When there are more than ten stable users and they think it is necessery I will change the frame.
Current there are only five players ,If we shorten the time, many rounds will run to the end with one or two players . that's not good.

It was counting 5 hour 60 minutes 59 seconds etc.
It should be 59. if it is 60, it is 6:00:59.
