Hey people,

This week we have a fun discussion for everyone.

One of our writers and iGaming professionals Borina has written an opinion piece about unfair casino terms and conditions

1. The author suggests that casino operators use tricky terms to justify not paying out winnings, especially those won with bonus funds.
2. She also discusses how regulators seem to turn a blind eye, at least those least strict like Curacao eGaming to such unfair rules.
3. Finally, she's asking whether there's a need for a universal template for casino T&C so that players get the same and a fair treatment regardless of where they play.

What do you think about this? Are T&C players' biggest enemy? Do you read the T&C before you start playing somewhere? Have you ever had issues with withdrawals because of such unfair terms?  Huh

We'd love to hear your thoughts.

As always, if you also have some ideas on how to improve our GoodLuckMate website, please let us know. We take not of every single suggestion and see what can be implemented to provide a better experience for those who visit us.  Cheesy

Your website automatically detects the user's country right? And the recommendation casinos are based on that. Probably I missed it, but is there a way to see the recommendations or the other things that are global-based?

Anyway, I'm an esports bettor so I hope there will be a betting site category (exclude the casinos that don't cover betting) including information that is showing whether it's only available for sports or also available for esports (please let me know if it's already there because I didn't see it when I was checking your website).

-snip-
So, players compete against each other. They answer questions and the one to answer the most questions correctly wins some free spins. I was wondering what do you think about promos of this kind? Do you like them or you would rather have standard promotions like cashback on losses or deposit match bonuses?
-snip-
I frequently using Stake.com and there was a map insurance promotion (https://promotions.stake.com/dota-2-first-map-insurance/), I'm always looking for these kinds of promotions. Not only map insurance promotion but I would also like any other betting promotions. I hope there will be a category for this.

Overall, it's a very nice website. Keep it up !!

Hey
When you click on the Casinos option in the main menu, you can filter by game category - https://prnt.sc/1272qhi - and this is where you'll find Sportsbook, esports, live betting, etc. So, you can instantly find all the sports betting sites we have reviewed. You can also choose to filter by Game and by Payment method, so you'll get to crypto betting sites easily.

There's also a Bonuses filter but the options there are a bit more general like Welcome Bonus or Reload Bonus. You'll have to read the detailed review to discover more about the specific bonuses offered at that gambling or betting site.

Hope this helps. And thanks for you kind words! We're definitely working on the site constantly, we're adding new brands, updating the content regularly and we overall try to provide a good and helpful destination for our readers. Smiley

One of our writers published an interesting blog post on weird things people can bet on.

Some of the options include
ferret bingo??!?!
world leaders
end of the world
life on other planets

So, I was thinking what's the weirdest thing you ever bet on? I'd love to hear your stories and experiences.

In our blog section we have our writers and industry experts share their opinions on popular topics.

Borina recently discussed whether Casino Terms and Conditions are players' worst enemy (https://goodluckmate.com/blog/are-terms-and-conditions-your-worst-enemy).

What do you think about this? Do you carefully read the rules or ignore them until it's too late? Do you look for casinos with fair rules? Have you ever had a bad experience where a casino operator used unfair rules to avoid paying out your winnings?  Smiley

Thanks so much for the nice words! I appreciate it and it means a lot. It's not easy to keep up with the quality, latest happenings, promotions, and news. But our team works hard to make sure our readers get fresh and reliable content.

Try to connect with some gambling sites about whom you will be reviewing and ask them for a partnership for bringing them customers, take an exclusive code from them and give it to the community to join their site through that code and get some freebies. That will bring more exposure to your website and some customers to the gambling website. This is a good strategy to get users visit at your website frequently to check new offers.

Hey 2double0, this is great advice. Many casino operators these don't give exclusive deals. The only 'exclusive deal' is being able to promote offers that aren't featured on their websites but are available through affiliate sites only. But we try to score such unique deals whenever possible and pamper our readers. We publish such stuff through our social media channels.

The interface for your site is preety simple and green and white background combination is also good.The quiz feature is something unique based on review site that provide users with list of best casino according to their priorities like deposit method, device used and bonus to gamblers.

But you should provide users list of 2-3 casino best suited for them as it showed me only one Bitcoin casino according to my priorities.It give users wide range of choice and boost your casino.So you can make changes to you algorithm for the same. Moreover, you can provide users with some promo codes to avail benefits on different casinos or do some promotional activities for your site.

Hey aysg76, we're so glad that you like this feature. It really is one of the things that makes us stand out from other similar websites. I'll pass this on to see if it's possible to provide more than one option. Thanks for the suggestion, it sounds reasonable and I'm sure readers would appreciate having more than one option to choose from.  Smiley

I saw a variety of good sites like Roobet, Stake, and many others on the website.

