Is running a band possible with dynamic IPs if I use a dynamic dns name as the node's IP?

1 - If I had Teeth and Original Bucks, should I end up with more New GorillaBucks in total? I have seen the calculations etc although I believe I may have been short changed, or I may have stuffed something up in my emails...

2 - Would it matter if coins were staking when the snapshot was taken?

Try to start download from begin but now getting only one connection and no block has been found.Is there any Conf file please give me.

Try restarting wallet or delete everything expect wallet.dat and start download from begin.

true that. I bet lot of people lost many coins because they were busy with work/family or on vacation and didn't have time to check mmxiv thread. Personally, I'm not a big fan of coins that do swap I sold all my drk for that particular reason but to each his own.

not everyone has the time to analyze the thread still, I'm with spots of balls and 10k. In connection with work and family still I have not had time to read what's going on. I have many teeth on bittrex wallet.

Coin Exchange info takes up most of page 97 - can't miss it

The ones on the exchange are Dead per swap info.
Spots has been consistent in telling people for a long
time to get them in their wallets before the exchange.

The ones in your wallets can stil lbe exchanged. No specified time limit.
Check thread for details on how to send and info to include.

My band was not on the list and I was trying everything.
Finally, I clicked the small start box at the bottom on
My Bands page and it instantly was on the list.
Maybe this will help someone else.

same problem here, i had i had 45979 MMXIV on snapshot time and received 791.42323 bucks

expected 45979*0.0204465878684343= 940 Bucks

I am now having issues with the wallet and I need some help please.

I was running with 4 connections on 1 machine and 3 on the other fine, staked 6 different times, got 2 or 3 confirms for all, then they disappeared and I lost my peer connections on both machines.
I have tried rebooting both of my machines, running with and without .conf file, flushng and resetting my network stack.

The only peer I can connect to is this one even when using GoillaBucks.conf with 8 or so peers from this thread, but it will not sync:

This is happening on 2 seperate wallets running on 2 different machines and connected through 2 different ISP connections.
None of my other wallets, or any wallets from MMXIV, Teeth, Balls, 10K, Vary, Original Bucks have had this problem.

What do I do to fix this?  What is different about this coin than any other wallet?
All other wallets connected to 8 peers each without any problem.

Please help as I am losiing a lot of stakes while I cannot connect.
As I was typing this I now have 0 connections

I think I figured out the issue and this is just a hunch til I test it tomorrow / later today as I really do need ot get some sleep and have a carp appt in the am here in about 5hrs but...

Does the wallet need to be unlocked for the band to run because when I came home, I think I did reset the wallets and add in passwords and thats when I think I first recalled them not being listed.

I mean it makes sense if the band needs access to the funds for one reason or another and can't use em if the wallets locked.

That being said, if the wallet needs to be unlocked for the band to run doesnt that leave a big giant security hole ?

Anyway, both bands are up now but here's what I did not knowing at this point what if anything made a diff.

1> Re-enabled UPNP in the router.
2> Made sure all ports are forwarded correctly in the port forward / trigger area of the router.
3> Deleted existing bands and made new ones per the instructions by clicking create local which named both band a and b's wallets as GorillaBand Node
4> Unlocked wallets and left unlocked, had to unlock to use the create local button.
5> Deleted both conf files for bands a n b and re did them to use nothing but port & rpcport calls.

But ya, as of right now, everyone should see my two bands as 24.154.55.93:11838/11840

But ya, @IGS... do wallets need to be unlocked for bands to run / work ? In any event, I will see if they're both still running by noon which is ~8hrs away and if so will proceed with a system (pc) where all wallets be it bucks, doge etc run at startup and see if the two bucks nodes come back online since the wallet will be locked and if not, proceed to unlock to see what happens if anything.

Previous reply where I answered some of your questions IGS can be found I think two replies above this as others have since replied since my last reply.

Edit: @IGS - Assuming wallets can be encrypted on bands, even though as you say they don't stake... to clarify an earlier comment... do they need to be unlocked for "staking only" to run / work right ? If so, I will need to either...

A: After the automated weekly PC reboot, remember to unlock for "staking only" both bands.

or

B: Leave wallets un-encrypted which may bite me in the ass in the grand scheme of things.
