It's actually quite easy to give up on gambling, you just have to lose all your money and when you have nothing else top lose you will eventually quit for good.

And i learned this the hard way. i may stop gambling if i got money i go gamble hoping i can double but it is always on the last deal the i should'ove go home that i lose. Once i lost that game all the way i lost until my money left is just half of howmuch i started instead of it doubling.

You have no determination over what you are doing. If you have determination then you wont really have to learn it the hard way.  When you are determined to do something, you will do whatever it cost to get it right so when you have no determination at all then things will not be going smoothly as you wish

That is why you have to completely quit gambling, gambling is not going to make you rich or something, unless you are a lucky one who always win in gambling. If you are always losing every time you try, then it just mean one thing, that gambling is not the right one for you, that you should try to open another door, because the one that you have tried is the wrong one.

Your life will change if you have successfully quit gambling, everything will change, you could save more money and you could have more money, and this is the new start of your road to success.

To eliminate gambling that we have done it is not easy but if we try to change it can be realized, occasionally think back to the negative impact of gambling, look for other hobbies such as fishing or camping.

Honestly no gambler will be ready to accept their losses and that is the reason they always want to recover their losses. In the process of recovering, they do get gambling addictions and finally finding it is too hard for them to give up their gambling activities.

You are wrong on this and I am able to accept what I lose. For me gambling is a kind of entertainment therefore when I lose, I dont feel that I need to recover what I lose. It might be different for some people however Im not the same person that you are referring to. Sometimes different thing do exist alongside with those normal thing
i do not think that gambling s a kind of entertainment. to me gambling is a game for making money, but only those people can make money from gamblng who are so much lucky, but in gambling games we mostly depend on our luck.

It's not easy to give up when you are binded with debts for a long time because of gambling, but if you are within your control you can do it from time to time. You can manage it everytime you are trying to adjust your betting frequencies, specially when you avoid those times that you really bet your money into bigger values. My advice is to divert on some activities like enjoying your time with kids if you're a family man and have sometime strolling with them at parks. Make only gambling activity for an occassional basis which may give up gambling in a minimal way.

well i am agree with that those people who gamble only for fun and entertainment they will not be affected by any lose in gambling because they only play for fun and they also enjoy their lose but those who make gambling as a source of income then they can be badly affected by their lose in gambling and this leads to gambling addiction which is not a good condition and this become very hard for them to give up gambling .
to me i think most of the people are just pretending that they play gambling for fun and enjoyment only. to me i think there is no fun in gambling and therefore most of the people are playing gambling only for making money. i personally have good experience about that, i am regularly play gambling, once i decided to play gambling for free without investment, but cannot continue it for a long time because i do not get any fun and enjoyment from gambling without any investment.

Quit and came back next month for the another luck and chances.
If this is possible for any gambler then there would have been any chances for gambling addictions which might be resulting in giving up gambling is an easier task.

Honestly no gambler will be ready to accept their losses and that is the reason they always want to recover their losses. In the process of recovering, they do get gambling addictions and finally finding it is too hard for them to give up their gambling activities.
That is the chance they there attitude will be change too are you gonna pushed you self into gambling even you had nothing to gamble? No way i been there once i know the feeling to lose everything and wanted to play more unless you have a good friend to us loan. Always accept the fact to moved on no can help us to quit gambling but only our self or else a family reason to quit.

You have admitted that you gamble for fun so if any person will gamble for fun then he will spend that money which he can afford to spend for fun while the others who chase their money are the people who think gambling as a source of income so they invest their capital in gambling and when lose they start to recover and for that they spend more money.

yup it's easy to play with fun when you play with small amounts only, but in another case if you play with huge amount you will afraid to lose your money even when you though you already accept that play with money afford to lose. addicted gamblers would be hard to forget the loss they got that's why they would invest some more to get back what he just lost even non-addicted gamblers would be hard to forget if he played with huge amounts.
I also started with playing small amount but I lose my interest and I go bigger that's why I lose bigger as well.
I think it is important that you control your emotion in gambling because if not you will not be able to follow your bankroll management.
bankroll management will only make you more and more get addicted .

as you feel so curious to make profit with certain strategy include bankroll management strategy , better to not care about it if you really want to quit gambling completely. try to find a psychiatrist as i believe it was a mental illness when you feel hard to give up.

And do not completely abandon gambling, if they really bring pleasure. Simply allocate a limit of money that is not a pity to spend and enjoy the game.

The big wins are delayed in gambling, because you understand that there is always a chance to win the same amount or even more.

If you will always have the mindset like this, you will end losing all your funds. Because you will always believe that your big wins are delayed. And you are not going to give up and stop gambling if ever you will have a small amount of winnings for each day. But if you will change the way you think in gambling, you can give up easily.
It is okay to be optimistic , but let's see the fact in real life that a lot of people still get lost with that way to think.
Better to keep avoiding high risk decision such as to keep  playing even though you know you will lost.
Try to looking for another alternative to move from your gambling bad habit.

Change also your mindset and you should be always get into the safe haven every time you will gamble. In this way, you will have a practice that you don't want to lose any amount. And if you will be on that type of gambling you can have a daily routine and you will bear in your mind that you don't want to lose and that's the start.

I can only hope that this won't happen to me. I gamble for almost 2 years and I never lost more to it than I can afford, so it wasn't a stressful experience for me even once. But I've read a lot of posts where people say they also started gambling just for fun and now they are addicted gamblers, and this creeping me out.
