. This thread reminds me of my late Grandmother. She wasn't a gambler but she was addicted to the Lotto.
Every week she bought maybe 10-20 tickets and almost never won anything greater than $10. After buying every ticket should would pray for it to be the winning ticket, it never was. So there is proof that there is no such thing as a gambling god.
Her friends were also addicted to the Lotto and they haven't won anything either. I think one of them won like $1000 once and basically re-spent it buying more Lotto tickets and lost it all again.

I agreed with what you said about gambling been the most risky one of all investment but we must not ignore the fact that every great investment opportunity comes with great risk and no business or investment setting will ever produce profit simultaneously without the inclusion of lost.

I have seen people to lose everything in gambling. A friend of mine even sold his house, wife left him with 5 kinds. These people forget everything when they get some money in their hand. Exactly. I know several people who suffered a similar fate which was completely their own fault. They depended way too much on sheer luck and lost everything and are working day and night to pay their bills these days.

"God of winning" is not really same as the god you guys believe in. Think of it like Greek gods, like how Athena was god of wisdom, ares was god of war and so forth. God of winning or god of gamblers means the god that represents those people in the world of gods.
Definitely not something we still believe of course and see as mythology but don't forget the people that worshiped Zeus would tell you that you are a heathen for not believing in their gods same as people who believe gods today, we don't know if believing in Zeus would be equal to believing Jesus one day.
Gambling god could be Fortuna which was god of chance and fortune in ancient Rome, closest I can think of right now. So may Fortuna be with you on your new year and help you get great chances and fortunes in gambling this year.

OP is conflicting itself. If God listen to OP and all gambler start winning then all casinos will be closed. Afterwards no gambler will win anything or in other word lose anything.

LOL. That escalated quickly. As a second thought I would say that if all gamblers are going to win in 2019 and close all casinos, they can open their own casino lol. Given that, gambling would never disappear and all actors in this ecosystem will be happy.

It's very risky, that's why you do not need to gamble all the time so that way you can minimize the risk. Before, I was gambling almost on a daily basis but I realize I'm just throwing money because I don't feel the fun anymore, profit and entertainment should come both, it should give us some satisfaction in gambling, but just for awhile as we are greedy by nature when it comes to gambling.

I don't think your God can help you, especially if you are doing it consistently. If I ever I would use at least one prayer and God will grant it, I would pray to win the Lottery so I can live a life that is financially free.

It sounds interesting if God answer what you want or every prayer is lightened by the gambler. I'm not sure if gambling is a must thing avoided by everyone, there are many facts that show some gamblers who make their income to provide for their families, that is a noble task.
Maybe if you gambling and intended to provide for your family or to fulfill your daily life, then God will answer every prayer that you want, including win when you are betting.

I'm not really sure about that, what has God something to do with our gambling habits? We made that decision to enter the gambling world in hope of making money but it we did lose then we should blame it to ourselves and same when we won huge.

You have to know basic meaning from investment and gambling is not an investment tools but as far i know gambling forbidden for every religions and i don't think god will help you to improve your winning results however if you asking help then why not pray to god of gamblers and maybe that god will help you

But I wouldn't call gambling an investment, even if the most risky one, unless you are investing in a casino itself and its bankroll, of course. Gambling (as in dice) should be considered an amusement only, something you are engaged in for the sole purpose of enjoying yourself, and then, with the help of God or good luck (depending on your religious stance), you may be able to make that winning "trade" and hit the jackpot
LOL. Did you mean that you are the God of whinning? It seems like you're gambling skills is not efficient. I think OP you need to make another strategy so that you will going to win some rounds. If God will answer you or all of the gamblers players then there will be no loss pool will just going to return your bet with no wins at all.
