I don't think this type of news should affect the prices at all but it always seem to drop the market. Ads for ICOs was a bad idea in the first place and most likely scammy. In the long run this should be a good step, most good tokens grow organically through word of mouth, not pushing clickbate advertisements.

I think this will be good for the crypto community in the long run. Too many scams are going on and its too easy for people to be scammed by these ads. The ban will force projects to actually talk about the merits of their actual technology, not just ICO, ICO, ICO. In the past it was just too easy for any crap company to push ads and get people to invest.
Sounds like FB and Google and Twitter will still accept ads promoting blockchain projects, just not purely pushing crypto.

It just should have happened one day I think. We are able to see A HUGE amount of scammers-fvckers around us. In that case Fb and Tw has decided to control it at least like that. Anyway, it doesnt make sense for bountists.
I hope that all these bans that make Google and Facebook will have a positive impact on cryptocurrencies in General. I hope will be less a Scam.

I think that ban advertisment from Google and Facebook is good think for cryptos because now scam cryptos won't steal money from investors because of fancy ads everywhere.
Yes, definitely. This will set projects only with good marketing and without product off the game. In fact, this will lead to the success of good ones, which means better quality. facebook and Twitter are two of the giant social media platform in world that aims to get people closer to their loved ones and not the victim of scams and fraud ICOs.
people put trust on ICOs and Cryptos because they're been advertised on social media so the victims were blaming the social media for helping out the scammers on promoting their fake and bogus ICOs and cryptos.

Facebook and Google will no longer accept any Crypto and ICO related advertisement application starting late 2nd quarter this year and Twitter followed to announce that they also no longer support ICO and Crypto ads on their platform.

Lets observed this carefully what does this means. Its true that strategy like doing FUD will destroy the community good perception. But dont be rely to this information because banning crypto ads by advertising these two popular websites fb and google will make us all safe to get scammed by the fake ICO. Dont be panic of these big sharks banning as these will bring good environment of cryptoworld in the future. I believe they said that they were going to introduce and enforce the ban later on, not straightaway. So I think this is why we still see ads, only temporarily though.

they do the right thing, it is good that less scam projects will be advertised, but it is bad that the market reacts to these news by falling prices.
If some ico specialists are bought off with money, change their thoughts, and change the real face of some ico for money, misleading investors, there will be such a situation!

With the ads like send your Eth to this address and we will x5-10 amount, this is nothing but positive news for the crypto community. These ads were doing nothing but scamming money out of the hands of newbies. Plus now the scam ICOs wont be able to promote themselves to newbies.
I heard that google and facebook banned all the advertising of ICO projects. Not only suspicious in their opinion
