I am not interested in hex coin personally but I believe in hold for long-term investment because I personally observe the market from 2017 and I got that most of strong project like Ethereum , Polkadot, Ethereum classic, Solana, Avalanche these are the coin which has bullish too much from his price of few years ago . Like Ethereum was around 700$ but it almost hot 4500$ . So that the reason I love and believe holding for long-term.

I quite agree with you with this bear market condition I think it is much better to minimize risk,top coins like Bitcoin,Ethereum and BNB are much more viable and safe to buy,
but then again it depends on everyone because they have their own decision
