Since there are no instructions anywhere how to input the details of the contract, it's obvious nobody has seen those tokens.

A list of winning participants by the team would be appreciated though.

When will I get my tokens?
ACT tokens will be created and distributed by the smart contract at the earliest November 18th, 2017. I say “earliest” because this is when the smart contract will be ready, but it will not “go live” until fundraising is complete. The latest possible date is January 18th, 2017.

OK, but that still leaves the question about the quiz giveaway. It seems not everyone with at least 7 correct answers gets it. Some clairification would help and I didn't see anything relevant in the medium blog

What happened here is that the community made the point that they got less than 7 correct, but still tweeted about the questionnaire and project. So, what we did in response was to filter those that made a tweet, or referral, awarded them 1000 ACT anyway.

The project itself still on Pre-ICO and if you said phishing i think it's almost impossible since we're not giving any private address to them.

I got the same email as danielst. Some other guy before with 8 questions right got the mail calling him a winning super star.

So can the dev please say for sure. Do you need 8 questions to win? Maybe with 7 you get into a lottery draw?

I also got email from ACT and win with 8 correct answers out of 9.There are behind this type of giveaway was good and well planed,because to answer the asked questions correctly everyone needs to study whole material seriously.Best of luck to developers and hope they took all security measures before implementation of the project to save their project and investors money from hackers etc...
