I think they forgot to update their stratum info on their "getting started" page.
This one doesn't work:
STRATUM: stratum+tcp://glc.dedicatedpool.com
PORT: 3333
Username: Weblogin.Worker
Password: Worker Password
It should be:
STRATUM stratum+tcp://west1.us.stratum.dedicatedpool.com
PORT 3333
Username Weblogin.Webworker
Password Workerpassword
Wasted myself some valuable mining time there, so hope I will save you some!

Not 100% sure but my guess would be the daemon/client just needs some more time/more blocks before its averaging calculation is weighted higher. However if we calculate the hashrate on what the pools are reporting it's ~100MH/s and the current diff and last few changes have been appropriate for that
Edit: Appears my guess was correct, we're now seeing the reported network hashrate from the daemon increasing vastly with every new block. Should be seeing the "real" hashrate

Had a issue with the stratum software; if you were trying to mine before feel free to try now. Tested and verified to work.
