Xabi to Bayern or Liverpool will be the only things that will make sense. I still think that he needs to grow a bit and eventually he will go to Real Madrid, they do tend to hire managers that have some more guaranteed results, like they want to see a manager be great at somewhere else before they hire them, so Xabi had just one year, not even a full one, so they wouldn't offer him.

It's sad that I haven't yet found a bookmaker offering a bet on where Xabi will be coach next year. I would bet that the odds for Leverkusen will be relatively high. And that's exactly what I would bet on at the moment. He has formed a great team in the last 1.5 years. And he is now reaping the rewards. He will be playing in the Champions League next season and the income will also allow him to make targeted new signs to improve the team further. So my tip is that he will stay with Leverkusen for at least another year.

Ancelotti will stay for a while longer, meanwhile Xabi will go to either Bayern or Liverpool, as we all can guess he will do great in those clubs and then he will go to Real. This is what I believe will happen, this is of course just my guess and I might be wrong but that's what I believe will happen. This is why it would be smart for him to leave.
If Xavi Alonso stayed in Leverkusen for another season, it will be better for the team, he will keep the good work he started and make the team more stable than before, he will equally bring more competition to Bundesliga because other teams will learn from his ways of coaching and Bayern will be scared because they will no longer be the only team to keep winning the Bundesliga title.
If Alonso have to move, I will suggest he move to Liverpool to replace Klopp because Klopp has build a strong team that need an experience manager to keep their performance up in the Premier League.

To me I feels like xavi Alonso to Liverpool is a match made in heaven, because statistically, Liverpool have always hired a manager that wouldn't put them under much pressure, since they are operating with a lower budget compared to the likes of Manchester City, Manchester united and Chelsea.
Secondly, Liverpool is a club he knows in and out, he knows what it entails to be a manager of Liverpool football club, so I believe that his acclimatization to the environment wouldn't be an issue if he is hired as the manager of Liverpool.

Xabi Alonso's technical knowledge is as high as his footballing skills. With a modest squad, they broke the record of German football history with a 33-match unbeaten streak. When I say modest, I mean that there are few players who can be called stars. There's no Harry Kane or Leroy Sane in the squad. But there are players with experience and potential. And Xabi Alonso has adapted this mix very well. I don't think there is a happier fanbase than Bayern Leverkusen in all leagues this year, this year the team has more than met expectations, whether they are champions or not.
Xabi Alonso had quite a brilliant experience in his youth so that when he now becomes a coach he applies various kinds of knowledge that he had gained when he was still a football player at a young age, Xabi Alonso really understands that one of the keys to victory is in football it is good teamwork and following the coach's directions, because if this small factor cannot be controlled by Xabi Alonso then he will have difficulty winning.
Xabi was a great football player. It looks like he'll be a great coach, too. The main thing he taught the players at Bayer Leverkusen is adherence to tactics. The players act according to Xabi in the match and everyone does their job perfectly, except for a few role players who act independently. That's how they overthrew Bayern. If it continues like this this year, they will be declared as the new champions.

Smart is not enough, there must be skills

It seems that he learned a lot from his experience as a professional player, especially since he was also part of a big team like Real Madrid for a long time, the instructions he got from the coach who was once a coach for him he learned and now he applies it to the team he handles. Especialy with his presence at Real Madrid, which is one of the teams that has a very good mentality.

Although he doesn't have as many star players as other team, he is well aware that the real strength of a team lies not only in its star player. But the real strength lies in good teamwork and harmony within the team itself. I think that is one of the keys to his success with Leverkusen this season.

Obviously, Xabi Alonso slowly and gradually succeeded in building Leverkusen into a dream squad, which all coaches in the world want to have a team that is untouchable by defeat. Of course, his success was not achieved instantly, Xabi Alonso has learned a lot from the greatest managers who have nurtured his talent at Liverpool, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich. When he was still a player, Xabi Alonso was known for his flamboyant and elegant style of play, and now he has managed to regain the same style but in a different role, I think Xabi Alonso will be one of the successful coaches in the future.

Leverkusen was successfully polished by Xabi Alonso by adopting a collective style of play, which does not emphasize one player as the main star, but places more emphasis on teamwork. Currently, the strategy and approach implemented by Xabi Alonso has succeeded perfectly, so that Leverkusen has succeeded in becoming a team challenging for the Bundesliga title and is in first place, creating a points gap with rivals Bayern Munich. So far, Xabi Alonso has succeeded in bringing Leverkusen one step closer to winning the trophy, with just a few matches left to determine the success of his efforts this season.

