Juan Pasos and I are working on a makeover of the Goldcoin Fanpage. The "Shop Now" button has been linked to Trygoldcoin.com and the header image has been updated. In addition, we have started an advertising campaign that will run for 7 days and blanket the St. Louis, Missouri area.

Chinese Project
Alfred is in discussions with a group of Chinese investors looking to build their own specialized blockchain. Part of our new business model is to offer blockchain consulting as a means of funding operations and core development. This is just one of many current Layer 2 projects currently being bid. Essentially, we are building our own community-owned Blockstream.

This week I created a how-to video for using the new Android application. This 15-minute guide covers the installation and basic operation of the new GoldCoin Android app! This coming week I will be making a guide on how to buy GLD on Bittrex.

The Trygoldcoin.com website has been updated with a new widget that makes it easier for users to login. We have also added Australia and UK to our list of supported countries on a test basis. September sales volume has already shattered the previous monthly record.

Gold Club Launch
The launch of Gold Club International is only 4 days away. We expect the launch to be hugely successful as it has been heavily advertised on radio, television, and print throughout the western African region.

Solo-mining is working fine at the moment - no orphans. 

Any manual on solo mining should be all you'll need. A quick Google search for "solo mining scrypt coin" returns dozens of instructional guides.

I do Not live in Africa.  Sorry I thought it was for everywhere.  I guess only Africa for now.

I tried to join but I did not know which package I should pick then I think it was asking me for money.  Can you tell me here how much this costs or if it costs anything to join?

Exactly where did I mention fiat or dumping coins? I repeat: "you should NOT be mining scrypt algo based coins. You will not make any money." Trying to mine with GPU's on coins dominated by ASIC's simply means what I clearly said. You mention a lot of scrypt miners have done ok which is true in a given context. Mining scrypt when it first came out was very good. GPU's got the competition heated. ASIC's then simply crushed GPU/CPU miners on any scrypt coin.

not everyone dumps mined coins the second they mine them. also not everyone's in crypto to make fiat (which kinda half defeats the purpose for us purists) . however having said that when it comes to making fiat i can assure you alot of scrypt miners have done ok

It should be noted that you should NOT be mining scrypt algo based coins. You will not make any money. Do some research into Ethereum, X11, X13, X15. To get you started easier, search for Claymore and read about his various miners.
