You should pay more attention because the reason for not lowering it has been stated crystal clear there . Basically if the site give 0.002BTC to try the game and make a withdrawal fee of 0.001 BTC either then it will discourage people to try the game instead of cashing it out directly.

Promotions are meant to be a marketing tools for the site and not a charity to the free lickers that is why their choice of making the higher withdrawal fee is indeed correct