Is your website still up to date? If Not, No problem at all.

But if your answer is yes, why can't I see Rollbit on your site?
I think he is busy managing his site because there are not easy to manage a review site as he needs to learn what he can give to his visitors. I am sure he will be back to his thread and explain more about the review.

And related to Rollbit, I see that site is a new gambling site, so I think he will do a review for Rollbit later. He will do a review for an old gambling site before he does another review for the new site.

Hey michellee,

you're absolutely right! Maintaining a huge website with thousands of pages and hundreds of reviews isn't easy at all. And at GoodLuckMate we also want to update the content we have, that means constantly adding new info on existing pages. One casino will change the welcome offer, another will add new games, etc. and we want to keep our reviews up to date, so we give those updates priority.

One by one, however, we hope to include as many casino reviews as possible and to add new sites faster.  Cheesy
Glad to know you're back. I am sure you can manage it without a problem, but hey, do not forget to take a rest because your body can not work all day long Grin
I am sure you can update your site, and as @masulum said, you do not need to be fast because that will affect your review for the site. I hope you are not confused to update every site on your list, as I am sure every site will also update with the latest news.

My advice always ping your page after the update so the bot from a search engine can visit and check the page. That is part of SEO, but I am not good with that.

Might not have but considering that this had just recently launch- not new but they have started to make out some exposure then expect that even members of this forum
had just recently known this gambling site because of that which its not really that right to ask out if its up to date just because they havent list or included rollbit on it.
Take some time or just simply make out some suggestions in regards to that because you cant really take a grasp on everything with a snap.

So, players compete against each other. They answer questions and the one to answer the most questions correctly wins some free spins. I was wondering what do you think about promos of this kind? Do you like them or you would rather have standard promotions like cashback on losses or deposit match bonuses?

This is a really creative approach I must say and that's why I was wondering what other members here think. On one side is the interesting and exciting experience. On the other side, you may get something wrong and not win anything. Still, it's something that got my attention.

Yes that is a very creative thought that mbit has put in action while making users compete for freespins. I do not see the wagering requirements however, can you specify it here? And are there any limits on how much can a customer win with their free spins promo and how much can be withdrawn? I am excited to try their promo and give a review for it.

Hey 2double0, thanks for sharing your opinion with us. You're right about the wagering, I even checked their website and this wasn't mentioned in the promotion T&C. However, in the mBit general bonus terms it says that free spins winnings come with wagering of 40x, so I guess that's it. If you play though, I'd advise to maybe make sure this is correct with customer support.

Other rules from the general bonus T&C regarding free spins is that they are valid for 2 days (to use them) and 14 days (to meet wagering).

From the quiz T&C (pasted):
- every participant has 15 seconds to answer a question
- Answer all ten questions correctly and you win the round, bragging rights
- no deposits between rounds - you play for fun only (no free spins will be awarded if you win the round);
- 0.5 mBTC deposited between rounds - you can win up to 100 Free Spins;
- 1.2 mBTC deposited between rounds - you can win up to 500 Free Spins;
- 2.5 mBTC deposited between rounds - you can win up to 1,000 Free Spins;
- 12 mBTC or more deposited between rounds - you can win up to 5,000 Free Spins;
- The Bitty Quiz runs every 72 hours and the clock found on Quiz page indicates the time left until the next round will start.
- In order to take a share of the prize pool, you need at least 1 deposit in the last 72 hours.

And if you do try your luck with the quiz - GoodLuckMate!  Grin

Hey MAAManda,

Our site is up to date as much as it is possible. We have over 800 casino reviews and a lot more are scheduled to come. Thanks for pointing out that we're missing Rollbit. We want to eventually review all gambling (crypto or not) sites, so it will be added sooner or later!  Cheesy

Cheers mate!

We just published a news article on the latest mBit casino promotions that is actually a quiz. (https://goodluckmate.com/news/solve-the-quiz-for-free-spin-prizes-at-mbitcasino)

Hey carlfebz2, thanks for your comment.

The site has a good rating based on its offering, terms, bonuses, games, accepted coins, etc. We don't mention anything about complaints in our reviews generally because those things change and complaints get solved or we can say that there aren't any and the situation may change. So, for now, we just overview the general offering of a casino based on the same criteria, so all reviews follow the same pattern and provide the same information.

When we did a blog post on the best crypto casinos, we did a survey here and Bitstarz wasn't on the list as it didn't get enough votes (you can see the blog post here - https://goodluckmate.com/blog/community-voted-best-crypto-casinos-for-2021).

Also, we allow our readers to leave reviews, so if you've had a negative experience with Bitstarz, please feel free to share it there. We're sure our readers would be curious to read about negative experiences of fellow players.

Cheers
