see them at the finals, which would be weird considering the bundesliga situation.

If you ask a Bayern Munich fan they will say they couldn't reach the Bundesliga title because of having Harry Kane. They think whenever Harry Kane joins a team his team can't reach any trophy and that's what we saw from him when he was playing for Tottenham. Tottenham didn't have a bad performance even after they lost Kane to Bayern Munich.
In fact, Kane left Tottenham to achieve some titles like the Bundesliga title and the Champions League in his career however so far he failed in the Bundesliga and the only chance for him is Champions League where they should play against stronger teams like Real Madrid.

For sure Augsburg will be fighting and try to win that game and they are should be not underestimated with there win last week against Union Berlin.

Normaly here Freiburg should be win against Mainz , but what is normal !
