Bayern Munich without doubt is one the best team in the German Bundesliga in terms of quality of players but performance wise, they've not actually been in their best as Bayer Leverkusen have been the best performing team in the German league this season.

The Bayern Munich game against Werder Bremen have been intense as the away team is resisting Bayern Munich's attack. After Bayer Leverkusen won their game yesterday, Bayern Munich are currently under pressure to win their game today and close their points difference behind league leaders Bayer Leverkusen. Hopefully for them, they'll finally find a breakthrough in the game against Werder Bremen

Why exactly Bayern Munich is yet to get a goal is what I'm not really comfortable with or maybe I should think that they are having a bad day and less luck? Because looking at their performance so far, they have been able to dominate the game well enough and have more of the possession and goal attempts but yet to convert it to a goal.


They are already in the second half and I'm expecting a better performance from Bayern Munich and by that I mean I want to see goals, Bayern I'd playing from home and for them home advantage is usually a big deal so I'm anticipating them utilizing their advantage, werder Bremen is performing in a considerable average performance but they are not to be match with Bayern so I expect more actions by the end of the second half but then if the game end s in a draw it keeps Leverkusen more safe at the top spot on the standing which Bayern is definitely wanting to displace them soonest.

Leverkusen was just showing who is the boss now. Leipzig was almost making it draw but glad to see that leverkusen was scoring at the last time before the match end. It was a disaster for leipzig caused by club is suffering a few losses in a row which was making the situation even more difficult.
Openda played quite well for leipzig but it was not enough to win against leverkusen as the strongest competitor for bayern munich this season. Leverkusen is still keeping the good result and it seems last till the end of season.


So true, xabi was not only developing the players in the club but he was also rebuilding the mentality from the players. No doubt that if bayern munich has been also targeting him to be recruited once the contract with tuchel will end.
Xabi was a sensatioal coach who was able changing his club a lot compared to the last season. I think that none was doubting his performance in managing a club that's almost relegated last season to be a very strong team like this.

Leipzig was increasing its intensity after leverkusen made its third goal but leipzig's effort was totally useless at the end of game.

By the way, yes Bayern has a 7 point gap but including the Bremen game they have 2 games less than Leverkusen, so even if they don't win this one there is no time to talk about "they really need to win" situations.

Leverkusen will do their part, as they did historically, to become 2nd place at the end, I have no doubt.

Bayern Munich really needs to win today's match against Werder Bremen to reduce the 7 points gap set by Bayern Leverkusen who's having a fantastic campaign this season in the Bundesliga. It's half time and the scoreline is zeros. Bayern had 2 shots on target, more ball possession and were always a threat anytime they found themselves around the opponent's box. Let see the tactical changes both managers are going to make in the second half.

Stuttgart's defeat at home to Bochum has made the point gap with Leipzig and Dortmund start to get closer so this will definitely really bother Stuttgart to continue to maintain its position in the top four. Because if Stuttgart experiences a draw in the next match, it will also make their position worse if Leipzig and Dortmund are able to win in the next match. The most effect that guirassy's absence have got on Stuttgart is with the fact that they don't have creativity within their front line, he's that creative player who gets the ball rolling for Stuttgart more like the game changer for the team, his creativity for goals was all that they lacked in the game against Bochum els they did performed well but we're unable to convert their attempts into goals.

Dependency on players is common amongst most teams across Europe and in the game of football but the difference is in how well the team is able to do without that player in the case off such player been absent, some teams actually relay on certain players but don't make it really obvious so they get good substitute just Incase such player I absent due to certain circumstances. In the case of Stuttgart they depend on guirassy's for their goals but they have still got good players who still make every other aspects of their games functional so I don't see a total dependency from Stuttgart but a failure to groom creativity amongst their front liners.

Leverkusen has added to their long list of wins this season without being defeated, the victory against Leipzig today is a good record for Leverkusen this season, Xabi Alonso has managed to keep Leverkusen consistently on their winning path, this match looks very interesting, where Leverkusen did not give up and managed to come back until the last minute, I acknowledge their consistency to date in remaining at the top of the Bundesliga standings.

We all know that Leipzig is a pretty strong team and they always play well, so it is difficult for Leverkusen to beat them, but Xabi alonso has proven that for the second time in their meeting Leverkusen won against them, I hope Leverkusen can win the title this season because If they fail, of course it will be in vain. It was really a close match and it was a surprise at the end for the Leverkusen fans but before that Leipzig was surely amazing in this game they managed to get the 1st goal for this game it was a back-to-back goal for the two teams and I really thought that it's going to end in a draw but an unexpected have caught Leipzig by surprise as they haven't seen Piero Hincapie going into the goal and with the pass from Alex Grimaldo Hincapie manage to make his goal and the 3rd goal was a very difficult one for the Leverkusen as Leipzig has a great defense for this game, but they still manage to win this,

In all efforts for Stuttgart To reach their goal for the 19 shots they made they managed to get zero goals which was really absurd in the game of Bochum, they were not getting into focusing a shot or they were just underestimating Bochum for sure, 19 shots and no score for Stuttgart was really disappointing they are not a consistent team for sure but against Bochum, there is this one that likes to really win in that match and for sure it was Bochum that is pretty much hungry for the win,

SV Darmstadt (3.75) - DRAW (3.30) - Eintracht Frankfurt (1.93) - LOST


I thought that Frankfurt would likely be getting this win but Darmstadt is not sleeping in this game and likely wants a win for themselves, it was an amazing thing for both teams and Darmstadt managed to get 2 goals for this game well actually I am really expecting that something like this might happen and it did I was just so surprised when it happens, that I really never want to bet for a Draw but the match has become a Draw that surely was another lost for me,

The fact they’ll probably be getting back to the UCL next season is a win for them.Against Leverkusen, Liepzig had to put in enough efforts in the match and there was a slight chance of survival in the game.

 Their visitors weren't a small side, they're bent on chasing the title to the last and so it was expected that the intensity will be high being that Leverkusen were the visitors and won't want to embrace a loss in the game either. For me, I still think Leipzig no matter their playing condition are still a valuable club in the German league and European contests generally. They've proven their worth in most of their games this season and it's an addition to their quality.
