Everyone should ask some of the more established pool operators to also add globalcoin, the network hashrate is higher than a majority of altcoins at the moment, 120+Mhs and growing.

There's a nice globalcoin pool up and running at: http://globalcoin.miners-pool.eu/
I mined on that pool about an hour and i didn't get anything with 1540 hash/s. Pool stats showed an estimate of 10000 at the time and blocks were found every few seconds. Still i did not get anything.Also the "add worker" has some weird ToFist as default username, but once i added worker it was same as my accountname and the workerpage showed my worker as not active with my hashing speed.
Another weird thing was that network hash speed was sometimes below pool hash speed.
As soon as i changed to p2pool, i started getting block rewards.
I've just noticed the same thing, none of my shares have been counted (including several block finds) for the past few hours. I've notified the admin but haven't had a response yet.
I'm on p2pool now as well and would recommend everyone swap over until this is fixed.
I cant find the p2pool vor GLC. i dont see it on the website

Sad thing with that was the fact that difficulty went up from 0.03 to 0.4 during the time i spent in that fucked up pool.

Edit: My uncredited shares from globalcoin.miners-pool.eu have been paid out to my wallet.

Guys all my wallets are sync but my global wallet doesnt sync at all and doenst connect to the network

Lol, I am not in charge of the dev here. I just enjoy this coin. I really have no idea if they are working ona mac client or not. I just thought I would take a cheap jab at MAC users

I wouldn't dismiss Mac users so easily. Cryptos are popular among techies and so are Macs.

Mac, is last thing on list. Only makes up 15% of operating systems.

I just get a "Database error" when I goto http://global-coin.net/
I see no Mac client, and have not read incredibly positive reviews of the coin, and it looks to have been removed from coinmarketcap.com

This coin is like in a sleeping mode right now. When it wake up it will make huge noise.

I believe the block subsidy is going to be halved at the new changes which should happen at block 240,000 and every 240,000 blocks there-after, which is every 6 months or so. The swings in difficulty I believe to be fixed with that as well.
If you have not updated your client please do so to 1.5
So when the changes go live, the total minted coins will be 70,000,000.
Subsidy is currently 100
January 2014: 50
June 2014: 25
January2015: 12.5
June 2015: 6.25
Lets fire up those miners and get to 240,000 to fix difficulty issue and drop subsidy.
