They should, but what if they lose again, I really think if they did lose this one again then I think there is some problem with their morals going into the game, or their fighting spirit of getting a championship for Bayern Munich is no more after another lost to Werder Bremen, this will surely break down the moral of the team going forward, especially Harry Kane, where Thomas Tuchel has to promise him that he will now have the championship this season, so the Harry Kane curse must be true when Harry Kane has switch into a new team that team will likely lose.


After the Werder Bremen Fiasco Bayern Munich is likely to be in the 2nd position sure they are likely going to stay in that position as long as Bayer Leverkusen is still winning and likely not making any mistakes for their game then Bayer Leverkusen can make the Championship this season, but well there are rumors that Xabi Alonso will like to want to be a coach for Bayern Munich if given a chance because Bayern Munich is his former team that is why he likely want to be of service for them but this are likely just rumors,

Bayern Munich were very lucky last season. If Dortmund had not lost the last match, it would have been impossible for Munich to win the title. But despite Dortmund performing well throughout the season, the Dortmund team was unexpectedly defeated in the last match. Also Bayern Munich won the last match. However, Leverkusen have been playing very well this season. And these two teams are competing for the title. Dortmund or Leipzig teams are far behind. It really appears not an easy point to catch up with but Bayern Munich is a very opportunistic team and by that I mean at every slightest opportunity and chance they would stop at nothing to getting to the top, seven points really looks like a long enough distance to make up for but with three consecutive wins and a single draw from Leverkusen and they will be much closer to displacing Leverkusen at the top of the table than you can ever imagine. Leverkusen needs to maintain a winning streak to keep the space wide enough at every point.

Bayern Munich could win and get three points when facing Union Berlin, which this season has started to suffer with its poor performance. But what I couldn't have expected was Bayern Munich's defeat at home against Werder Bremen, which would make the point gap with Leverkusen even more serious and this would make Bayern Munich experience more pressure when chasing Leverkusen, which is still quite strong at the top of the Bundesliga standings at the moment.

Thomas Tuchel incharge and no significant changes have been made yet, instead we're watching poor performance of his team. Does he need more new signings? I guess not because the ones available are top class and knows what to do to secure three points. Bayern Munich are suffering from injuries and fatigues, and it's coming from their key players. Do not put your trust on Bayern Munich because they're entirely different from last season, unable to maintain consistency in matches this have become one of the big challenges for the Bavarians this season.

Whatever the score, The important thing is that victory must be achieved to recover from the defeat they just experienced against Bremen. The second defeat experienced by Bayern Munich this season has widened their gap with Bayer Leverkusen, the match against Union Berlin must be a turning point for Bayern Munich so that they continue to consistently maintain a points distance from Bayer Leverkusen. Currently Leverkusen is 7 points ahead of Munich who is in second place in the standings, Munich can still cut the gap to four points because they still have one game remaining. This season has been a bit tough for Munich because their rivals have always been able to maintain their performance well.

Yesterday defeat against Bremen further increased their distance from Leverkusen, a distance of 7 points is not an easy distance for Bayern to catch, especially if they continue to lose points to lower teams, Union Berlin is not a favorite in this match considering the strength that Bayern Munich , but however Uniom Berlin still has a chance to embarrass Bayern Munich in this match like Wender Bremen did, I think winning this postponed match will be a hope for Bayern Munich to return to the title competition even though it is a little difficult but at least they still have a chance to get their 12th consecutive trophy this season, but if Bayern Munich draws or even loses to Union Berlin, it is certain that the Bundesliga title this season will only be a dream for Kane and the rest of the Bayern Munich squad.

I just watched the highlights and must say, Bayern was the much more active team, but unlucky in front of the goal with some aluminum hits and a 12:0 final spurt with shots, but nothing that actually counts. 

About the grades, I guess by Kicker, yeah they are a little bit off. Sure Bremen won but looking at the stats of this game it is no way fair to give the Bremen players MUCH better grades.

Bayern was 22:8 on shots, 10:2 on corners and had 68% possession. In other words statistically they were the more active -> better team.
Let's say Bayern scored 2 goals in the last 5 minutes, the grades might be reversed, even though Bremen played well for almost 90 minutes.
How Kicker can give grades like this ( the red numbers behind the name ), is beyond my understanding. I guess winning make a 5 or 4 into a 2 and vice versa. 

Bayern Munich should win this match because Union Berlin has a team that doesn't seem ready to face the strength of Bayern Munich. With this match, hopefully Bayern Munich will make good use of it and achieve victory. It doesn't need to score many goals; the important thing is that Bayern Munich will win the match. This is enough to add points at the top of the standings and still fight to win first place.

