What's your setting from the bat file?
Can you post it here or check this line "--pers auto" if you have it on the settings if it's not "auto" replace it with that parameter. This might be the reason why you have this issue.

My question is how to change temp limit settings on GMiner and make the card start mining?I started it but after 1 minute the card reach temp limit of 90C and miner stop mining... Thank you.

90C is extremely hot and if you get these temps in just a minute of mining then I will advise you to change the thermal paste of the card and see if the fans are working properly and at rated fan speeds.
Even though VGA can mine with 94C, it is not at all good for the longevity of the card.
