Hi guys, I hope you can help me out here,

I posted here earlier already but I get this error:

error -4 enqueueing kernel onto command

i have 4 R9 280x and 4gb is that the problem?
in short i believe yes for more than 2 cards mining u need 8 gb ram minimum

I find that a good rule of thumb is 4gb per card, I have rigs with 4 x 290 and they were fail at 8gb so I installed 16 gb and it worked just fine. If I were to make a guess I would imagine you need to match your combined GPU memory in available system memory.

More system ram does nothing for mining. I've seen 6gpu rigs running 2GB (linux). 4GB is all you need for Win.

but issnt this n-scrypt something different that you need more ram? Since I can run 4 cards for normal scrypts but on this n-scrypt I get the error about the kernel and disabling gpu

It is deffinetly different. I could not get 3 290 running with any settings. However when i put in another 4gb of ram ( 8 total for 3 cards ) its running perfect.

I'm not sure if I made it in time for the ipo or not #221
If not will there be refunds?

I spent hours trying to setup scrypt-n and some of my rigs just wont work with it(the first gpu works but the rest just shut off).

Scrypt-n: good time to enter the market for a new coin, still young but lot of potential. It's a good decision by my experiences, even tho not everyone can get them working.

IPO # 212 here - really not sure about the scrypt-n implementation and am hopeful the launch has all necessary DL's for mining to start smoothly. From what I have observed a critical success factor for a coin is a good launch and marketing - lots of effective marketing. You seem to have garnered some goodwill for the IPO based on a novel approach and concept - including your effective communications and transparency with the LLC etc. Now, you will need to be very purposeful in regards to conserving that momentum by executing nearly flawlessly on the launch and by communicating and correcting effectively through any hiccups.

This business model could scale in some very interesting ways if you can secure sufficient volume to become a direct distributor and gain pricing leverage in the marketplace. The issue is that margins in tech are razor thin so you will need to keep your overhead super low. Areas for growth would be pre configured rigs, bespoke GPU mines, accessories such as USB risers but this should all come after you have nailed the first level of scope

IPO#292 right here.
I got 12 confirms before the deadline so i hope i get counted.
I sent and email to them but no response as of yet :/

IPO list has been updated. My investment is included and the invest % has not been rounded this time in term of coins. YEY!
Awesome devs are awesome.

Poolerino has been super solid in the past for me on coins at launch.

Phad.

Im going to try to solomine for a few hours and have this set as my backup...   I like the hash rates they have already for a bunch of other coins.

I wanted to solo mine as well.  Bunt since I moved to a BAMT box I cannot figure out how to solo mine with my wallet on another machine.

Do you know how to do this?  I thought it was as easy as putting the IP of my miner in the conf file, but I cannot get it to work.

Phad.

I too have never mined with BAMT, was going to try it, just got my USB Sticks made...  testing in about an hour with another coin....

this sucks when i invested as IPO  it said this would be a scrypt coin :s  im using a lot of 6950's with 450khs+ but they only do 150 khs on n scrypt  this is not fair =(

any GPU will do half the hashrate when mining scrypt-n coins compared to regular scrypt coins. You are not losing anything here.

I know but the 6950 dont mine at 50%  they mine at 30 %
this means theyl be more valuable and rare and aisic resistant wont it so a good thing? for ipo that is

Hmm is there no possible way to start mining and lowering my numbers?
no idea knock off two cards you arent in quad fire mode are you? if so disable that. and make 4 copie of your bat file and add -d 0,1,2, in one -d 0,2,3 -d 0,1,3 -d 1,2,3 in the others respectivly 1-d command in each that way it disables each card but one per bat run each one after the other one by one let them settle out open next untill you have an error then u see your max card usage atm
