I am not actually sure if these kind of list is available or not but in the bitcoin world wallet is very important because the holder save their all the bitcoin at the wallet before changing it to any places
The wallet is nothing but just a private key which is required to spend your Bitcoins associated with that Bitcoin wallet. Generally, offline wallets are considered as a secure wallet because no one can access it unless there is any online connectivity. If you are using offline wallet then it is your responsibility to take necessary security precautions to keep it physically safe.
I don't really trust web wallets or exchanges because there is always the someone who is trying to hack the database of web wallets and exchanges. This article might help you to understand various types of storing your Bitcoins.

As far as i know hardware wallet is the best wallet for security. These wallets prices are cheap and these are very easy to access. I think Trezor is the best hardware wallet.

I am wondering if there is a global list in which imporant and often used wallets are listed (exchanges, ico's, scams etc)
