Could be the low network hashrate... thing is once people can hopefully trade their gold coins easily, causing more people to mine it, things should get a lot faster.

I sent you 100 as a test to the addr in your sig, took about 4 minutes for the 1st confirmation.

on my end, i'm still at 2 confirmations. could it be my laptop? do i need to add some nodes? if so, how would i do that?

It is 1 confirmation per block mined in the network. so it should be a few minutes per confirmation. It doesn't matter how many nodes you are connected to.

ah i see. thanks for the info skyangel. do you have an address i can donate to? feeling generous today

no problem. keep it for the faucet  Smiley

Usually to have to pay a transaction fee for faster processing...  your not talking about mined blocks right?  Your talking about sending/receiving coins?
yeah just sending and recieving coins. i got all mine from the faucet bounty. i only have a laptop so it would be a waste of a laptop to mine if you know what i mean.

anyone know the network hashrate?

i'm not sure but is there anything i can do to make my transactions confirm faster. My client shows 61 connections to the network but confirmations are taking up to 30 minutes a piece.

ok.

I will pay

0.05 BTC for 3000 GLD

If you don't trust me( I already did a couple of trades, no problems, this is just small amounts of money. I live in a country where you might be able to buy 1 meal with such small amounts. Maybe in countries that have much lower currencies this is valued higher, but not where I live. Where i live this is just a small amount due to the costliness of everything ),

then we can trade for only 1000 GLD at a time then.

I will pay 0.16 BTC per 1000 GLD

pm me and we can work it out the trade.

Thank you

send .05 BTC and i will gladly send you 4k GLD. you send first because i'm skeptic. people can vouch for me. i run a faucet and have well over 21k.

i have pm'd fran2k to set up our deal of .4 BTC for 3k GLD.

r3wt ?

No escrow for this small trade. Smiley

I have raised my offer price to 0.045 BTC for 3000 GLD. (not .4 btc)

I traded last night no problems with others.

If you don't trust, then perhaps we can do the trade in smaller increments then.

If you send me 1000 GLD then I will send you 0.015 BTC

I am paying BTC (not ltc which requires exchanging and more work to btc, so it saves you work)

Let me know