Yesterday I was watching a sports talkshow and one of the presenters said that for Xabi Alonso to be this good with his tactical approaches, he must have been learning everything about the  coaching job when he was still playing professional football and I totally agreed with the presenter's opinion because it's very rare to see a young manager with the same duration of managerial career like Xabi Alonso deliver incredible performances like he's done with Bayer Leverkusen since he took over the managerial position of the club but more precisely what he's achieved with the club so far this season. To think that Xabi Alonso is pushing Bayer Leverkusen with an average squad to the brim of winning the German Bundesliga when we have a team as strong as Bayern Munich in contention tells how good the young Spanish manager is.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp announced that he's gonna leave the club at the end of the current season and a lot of football managers have been listed as favorites to take over from him which Xabi Alonso happens to be one of those names. Xabi Alonso is regarded as a Liverpool legend because of what he achieved with the club and was one of the best performers when the club came from three goals down to beat AC Milan in the final of the 2005/06 UEFA Champions League competition and now that's he's doing exceptionally well with his Bayer Leverkusen team, I think Liverpool management will do anything within their reach to make sure they bring Xabi Alonso to Anfield next season but the challenge I think they're gonna have is his current club Bayer Leverkusen wouldn't want to let go of the Spaniard

Heidenheim will probably manage to avoid relegation with many draws. They are currently 11 points ahead from place 16, but only 3 points ahead from place 15. Although they are on the right track, it is important that they pick up 3 points in the next few games. Because once they are at place 15, it becomes problematic in terms of mindset. The next game is against Frankfurt. Their performance in the last few games has not been so great. Heidenheim is playing at home and I believe they can win against Frankfurt.

It seems funny too, how can you draw conclusions like that about Heidenheim? Because anyway, I think so far this season Heidenheim has managed to compete well in the middle of the table and thus, then ofcourse Heidenheim will not be relegated . No matter about the 3-point gap with 15th-placed Bochum this moment. Because anyway, even if for example Heidenheim and Bochum have the same points but ya, the reality is that Heidenheim will still be above Bochum because Heidenheim has a better goal total compared to Bochum.

Therefore, considering about Heidenheim and Bochum also at least Heidenheim still has a good chance to be in a good and safe position . So, I don't think it's right to say Heidenheim will avoid the relegation zone because ya,after all, basically Heidenheim position is also safe enough to be in the middle of the standings or at least outside the relegation zone.

honestly, I told myself that if Bayern Munich fails again in the match against Leipzig, I will stop betting on Bayern Munich until this season ends, but it turns out that Kane gave quite an impressive surprise and the 1 score scored Kane still makes me worried because a draw was not enough for me and apparently Kane changed the situation to be happy in the final minute in front of the Leipzig goal and was able to focus on scoring past the Leipzig defense.
You almost give up with Bayern Munich, right?  Grin
Bayern Munich won against Leipzig, you can continue to bet on Bayern Munich. They are actually quite strong but they sometimes wasted points when they played against weak teams. For example, they got a lose against VfL Bochum and Werder Bremen. It is funny that Bayern Munich could get losses against those 2 weak teams, it should never happen.

Well, for the match against Leipzig, Harry Kane became the hero. Harry Kane scored 2 goals and make Bayern Munich got 3 important points. This also makes him to lead the top scorer with 27 goals. He is very likely to be the top scorer of Bundesliga this season, no player who can compete with him. Harry Kane succeed to show his quality as one of the best strikers in the world.

after this Bayern Munich must give a perfect performance in the UCL match to be the host must be able to take advantage of the situation appropriately and I don't want the match against Lazio to end in a draw because if there is a penalty shootout it is very dangerous because in the penalty round anything can happen so I am sure Tuchel will give the right strategy and will get at least 3 scores to beat Lazio and I want to guess that Kane will only score 1 score in the UCL match later.
The result of the match in Bundesliga can't determine the result of the match in UCL. However, it may boost the morality of Bayern players, so they can play more confident against Lazio in UCL. Moreover, the Leg 2 will be held in Bayern home, they get an advantage for the next match. I just hope Tuchel can prepare Bayern players well, he mustn't underestimate Lazio. An Italian team must always have a great defense, Bayern Munich must know how to destroy the Italian defense wall. They must score 2 goals at least!

Harry Kane is very unlucky. He was with Tottenham for a long time. But did not win any title. After Harry Kane joined Bayern Munich we thought Harry Kane would win Bundesliga and Champions League titles with Munich. But at the moment it is very difficult, almost impossible, for Munich to win these two titles. But we can't blame Harry Kane as the reason. Harry Kane's performance is very good. He is scoring a lot of goals as well as making a lot of assists. Harry Kane's relationship with the players is quite good. So why do we blame Harry Kane?

I would say Thomas Tuchel is responsible for Bayern Munich's plight. Munich's performance has been erratic since he took over. Even in the final season, the team's performance was very erratic. They were very lucky that Munich won the title last season. Munich should now look for a new coach.

