Never heard about them previously so the company thats behind the forum is not straight forward, the reason me being suspicious about them is because they stated in there coinbaazar.com website footer:#32 Bob Walsh street, Didube district, Tbilisi 0159, Georgia
they are actually based out of India instead so I am not sure about this forum you are trying to promote here, prove me wrong.
Anyone can search the company on Georgia 🇬🇪 Gov company search website, I just checked and it says no data found. Feel free to check.

Now even I don’t know how you come to this conclusion of company based in India where as coinbaazar is an European Exchange. I can shatter your dream of proving that it’s not registered in Georgia in a moment. Just open the correct website and put coinbaazar LLC

once you sign up , you will find an icon next to light/dark mode , then you see menu , and the first icon is to apply.
You might want to add that part to OP.No its not a paid job , as everything is free on talkoncrypto ...

The majority of the popular forums are monetized and they offer incentives to their users and moderators, people are paying for electricity and internet connection, the best motivation is to offer something not only badges and venues, what will make your forum different from other forums besides being managed by that coinbazaar which is unheard of.
You said the right thing, most of the forums have been used for monetization and thats where they loose the charm, though there are less good forums in the market out of which most of them are full of advertisement, The reason talkoncrypto is different apart from many good features, as its main objective is to remain a forum not a monetizing platform. I can understand you did not heard of coinbaazar, its very normal, not everything in the world that exist is known to everyone. For everything else there's google, bing or other search engines. To summarize this, i can only say that its a forum which is backed by a Dun and Bradstreet registered company.

Your forum has a good chance to excel because a company is backing it up yes you can get a moderator why not, but how about users you need good users to sustain and build your community, you can launch a contest or special gift and giveaways to sustain your community, users are the one providing content, you need to motivate them and let them know that they are an important part of the community, without these users, there's nothing for a moderator to moderate.
Thanks for your appreciation, and yes it makes a huge difference when a platform is backed up by another existing platform. Though there are always benefits one can have with different platforms under the same belt.

Yes, for the same purpose we are offering certain badges, to the people who contribute to the community. One of the main reason we are offering a moderation post so people can have a chance to join and be an asset to the platform. May be after sometime, when the traffic eventually increase, we may possibly not be able to entertain for any position. So this is a chance where people can actually join the platform and look for a perspective keeping future in mind.

First of all, those who read this and are interested in applying for the position you are looking for hope to receive payment for the service they will provide. And you said it wasn’t paid work. So probably no one will be interested in it. We know that most of this section is here to find work and earn.
I would like to add What's the obligation of a moderator, is it to check all the post and see if it is appropriate and the members are following rules of the forum, so these moderators are giving you their time and their effort, what are give them in return for building your community, nothing ? you should at least compensate your moderators.
Thanks for your reply, I shall mention again there's a difference between offering a job and voluntarily one wants to go for it. If someone pays you in return they would expect your hours of dedication and other stuffs to fulfil, but if you volunteer there is no obligation , you can give 15 mins in a day or 15 hours, no questions asked and no expectations setting... I can assure you, that you will not be disappointed being a moderator, compare other forums of same sort , you will feel the difference yourself, how technologically sound, best UI, A company's name... many factors to be a moderator with talkoncrypto...

There are some general terminologies which have been used, you can check other boards, I dont think it has to do anything with some unusual coincidence. Moreover developers do tend to put general things, Thats very normal , if something is really bothering or out of box, it can always be changed. Bitcoin Discussion is a very generic term and so as its Description (simple and short)

Also, I just heard the coinbaazar. This is not a well-known exchange, so what if that new forum is its product? The only thing I found unique about their platform is that they use gift cards as a payment method in their P2P.

Though i am not here to tell you about coinbaazar benefits , its not an appropriate thread , just to find uniqueness ... how many exchanges you know have actually , have a news website , forum , duns and Bradstreet registered ... i can mention many features and benefits .. but as i mentioned ... talkoncrypto is a platform for people, it will be a moment of truth to become a moderator in such a pretigious platform.
