You can not get seed phrase from private key. Use a wallet that can generate seed phrase to create a wallet and send your coins there. That is the only solution.
You can use Electrum or Sparrow on an airgapped device instead.

I have funded BTC address and I would like to create physical backup in form of steel washers like on fillippone's thread.
I used bitaddress.org to generate key pair for cold wallet, so I got just private key and QR code. Any advice on how to generate seed out of it?