As of now, we are in 18th round with 16 rounds left and many ups and downs can happen to predicting about win is still too early because any time we can have changes or injuries can bring significant changes in teams now tomorrow Bayern Munich is going to host Union Berlin which is currently just above relegation zone so most chances we will have strong comeback from them in this match which will give them 3 points and difference of points by 4 which is chase able even not easy but still things can happen, and we can have good competition for the title until end of this season.

For the next two spots, things are also going to have good changes as Stuttgart is going to host RB Leipzig which is trying to come back after lost of 8 points in last three games and Borussia Dortmund is also trying his best for coming back into business which was they lost before break and now having good performance in last few games.

Yes, last season Bayern Munich were really lucky, they were at the point of despair in defending their title because the championship match was in the hands of Dortmund, but as I said that they were really lucky in the end they could still defend the title because of the failure made by Dortmund in the decisive match at the end of the season. And yes this season they look different, there seems to be a slight decline in performance there and in addition there are newcomers whose performance cannot be doubted, namely Leverkusen as we know that they are very strong and have good consistency in maintaining the top of the standings.

Since this season began, to be honest, from the few matches they have passed I was really disappointed when I saw their defeat against Frankfurt with a landslide score and the latest was in yesterday's match against Werder, this is a defeat that is really hard to believe, even though in terms of statistics Bayern Munich is far above Werder, and this result also makes me and maybe some other people put doubts on Bayern Munich's next match against Union Berlin, however I think there is no reason for Tuchel to waste opportunities like this again because catching Leverkusen's points is the main goal if they still want to defend the title.

Currently, Leverkusen's consistency has put them in the top contending spots for the Bundesliga title. Even though it's not so certain yet as there are still games to determine the victor, there's every possibility that there may be change of hands this season.
Munich are doing their best to match up the intensity of contest Leverkusen are putting forward.

 Definitely they can hold onto the pressure for a while and for Leverkusen, they are not resilient in pursuing that major aim. Alonso and his squad aren't giving up and weekly they put up a whole different energy towards that trophy race. The time is sure going to be tough for all their opponents and the games will go almost to the last end before a victor can be confirmed. Currently they're the only team that's still maintained an unbeaten run in Europe.

Bayern is not in their best performance now but even at that they are still trying their best by all means and to some extent they are still trying because they are still the one in second place with about 41 points and it does not look like this season anything for Bayern and Dortmund both kings of Bundesliga and now they are no longer kings and Bayer Leverkusen is already leading them with about 48 points. the margin might be getting longer and Bayern might not be able to catch up. and most of all these big clubs underestimate small clubs too much and that is where their problems are coming from. keeping that consistency is always difficult for clubs to maintain. clubs you did not expect are the once dominating. and I hope Bayer Leverkusen will continue with their consistency.

Playing at home against Union Berlin, of course on paper Bayern Munich is guaranteed to get three points, but indeed, if Bayeen Munich has bad luck then Bayern Munich will fail. But anyway, I personally am very confident that Bayern Munich will succeed in beating Union Berlin because ya, at least at this moment Union Berlin is also not in a good trend. But indeed, even though Bayern Munich managed to get three points in this match but ya, in reality there is still a four point gap with Bayer Leverkusen . Stuttgart will playing against Leipzig next weekend and both teams had similar situations because their performance in Bundesliga were decline and Stuttgart in Bundesliga only gets 1 win from 5 matches they even last week have to lost against weak team Bochum even so with Leipzig because last week Leipzig was dramatically lost from Leverkusen so this match will be so interesting because Stuttgart and Leipzig has 1 difference point on league standings so if Leipzig can beat Stuttgart then they will be taking over 3rd place from Stuttgart

Leipzig and Stuttgart both teams has sharp striker because Stuttgart has Serhou Guirassy and Leipzig also has Lois Openda and for Leipzig so far Lois Openda as the successfull transfer for Leipzig because Lois Openda can able to performing well as the replacement of Christopher Nkunku who transfered to Chelsea but today their conditions a bit good compared to Stuttgart because Lois Openda most likely will be available but Stuttgart they still unable to play Serhou Guirassy because got injured besides that if we see from head to head statistics Leipzig records was more good than Stuttgart so in my opinion Leipzig has good chances to be the winner of this match and i haven't checked the odds yet for them but i assume the bookmakers will provide high odds for them

After the end of the first half, as we have dominating performance from the Leipzig I was not expecting fightback like this from the Bayer Leverkusen, but they have done like champions at the end and keep their title hopes alive as they are doing from the start of this season with this win now things are turning into their favour because current difference of points is seven which is big for the teams which are not having quality and consistency like them, and they have gone give their best if they want to have chance for challenging them in coming weeks.

All other top three teams loses their matches and points as well which are surely going to have good changes in top ranks in coming weeks even for the top two spots we will have no change, but few other spots are going to have changes which are surely going to create good entertainment for the fans in near the end of this season which have too many teams for the top four spots.
