Any ideas to stir up this coin? Just look at what is happening in https://coinmarketcap.com/ even the most mediocre and empty the coins are set in motion. Here are all spit on the money invested and time spent?

Using a wallet building service is probably a bad idea, unless you're releasing a shitcoin for quick dump and profit. Options for the coin are probably fairly limited and they're unlikely to offer ongoing support.
0.5 BTC is a fair amount of dough these days!
What exactly needs to be done to the wallet? A fresh and stable build using updated, bug-fixed source, with the network staying as-is, or a hard fork that changes to something like PoW+PoS?
I'm sure it must be a full upgrade and transition to environmentally friendly POS technology

I have found out, that GLC Wallet only use one CPU core instead of all available..
Do i have to set something in my globalcoin.conf?

In general, a PoW only coin like GLC should only use significant CPU when verifying blocks and transactions. Unless you're syncing or sending a large transaction the CPU load should be very low.
globalcoin on my server is currently using 0.2% CPU

I have found out, that this is related to windows. Windows gave me only 50% of all Performance available...

does GLC Wallet freeze your PC also?
My MAC and Windows PC almost freeze with GLC Wallet open.
I use Wallet 1.5.3.

If it's happening when you're not trying to send funds it could be something like chain reorganisations. Some time ago we had two chains fighting each other, constantly reorganising back and forth, unable to resolve the fork because the difference was so large (nearly 100k blocks difference, from memory). This consumed a lot of CPU and disk I/O.
If it's happening when you're sending funds, you may have a bunch of small outputs which need to be consolidated. One way to do this is to send several transactions to an exchange (do a small test send first!) then withdraw the entire balance back as a single transaction.
