How often is that always when you're logged out? Do you have an idea of how many days you've been logged in and then when you're logged out? Because that also happens when I check my exchanges account and kept it logged in for days but I can't get on track with it because it randomly logs out. So, I think it's an exchange feature that every user experiences some randomness of logging out for security purposes. I'm not sure with that but that's what I can think of. Others should state if this is happening to them because I've experienced this with several exchanges.

While admitting that it is not a good approach to store your cryptocurrency on the exchanges, I am also approving it that I do still have some of by short term bitcoin portfolio hold there on the centralized exchange due to interpersonal reasons.

Basically I am only visiting my wallets regularly when the coinmarketcap showcases attractive market performances of the coin I am holding such as Bitcoin and when the market has not been so encouraging, I am usually off from my wallet because I love seeing my asset growing while overlooks when the market is down.
The more times you log in your wallets, or your exchange accounts, the more risk that your exchange account passwords, wallet passwords can be leaked to hackers. That's why we have air-gapped wallets as one of best choices.

If you want to observe your portfolio, bookmark your addresses and use some available portfolio trackers like from Coinmarketcap, Coingecko and Blockchair.com for example.
Anonymous portfolio tracker.

Stay conciously and sure to store your coins in the safe custodial wallets.
The safest method is store your coins in non custodial, and open source wallets, not in any custodial wallets. Even non custodial wallets, need to be open source as one of gold standard.

It also happens to me, I'm using HTX, usually after few days my account would be logged out while I did nothing. I'm not sure why it's like that, but I think it's because they want to make sure if it was the owner who access it, hence it's not always stay login.

There's no any suspicious activity in my account, so my account didn't get hacked.

Stay conciously and sure to store your coins in the safe custodial wallets.
If you mean a wallet that give you private key, it's called either "self custodial" wallet or "non custodial" wallet, safe custodial is refer to exchange with high popularity/reputation.

Have you tried it with another smartphone? Is it the same thing when you don't use the app and go to the exchange with a browser?
Does it happen when you don't turn off or restart your device?
Do you know if other users of this app encounter the same problem?
It's a bit hard to help you, if you don't say which exchange and which app you're talking about precisely, to be honest. There are litteraly hundred of exchanges and apps on the market actually.
Besides that I don't understand why you say you need and like to hold your funds there but then warn people against doing it. People are free to hold their funds where ever they want in the same way as you're free to hold your funds in whatever ways you want, it's their money, not yours. For some people sharing their home with their family or roommates, living in a fragile building or a dangerous place, it's not really safe to possess a hardware wallet, neither to deal with a seed, a passphrase or a pin code to hide. It could be very hard to hide them and to keep them safe while ensuring a guaranteed access.

S this could be as a result of various reasons. Like maybe your settings is set to automatic logging out in cases of inactivity
Or maybe there's a bug in the latest update of their app
It also occurs when you are logged in through multiple devices.
What exchange if you don't mind sharing?

Maybe try To change your password or change the exchange.
Or better still inform their customers support

You can never be too cautious.

While admitting that it is not a good approach to store your cryptocurrency on the exchanges, I am also approving it that I do still have some of by short term bitcoin portfolio hold there on the centralized exchange due to interpersonal reasons.

But along the lines, I have been noticing that when I stays a few long time before accessing my wallet app, I am Always logged out and then demands to log in again before gaining access.

Subsequently, I have not really lost a cent of my asset on this course but being honest, it is threatening why I would keep getting logged out like someone is instigating or manipulating on how to gain access to that of my wallet.

Basically I am only visiting my wallets regularly when the coinmarketcap showcases attractive market performances of the coin I am holding such as Bitcoin and when the market has not been so encouraging, I am usually off from my wallet because I love seeing my asset growing while overlooks when the market is down.

So I don't know why I am always being logged out that way but then, I am sharing this experience to let some others know that there is a high intensive of threats in holding your portfolio on the exchanges and also, note that while you are asleep. Scammers are awake troubleshooting on how to gain access to your wallet just to steal your coin.
In other means, your crypto asset is not only attractive to be stolen only when you have made a huge amount of value. Perhaps, there are conscienceless and hungry scammers who foresees even a $1 worth as something achievable.

Stay conciously and sure to store your coins in the safe custodial wallets.
