I'm concerned that it could make things difficult for you to prove if you've been scammed or not.  It's also advised that the borrower include their funding address in the signed request.  Unless you only expect signed requests be sent through private messages which you can then later post out in the open.  There are other scenarios that I won't go into that could cause you trouble if you don't remain open and transparent.

The are no problem about transparency but I am into keeping my information private as much as possible. I am kinda paranoid about this privacy lately.

Of-course I am not going to deal anything off forum. Everything will have a log in the PM. So in any unpleasant incident, I can use them (obviously that will bring some of the info public like tx and the BTC address etc).

I will here asked for the singed message to know that I am dealing with the original owner. Once I approve then the borrower will require to PM me their BTC address and I will give them the loan with the repayment address in the returned PM. I would try to keep things as simple as I can.

Thanks for your well wish and also thanks for adding me into that list.
Don't forget to put a note somewhere that "It's the greedy bitcoin" :-P

Cheers,

Edit:

Here make sure you have "Greedy Bitcoiner" :-D

Welcome the fold of lenders, best of luck in your new venture.  I'll add you the list if you're inclined.

I'm curious about this:

Please do not post (publicly) :
the address you want to take the loan
tx information etc
I would really like to keep the tx information private.

If you're concerned about your privacy, you can set aside an amount of coin with which you're comfortable, send it through a mixer or an exchange, and then into a wallet designated solely for this purpose.  Just a suggestion, made only for the hope to help you stay safe.

Again, best of luck.

You greedy little bitcoiner /s
It was in a private message I was having with one of the user (intentionally keep it hidden and no idea what that meant by "little" so I got it in Strikethrough) in the forum and the above was his response.

And boy! I liked it :-P

Well, I think I AM GREEDY and greedy for Bitcoin of-course but please do not think that I will take many foolish steps. I am well aware of scammers and some of their tactics (however, I am certainly sure that someone will break my confidence. Scammers are really very creative to be honest).

Please have a read here: List of (un)known methods scammers user to scam users with honorable mention. May be this will give you some idea before you want to drop your bait for me.

Okay enough with this serious non-sense talk!

Long story short -
If you need a loan in BTC then feel free to drop here a comment with:

Amount you need
Repayment amount <<< make sure it's enough that I can not control my greed :-D
Repayment date
A signed message using a very very old bitcoin address that you have used here. <<< this is must. I am here to help my fellow bitcoiners

Please do not post (publicly) :
the address you want to take the loan
tx information etc
I would really like to keep the tx information private.

Terms and conditions:
Well, common sense. I know nothing is going to get my coin back if a scammer scam it.
If you have collateral you get priority.
Do not cross the repayment date however, if you are in problem then keep in touch with me. I am a human after all.

By the way, no hurt feeling if I reject your application even if you have tons of positive trust. I can not guarantee I can make everyone happy.

Good Lord! Save me from Greed and give you a clean heart :-P

Cheers,
Happy hunting!
