Listing for ICOs are many on the Internet. You have to make sure the white paper, the roadmap, the team and the product they are promoting.

Also, it is important to see in what they are going to invest the funds. What is the product and its purpose?

Do not depend on the reviews of others, tho it is another basis in choosing a good ICO. Anyways, you should put enough time researching about a certain project and digest their whitepaper, do a background search for the project's team too. If it is all good, then you can invest on it.

I think the most important thing is the Team. I first check the team and ther experience. Then I read carefully the Whitepaper.
So before investing you must research about their Team and White paper. You have to check also the Roadmap to find out when you will get your investment back.

It is possible to look at own researches of other investors, for example, Ian Balina. But it is necessary to approach information carefully, to consider a possibility of the paid public relations. It is necessary to look for information on other resources and to compare it.
Several articles for a start as a management:

You have to study white paper, roadmap of implementation of project and team behind it. There are many sites who review new ICO's, you can also check their reviews and decide.

I had gone through some ico reviews sites and seems the giving different rating. So it is not easy to pick ico only looking at the ratings. So we have go through the white paper as well.

You can also read other people's opinions, which sometimes point out things that others have overlooked. There are various websites where you can get information about ICOs:

https://www.cryptocompare.com
https://www.coinschedule.com
https://icobench.com
https://icodrops.com
https://icobazaar.com
https://icowatchlist.com
https://icoholder.com
etc...

These websites simply summarize things that were said in the whitepaper. You will want to focus on the comments below to get a feel of how the public feels about it. Also, read through the entire Announcement thread here on Bitcoin to get other opinions.

With that said, don't rely solely on other opinions. People often cry "scam" for anything that is unclear to them. It might be a simple misunderstanding or miscommunication on the part of the team, so then their claims won't hold as much water.

There is no such standard website for a good ICO.
They are just a source of ICO info.

The real thing here is you should at least have some crypto friends, in that way you can have their deas regarding that certain ICO.
Secondly, forum has a lot of PRO that will guide you through some crypto advice.

As for yourself, you should at least confirm for yourself whatever they suggest so that you will learn eventually how to research a good coin. Hope this helps

I recommend you to look for PINCOIN. https://pincoin.io/

Have a good day!

Finding good ICOs is quite hard. It requires a lot of attention and ofcourse time. Reading their whitepaper, verifying if their strategy would work, and checking updates in their social medias . It makes one restless. Instead of spending your time with your family, you spend it for those. Note that you can only monitor few ICOs even if you spend whole day working on it. You are not a team like angel token-a group professionals that invest in undervalued tokens. Letting professionals do the work is much easier and profitable than you doing it alone with your health in jeopardy. Still, it's up to you whether you would consider this suggestion or not.

I use ICOBench when reviewing an ICO and of course researching more about them. Sometimes reading their Whitepapers are more helpful so try it sometimes.

First of all, it is important to know whether the ICO team depends on the spectrum, and secondly, whether the project has a promising future, as long as it is in a bull market, it can invest in the ICO.