Just imagine if Bayern were coached by Xabi Alonos, would Bayern's performance be like now, then that's the role of a coach that is very vital in a team, in Bayern's case, they really couldn't wait to fire Hans Flick but hired Tuchel, to be honest I look more at Hans Flick who is the most suitable to train Bayern.
We can conclude whether Harry Kane's performance is bad if we see that Bayern doesn't have a title until next season, as one of the world's best strikers, the burden that Harry Kane carries is very heavy, all the fans' hopes are on him.

We have to admit that Bayern chances of retaining the Bundesliga trophy are currently very low, but Tuchel has a responsibility to ensure that his team does not go backwards again in the future. The victory over Leipzig has important meaning, where Bayern have succeeded in breaking the bad trend in their last three matches, Now Tuchel has succeeded in creating a turning point in their expected performance.

Unfortunately, Bayern management has made the decision that they will separate when the season ends with Tuchel, but I think that decision could change if Bayern succeeds in winning the Champions League trophy. of course I understand that to make this happen requires a lot of hard work and luck, but it is not an impossible thing for the German giant to do.

On the other hand, as a team that has been the ruler of the Bundesliga for more than a decade, it was a little strange when they ended the season empty handed, they failed in the German Super Cup, DFB Pokal. Bayern journey will probably be the same in the Bundesliga because Leverkusen is still very consistent, and their journey in the Champions League will be determined in the second leg against Lazio.

I agree that blaming Harry Kane for Bayern Munich's troubles this season is unfair. He's fantastic, leading the goal-scoring lists. The Bundesliga alone has 27 goals and 5 assists? It's insane! And don't overlook his Champions League contribution. Kane is giving his everything on the pitch, as will be obvious to everyone paying attention. Match strategy is the true issue, as you noted. How a talented squad can be inconsistent is incomprehensible. Bayern might be more consistent with some tactical tweaks and a new approach to their gameplay. They have Kane and squad depth; now they need a strategy sweet spot

It's a team job, blaming one person is bad. I see Bayern Munich currently not finding the best game with Tuchel. So they have not been able to perform stably. But during the match against Leipzig, they performed quite well and won. Tuchel seems to be seriously paying attention to how his strategy is. What's funny is that he sits in a Silver suitcase. He seems to be signaling that he is ready to leave after Munich's poor performance. But the victory over Leipzig still brings the opportunity to keep competing for the Bundesliga championship.

People once again praised Harry Kane's great performance in last night's match after helping Bayern Munich secure victory at home with the brace he scored against Leipzig. Initially, it was quite doubtful to see Bayern Munich having so much trouble against Leipzig, even though if you look at the meeting as a whole, Bayern Munich can always dominate the results with a landslide victory.
But what we saw last night makes us know that Bayern Munich are not in good condition after the two consecutive defeats they received and they have to try their best to secure 3 points at home. Luckily they have a great striker who they managed to recruit last summer and he became the hero in this match. Harry Kane has currently collected 27 with Bayern Munich and it is certain that he will be the Bundesliga's top scorer this season.
This is a heavy burden that Harry Kane has to carry, even though he is the current top scorer in the Bundesliga, he still cannot provide a trophy for the club he is playing for.  Harry Kane still has to bring Bayern to fight in the UCL, this is Bayern's big goal of buying Harry Kane from Tottenham, but if in this early season he still can't bring Bayern to become a dominant team in all leagues then that is still very natural.

Bayern Munich's overall performance is poor. I don't want to blame Harry Kane. We have seen great performances from Harry Kane since the start of the season. Kane even scored two goals in the last match against Leipzig. Kane scored 27 goals and 5 assists in 23 matches in the Bundesliga. Scored 4 goals and 3 assists in 7 Champions League matches.

The main reason for Bayern Munich's erratic performance is their match strategy. Bayern Munich have a strong squad. But the condition of this team is not good because of the match strategy. Munich won a big 7-0 home match against Bochum. But it was against this team that Munich lost 3-2 in the away match. If the match strategy was better, Munich's performance would have been more consistent.

Bayern Munich can not blame Harry Kane, I have seen that Kane is making progress in his game the problem was Thomas Tuchel doesn't want to be in Bayern Munich anymore, and the other players were now not in the mood to get into the game well it must be because they are not confident anymore in winning, and this is absurd if they are blaming Harry Kane while the coach is literally doesn't want to win the championship anymore he has given up in the Bundesliga run for the Championship.

Very disappointed that Dortmund has lost there game against Hoffenheim at home after they was leading , damn.
Also Frankfurt was playing again a draw about Hoffenheim , that 2 games destroyed my bets.
At least the bet on Bayern Munich against Leipzig was right and Harry Kane scored again.

Right now I don't have any confidence in Dortmund after they have sold most of their players including Jude Bellingham the performance of Dortmund is not the same anymore, even if they have Sebastien Haller but right now if the injury list was updated Haller right now is injured with an ankle injury, Felix Nmecha, and Donyell Malen are injured if the list is updated then Dortmund surely has a problem with just having limited players.

