ok I had an important lesson for customer service.
currently:
any delay of valid withdrawal from now , we will pay 5% per hour. so if you delay for 2 hours ,you get 110%. 3 hours 115% etc.

currently withdraw with GA set is instant , and without GA set is processed by human,
