Gambling is based on lucky, but I don't think God will hear what we pray for if the purpose is just to gamble. As @ Pamoldar said gambling is prohibited by all religions, it's just that we can pray that we are given happiness under any circumstances, whether we get a bet or only get a loss when gambling.

Reminds me of the very many god of gamblers that people in my country like to talk about! We are not as big gamblers here as in China perhaps, but people still like to think of the influence of movies like God of Gamblers and all those magical moments of people using trickery and skill to win. But remember, for every success story of guy winning millions, there are 100s if not 1000s of people who fail.

Point for me is never to see gambling as a profit industry (unless you're the house). Play to win, but mainly, play for fun. Then you'll be good.

Every gambler pray for win, really all of them are winning? I don't think so, if like that then who will loss? All gambling website here to earn money. No one isn't for loss, someone will win and someone will loss and it's called gamble. I am agree with luck, most of gambler believe on luck in my opinion. Praying isn't going to win someone on gambling. As far as I know most of gambler's are losing money, only few are winning. Its doesn't keep any weight whice years you are playing. It will be better just play occasionally instead of addiction. Might be you can earn something.

I really doubt that praying would also help you win the game and so does Luck, it wasn't with you all the times as we can conclude.
No matter hard you try as long as the favor wasn't on your side you'll never make a profit whatever game you might be. And also wasting money just to earn money would be crucial, Gambling is just a game for those who can spend money that is said to be on the extra pocket of every individual, it wasn't meant to be a profit giver.

And as additional to this, on some trading industries there has to be a milestone for they have some goals that is also said to be unique. 

Gambling is not like trading and years does not matter in gambling. You can win anytime and lose anytime as there are no news or milestones which needs to be achieved in order to gain profit (like in trading).
You Just need to pray that you win and go ahead and try your luck with gambling.

This has nothing to do with God or praying to Him to win your bets. Gambling has nothing to do or in need of that since luck would be always the factor that is being needed for you to win.
Even you would go to church and kneeling to the altar, praying and hoping that you would be lucky on todays gambling activity then you are just simply wasting up your time.
No matter how hard you try if luck isnt on your side, no one can really save you.

Maybe they prat and ask for the sign before betting but on serious matters there's no really god's grace interms of it since this kind of game is only matters with your luck, so by that we should bet according to the budget where we can afford to release and play with moderation and be calm upon betting on loses so that chance to win will still there.

Don't invest all your $$ in gambling as you might end up broke as hell, i mean really broke and you might go down with your debt, it's okay to invest a little and eventually be wise on making value bets. Here try to read this blog about betting guides.

Haha, I came here to express the same opinion. Gambling is something that it is a bad action in every religion ( i think). How is it possible that he will help you in order to make a profit from it? Maybe you should reform your pray and make it something like "Help me not to lose money or Help me to make money".

There's nothing that would happen, gambling is choice, together with luck and good understanding we will be able to win or to take some advantage, there's no change that will happen results still the same both win or loss will showed up after each bets and nothing else.

1st, don't treat gambling as an investment. It is risky yes but I don't really consider the risk of gambling as same risk with investments. You can keep on going with an investment and you have chance to recover for sure.

But gambling's risk is way much different from investment. And it's not a venture where you can expect a passive income from the amount of money you have invested unless its the casino's bankroll.

I'm not really sure about that, what has God something to do with our gambling habits? We made that decision to enter the gambling world in hope of making money but it we did lose then we should blame it to ourselves and same when we won huge.

Only you can help yourself from gambling and if you still worry about losing your money I suggest that you stop from playing. As for gambling are only for those people who can bet that won't hesitate even if they lose all their money and properties.

I agree that gambling is a very risky things and praying wont increase your chance in winning, you need to be smart in gambling, don't expect profit in gambling, the house edge makes the winning chance better for the casino , just have fun with gambling don't be too serious and dont try to chase profit

First I want to wish best of luck for OP. Look like OP lose on last year that's why want to pray for win on current year. Everyone to win on gamble, but eventually someone losing and someone wining. It will never stop ever on gambling. Because everyone here for earning. No one ready to loss. Although we don't want to loss but is going on. If I am not wrong every BTC holder praying to go BTC again 20K, but God don't care about our pray. BTC running his own way. Same thing on gambling, if something deserve your luck then it will be to you anyhow. But if something isn't on your luck then you will never get it ever. Gamble most likely depend on luck although there is need experience. So once more wishes for OP, best of luck. 

Praying won't save you from losing.
I mean, I respect people who believe in God, but then applying prayer to gambling is just a bridge too far.

In the end you'll have people who think that by praying just a little bit more, they'll turn their losses into profit.
And they keep on gambling...

Here is a good one ive been using, when the Rams played the Eagles. Rams, in my opinion, would win 8/10 times minimal. Which makes it a good bet for the long run if the odds are set good. However, the odds were like 1.1 for me. Meaning that if I bet them 8/10 times, I would be losing -1.4 bets. (8 wins means .8 bet profit. 2 losses are 2 bets so 2-.8 = 1.4.


So the bet didn't make sense to make, however, the inverse was the Eagles and I thought they would win 2/10. The odds were set at around 5.3. (I play on nitro)

So to me, this bet made more sense, and since I understand risk management I only bet a very very very small portion of my bankroll since I want to profit over a long term. So since this bet would be profitable by 2.6 it made sense to make.


Bankroll management dictates you should have at least 100 bets. And on any one game, you should not be putting more than 3% away.

Gambling is really a risky activity especially if you engaged yourself into it to earn profit. Winning is simply uncertain and cannot be manipulated.
