Just wanted to clarify a few things.
The coins have all been taken out of the paper tube the came in have been put into coin capsules to protect them from the air. This was done immediately upon receipt. They were not touched by hand during this process, but obviously Mike Caldwell at Cascascius may have handled them when he made the coins up, though these are from the last batch ever made and he started wearing gloves to protect the coins for the later batches. Please see the photos for details of each coins condition. They are basically as mint as they can be.
The certificates of authenticity are not PGP (though Mike did offer these to some buyers in the early days). They are the later style of certificate, an PDF of a scan of the coins, whcih Mike made and then signed with his Adobe key which is registered to him.
Please take a look at the certificates included in the pack I made available to download.
I've also updated the title of the thread.
Awesome. Thank you for the clarification there, No_2, and for the thread title change
appreciate it. No matter what, if push comes to shove, I'll cover the others coins myself purely due to the condition yours are in/the way you have kept them/last batch/COA's etc.
I know exactly what you mean about the PDF style COA's, and imo are just as good as a PGP Chain of Custody. The whole point is you don't get all of this when you buy a Casascius coin anywhere else. These are special for those reasons.
I am sure this will fill soon, and then I will be in touch - and we can arrange a face to face. I'm based in Nottingham and can drive to wherever you are (don't care that I have doxed myself - QS has done it before anyway and I really don't give a shit
). We'll get this deal sorted bud.
