What happens in the event of liquidation of the company - say mining becomes unprofitable - what happens to the hardware?
We fold it up sell it off and split the money from sales 7500 ways minus the cost of selling it.

You're selling a 75% stake in the company - so there are effectively 8000 shares, with 6000 for sale?
Yea about 7500 shares with 6000 for public sale

That would make each share worth 33.3Mhash on delivery (assuming BFL keep to their figures)
You would get about 17.33333Mhash per share, got to remember that 65% goes to shareholders and 35% is used to buy more equipment to increase our profitability.

I started to go through with it, Seen my order number. E-mailed them and got a response an posted in this forum already. This now will  be discussed with investors, I have a couple of options I want to throw out there so we can get some profits in your pockets ASAP! Like buying a small amount of equipment and ordering a couple of singles, or depositing funds for interest till we know there shipping and a guestimate of time it will take. As of right now BFL has no clue when there shipping according to Alicia even though there website says OCT.

Also, do you/will you have access to a bonus-paying PPS pool?
I am working on that Ill update on that status as soon as I know something.

Also I am in the works with CPA to get insured just waiting for the paperwork to sign.

Confirmed on August 12th when IPO goes Live shares will be sent to puffn at no extra cost.

No order number yet there is a reason why I will not go into detail yet except, I have been in contact with butterfly labs and there answers are lets just say non conclusive lol. I want to leave the investors with some choice before sinking YOUR money into something that might not have a return till after the new year. This was there response when I asked directly when I could take shipment

That being said Im just like everyone else in this day in age of a drive thru have it now world, I want it NOW! I even told them Id drive up there and pick them up, and they could still charge me for shipping, still did not change anything lol.
But like I stated before I have a couple more options to lay on the table if Plan A does not work out. I have a feeling there is going to be LOTS of upset customers with Butterfly labs in Oct, and something is telling me that they will release the products as soon as the block rate changes to 25.
I hate to break this to Butterfly labs but Several people is not enough LOL it should be dozens.
IPO comes out On or before Aug 15th waiting for the next pay check.

 Nice to see another person living in NC I live on the coast myself . The Registration is good for any business as long as they dont fall unde any ATF, used batteries tires metal recycling or things like that. I was actually going to push vending carts up and down the beach when I applied for it but, the beaches have bans on merchant carts.


As for holding the picture up to my face do you really want to see me that bad, Jk Ill get on that anything to insure potential investors!

For early investors the speed with which you're able to start ASIC mining might be a fairly big deal.