Games in this round didn't have many results that left me very surprised. Leverkusen won as expected and remain at the top of the table and have not lost in any game, there are already 23 games without having even 1 defeat, 23 games and 0 defeats and a great achievement that the Leverkusen coach is managing to achieve. Probably if he wins the title he will be remembered forever as the best coach in Leverkusen's history, I believe he will be seen as Leverkusen's hero, there are still many games left for the Bundesliga to end, but at this rate it is certain that Leverkusen will be champions. Bayern has already announced that Tuchel will leave the team, but as Tuchel himself said that it wasn't the only problem that Bayern has, I agree with him.

and talking more about bayern, they beat leipzig with some difficulties, but that was expected because leipzig are one that can create problems for bayern and other teams, the important thing is that bayern won the game, bayern needs good players in attack, Kane is doing a great job and that's why he should be kept, but as for the remaining attackers, it's important that they are sold and that Bayern buys other attackers. for example Leroy Sané played 23 games, was not injured, managed to score 8 goals and made 11 assists, in my opinion he should be kept, Jamal Musiala is 21 years old, he is still very young and a talent that Bayern can keep In the team, he played 18 games and scored 6 goals and made 3 assists. but Thomas Müller played 21 games and only scored 1 goal and made only 3 assists. should be sold because he is 34 years old and the position in which he plays to only have 3 assists is unacceptable for him to continue being a player in the starting 11, in my opinion it would be better if Bayern chose to play with a formation of: 4 - 3 - 3. another player that Bayern needs to sell is Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting, Konrad Laimer and Mathys Tel

Talking about Dortmund, honestly this team doesn't have big goals in the Bundesliga, for them to get a good player cheap and then sell it for a very high price became the best option for them, by that I mean that in every season Dortmund is just playing to stay below the first position, so it is not a big problem if they finish in position 4 because it will allow them to go into the European champions league where they can expose their talented players to sell and profit

currently there are 11 matches left before this season ends as long as Leverkusen is able to continue to increase the number of points they have to continue to provide a big difference to Bayern Munich if they really want to maintain their position at the top of the standings to win the title this season.
we need to remember that this is football and we know that Bayern Munich can always give a surprise at the end of the season because currently the difference between the two teams is only 8 points and that means Bayern Munich needs 3 wins and Leverkusen needs 3 defeats, this is just a logical thought I.
but it is impossible for Leverkusen to allow 3 consecutive defeats while Xabi has confirmed that this season's title will be given to Leverkusen for the best prize from Xabi.
this great coach was able to break historical records breaking Bayern Munich dominance and the whole world could hardly have imagined that Xabi was so intelligently able to take Leverkusen to a higher level and even beat Bayern Munich from the top of the standings.

after successfully becoming the best team this season, I really hope that Xabi will stay at Leverkusen and look for more quality players to continue this positive trend to achieve higher titles in the UCL.
even though it's a little difficult, we never know what will happen, in fact, Mam City, which was never expected to win the UCL title, was able to get the UCL title after successfully getting a great coach and this could happen if Xabi continues to be consistent with his team management skills to chase their dreams.
Leverkusen for all time this season have proven to possess qualities of champions. Their unwavering and determined efforts to their games in both the German league and UEL have only shown how capable and fit and qualified they are to lift these trophies. It's safe to say that they'd be the right team to be victorious in these two football journies this season. For Xabi's ability based on his performances with his team, it'll be fair to admit his superiority in skillset. Leverkusen when Xabi took over had to start from scratch to build up to where they are now. So far Xabi, he has been a good boss and his methods have worked perfectly for Leverkusen. One would wonder how he managed to put up such feat for the team considering the spot he picked them from. It's one quality that can definitely be found in a good manager. Leverkusen have been impressive in all rounds and it's surprising that they're now better than some already grounded teams. It only means that Xabi has a unique managing quality which can be of essence in bigger teams too.

Well it'll only be fair and an added advantage to the German club if their hit maker coach stays the next season with them to keep up with the positive differences he's trying impart to the club. He's this season tried all his best and these bests have gained reasonable and quality feedbacks and results too. He can as well be so much proud of his achievements so far just as everyone else is proud of him too. It's not that easy to take a club out of hiding and placing them at the spotlight. One would expect a lot more from him and the only way by which this expected lot more can be gotten is via his retainment in the team. Well rumours overtime may have that there may be plans for Munich and Liverpool to sign him up to themselves but yes he may try to create another good difference there but it's only fair that he stays at Leverkusen. For one, I do know they won't want to let him out of their hands yet. The players love him, even after this attained height, it's believed that as a tactical coach, he's got better plans up his sleeves to be unveiled in the coming seasons and definitely, he's one man that'll be watched closely in terms of team performance wherever he finds himself.
