So this online wallet we can trust? and does it have a staking feature like the online POSwallet has? I am currently staking some coins at POSwallet but I am looking for other wallets for everyday transactions so just like to know if we can trust coinvault?
Yeah, wallet is not staking walelt, its just online wallet to have coins on the move, it have also good security, and recovery options just in case.
Developer behind coinvault.io is honest hardworking man, and as he says, wallet is still in beta, so do not store huge amounts there.
I have tested and it works perfect. GoldBlocks team and CoinVault are cooperative partners.

Thanks dev for your reply and as I said I'll be using it for everyday transactions so I'll hive it a try. It would of been nice if it had a staking feature.

Hi, good questions.
Please read our security page https://www.coinvault.io/Info/Security
We don't have access to users private keys, however there is still the need for some trust on the devs (but thats true for all wallets even hardwear wallets).
The identity of the owners is known and can be found on the support page, I hope thos will provide more trust.

As I said we don't have access to users keys and thats why staking is impossible (as private kes are required to sign new transactions)
CoinVault is perfect for everyday transactions, long term investments should be held on paper wallets probably.

I am happy to answer any other questions you may have.

Thanks and I will look more into it as I will be using it for everyday transactions. Any plans on adding staking with this wallet?

Not at the moment unfortunatly, probably next on our road map is adding support for ETH and a usb hardwear wallet (so the ability to make cold storage transactions)

You could try POSWallet.com for a staking service

I am pretty sure that Bittrex will not list any coin that has nothing to do with them. In last months they listed just several coins, and they advertised those like their own coins on twitter, i know, i follow them closely. Coins like DAO, and coins like BreakOut coin. Both scams, like the exchange itself. Maybe they were even Bittrex own coins. (I am sure Breakout is.)
Maybe GB has nothing more then selling Gold, but people as far as i can see got gold for cheap, mined coins. Do Bittrex has something to sell? Do they make something for free, except listing scams and ripping off developers and traders ? Do they support pioneer development in cryptoworld in anyway? Believe me guys, Bittrex is the next crash, believe me, i haven't traded there for 2 years, and there is a lot of people like me i am sure. I better believe in Russians exchange then Bittrex.
But like jacko0088 says, GB do not need Bittrex, there are several other and better (honest) exchanges out there.
I have some GB and i will not sell for nothing less than 0.00030000 btc per GB.
Just look at the marketcap. its funny, best time to catch the train

Maybe look into 1ex also. They are coming with V2 exchange and getting in early will be good before they get into the marketing drive and add some big coins.

Blockchain Core Dev
Not to demotivate anyone but I had a lengthy chat with Bill from Bittrex and it seems highly unlikely Goldblocks will be added anytime soon. He did confirm the dev had contacted him but they were not ready to support it then due to the number of Gold related altcoin scams.

They also do not find goldblocks unique in anyway. At the moment it is only a store front which allows to purchase gold. However, there are other websites already available that allows purchase of gold using bitcoin (which has higher value and liqudity) at a more fairer price than what GB is charging when coverted to $$$$. Maybe with further development we can re approach them and request to be added. But at the moment no body is sure where the GB ship is headed.

Bittrex is bittrex. But if you have money you can even list the most scammy coin on it. I don't think GB needs bittrex. If I was you guys I will try to reach some other nice exchanges like livecoin, btc38 or poloniex. Also I was looking about Alcurex: they have maded a pretty nice job rebranding the whole trading section and their daily volume is now increasing  Go to look if you've missed the new website Smiley

Also we must think about this: goldblocks it's a very new born currency, we can't excpet big things in short time. Rome was not built in a day Smiley
