This victory makes Leverkusen even stronger at the top of the standings and Bayern Munich is 7 points behind them.

This was a real test for Leverkusen, but seeing what their line-up was, I thought that it looks as if Boniface isn't even missing that much. The line-up was full of great players and considering that Boniface will come back at some point, it's like they can look forward to another upgrade to their team then. But the game started well for Leipzig whereas Leverkusen needed some time to get going. Once they did, it became one-sided in some phases and they deserved to win eventually. What I liked the most about this result is that Leverkusen at no point in time stopped attacking. One point wasn't enough and none of the players slowed down. They wanted the three points and they got them. Now it's Bayern's turn again.

They passed the test eventually even when many of us expected them to yield to RB Leipzig tonight. Last match against Augsburg Exequiel Palacios scored the winning goal at 90+4 minutes, tonight Piero Hincapie scored the winning goal at 90+1 minutes, this somehow confirm that luck is part of what is helping them even though they are playing so well. When Xavi Simons scored the 7th minute opening goal for RB Leipzig, I thought it was all over for Bayern Leverkusen. I never expected the to come back to winning the match from one goal down as at half time. Indeed, they deserve the trophy this season and if Bayern Munic is not careful, the margin will be wider than it is now.

Leverkusen's performance was extraordinary in the second half, they were able to comeback perfectly. It seems that this season it is difficult to beat Leverkusen because they are too good in every match, they have the motivation to continue to maintain their best trend as a team that has never been beaten to date.

Of course, with a record like this, their confidence will increase to end Bayer Munich's 11 year domination in the Bundesliga, the final proof of who will become Bundesliga champions. Leipzig had a chance to win the game tonight but they did missed it due to their been carefree at some point because at every point they were leading, they did won the first half when they were leading by a goal and Leverkusen then got an equalizer by the second half and later went ahead and got three points keeping them eight points ahead of Bayern Munich.

The chances they Leverkusen wins the bundesliga this season is gradually getting very high, their performance tonight showed the level of strength and resilience they have got especially with their comeback, I also saw that their tactical approach was superior to that of Leipzig and that was an advantage on their side regardless of them playing from away, Leipzig couldn't win by their home advantage, Leverkusen is definitely going to face Munich at any point and still manage to get at least a draw if not a win, Xabi has don greatly a d I think after this season he will be getting deal offers from other teams across Europe but I think it's not the best time to move yet.

Bayern Leverkusen just announced their readiness to win the league title after this win against Leipzig. This was a game I thought they were not going to take the maximum points, but surprisingly they have done something remarkable with this win.

There is no doubt that Leverkusen's players played very well. However, it was not easy for Leverkusen to win at Leipzig's home match. Leipzig is a very strong team. And now they are fighting for Champions League qualification.

What the hell! Leverkusen won dramatically away from home against Leipzig and a stoppage-time goal from Hincapie saved Leverkusen from a draw. It cannot be denied that Leverkusen really controlled the game and even though Leipzig had taken the lead, Leverkusen was always able to get the score back. Leverkusen is still unbeaten and they still lead the top of the Bundesliga standings.
