Actually, from the chat log it's obvious it was a quote of what he posted. I hope he really does get police involved into this, and he gets what he deserves. It makes no difference if it's from the internet or not, at the moment he said it he was responsible for it.

No I would say he is not very friendly.  Each one of those statement made whether in person, in the mail, over gchat or email is a crime in the United State.  He just had the misfortune of leaving a documented copy of it for the world (and the courts) to see.

Unfortunately is it not uncommon for individuals in the US to walk into offces, schools or movie theatres with weapons to randomly kill individuals. These types of threats are taken VERY VERY seriously by law enforcement.

Hello everyone all payments have been refunded my computer was stuck with keylogger I lost access to email facebook and paypal and this site and my bitcoin wallet file was stolen

Hower tried to scam me as well.  Luckily I didn't fall for it.  I think your best bet is to just do a chargeback from your credit card.  I'd say you'd win 99% of the time.

Weird that they still have working paypal accounts...
